수정 RVS와 IRVS시스템의 비교분석을 통한 국내 고층건물 테러위험도 평가

As the occurrence rate of terror and hazard is increasing throughout the world, GSA, DoD, and FEMA are proceeding a study about mitigating the damage of terror. Korea is no more a safe place from the terrorist's threat, so we need to make measures against them. In this study we developed modified RVS System by revising some items to adjust the system to the domestic condition and conducted a risk assessment on several tall buildings in Korea. By using IRVS system which is developed by DHS, we also carried out the risk assessment. Comparing the results between RVS with IRVS, we performed terror risk evaluation of tall buildings. Through risk assessment of several tall buildings, we analyzed key factors of each scenarios and suggested the mean value of each items, so we would like to help the counter-terrorism in the design phase.

Recently according to the growth of magnitude and occurrence rate of earthquake in Korea, seismic design of nonstructural item such as Switchgear becomes mandatory and the specification related to seismic design is being more reinforced. C-GIS(Cubicle type Gas-Insulated Switchgear) is using SF6 Gas as an insulating medium to control, protect and isolate electrical equipment from faults or accidents in electrical substation and power plant. To ensure human security and facilities of plant during earthquake disaster, seismic design and performance evaluation of C-GIS are essential. In this study, to verify seismic performance of C-GIS, seismic test had been performed in accordance with IEC62271-210 which is known to the international seismic qualification standard for high-voltage metal enclosed switchgear. In the seismic test, seismic load of Severity Level 2 was applied to the C-GIS and all clauses of Acceptance Class 1 and Class 2 met the criteria. Also, finite element analysis of C-GIS was performed and compared with the test results. From the analysis results, global mode shapes in each direction were found and natural frequencies at the major mode were coincided with the test results.
아버지의 양육스트레스 및 양육지식과 스마트폰 과다사용과의 관계 -영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지를 중심으로-

본 연구는 아버지의 양육스트레스 및 양육지식과 영아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 스마트폰 과다사용과의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 어린이집에 재원중인 만 0~2세 영아의 아버지 200명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, t 검정, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석이 이루어졌다. 연구결과로 첫째, 아버지의 양육스트레스 수준 중에서 부모의 고통 변인이 가장 높았고, 양육지식은 크게 높지 않은 수준, 스마트폰 과다사용 수준으로는 내성이 가장 일반적이었다. 둘째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 아버지의 스마트폰 사용수준은 직업, 하루 평균 스마트폰 사용시간에 따라서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 아버지의 양육스트레스와 스마트폰 과다사용은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 아버지의 양육지식은 양육스트레스, 스마트폰 과다사용과 유의미한 상관성이 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 아버지의 양육스트레스가 스마트폰 과다사용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 양육지식은 스마트폰 과다 사용에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아버지의 양육스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 부모교육의 기회나 정보를 접할 수 있는 기회가 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between fathers' parenting stress and parenting knowledge and fathers' excessive use of smartphones in infancy. The subjects of this study were 200 fathers of infants aged 0-2 who were enrolled in a daycare center located in G city. The survey data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 statistical program. As result of the study, first, among fathers' parenting stress levels, parents' pain variable was the highest, parenting knowledge was not very high, and tolerance was the most common at the level of smartphone overuse. Second, the father's smartphone use level according to sociodemographic characteristics showed a significant difference according to occupation and average smartphone use time per day. Third, father's parenting stress and smartphone overuse showed a significant positive correlation, and father's parenting knowledge did not show a significant correlation between parenting stress and smartphone overuse. Finally, the parenting stress of fathers was found to have an effect on smartphone overuse, and parenting knowledge did not appear to affect smartphone overuse.

NIER(National Institute of Environmental Research) report explains that the NOx emissions from road transport sector have decreased by 27% after 2003, however the road transport is still largest source of the NOx emissions. The one of the main reason for this phenomena is discrepancy between certification emission test modes and real driving conditions. In this study, we tried to analyze the effect of trip altitude differences on real driving NOx emissions from Euro-6 diesel vehicles.
