        李因笃诗学术评

        蔣寅(Jiang Yin) 대한중국학회 2002 중국학 Vol.18 No.-

          "The study about the school of Guan-Zhong" has been paid much attention in the field of the history of thought, but not in the filed of literature study. Li Yin-du, who lived in the region of Guan-Zhong, was a famous poet and an expert in Poetics in the early-Qing Dynasty. His works on Poetics, which based on the position of Ge-Diao Genre?, was in response to the poetry in Song-style in the reign of Emperor Kang Xi, and initiated a study in Han Poetry. His study on poet"s rhyme was particular in that time and had effect on Gu Yan-wu who happened to live in Guan-Zhong. Especially, his rhyme study on Tang Poetry and Du Fu"s poets illuminated the expert in Poetics in his time and after.

        일반논문 : 당송,재학 논쟁의 해소: 건륭연간 성령시학으로 인한 논쟁에 대하여

        원매의 성령시학은 전통 시학의 기본 관념을 전체적으로 顚覆하였으며, 시학 이론에서 강렬한 파장을 일으킨 동시에, 학인들로 하여금 전통시학의 기본 문제에 대한 再思考를 촉구하였다. 그 중에서 당시와 송시에 대한 논쟁, 작시 전통과 시적 재능에 대한 논쟁은 당시 시단의 주요한 쟁점이었다. 많은 시인들이 논쟁에 참가하였으며, 이러한 논쟁은 건륭연간 시학의 주요 논점이었다. 본고는 당시와 송시에 대한 논쟁으로부터, 시학적 논쟁 배후의 詩歌史와 詩學史의 배경을 분석함으로써, 기존의 才學 논쟁을 이론적인 측면에서 고찰하였다. 주로 學人의 시, 才人의 시, 詩人의 시라는 세 가지 개념의 형성 과정을 분석하고, 한 가지 측면에서 건륭조 詩學의 역사 전개와 발전 추세를 살펴보았다. The basic concepts of Yuan Mei`s xingling (性靈) poetics, while sending strong shockwaves throughout poetic theory, also urged scholars to reconsider the root problems of traditional poetics. Among these, the debates over Tang and Song poetry, compositional tradition, and poetic talent were the main issues in the poetry world at the time. Many poets participated in the debates, and these debates were the main points in the poetics of Qianlong`s reign. This study takes the debates over Tang and Song poetry, analyzing the background of the history of poetry and poetics for the underlying situation of the debates in poetics, and investigates the theoretical aspects of the existing talent-study debates. Analyzing the formation processes of the three concepts of poetry: poetry by scholars, poetry by talents, and poetry by poets, it explores the historical development and trends of one aspect of poetics in Qianlong`s reign.

        Performance Measure of Switched Control Systems Based on Covariance Tensor Approach

        In this paper, controller performance measure is considered for switched systems. The covariance tensorbasedmethod is proposed for the controller performance measure for this systems evolution with the discrete-valuedswitching dynamics and local models for continuous dynamics. We define a measurement tensor to construct themeasured process outputs data, and employ the data processing technique of higher-order singular value decomposition. Applying the higher-order singular value decomposition, we can obtain the sets of singular values fromthe measurement tensor, which are used jointly to evaluate the controller performance of the overall switched systemssignificantly. We develop the covariance tensor-based performance assessment method for the multivariateswitched control systems with characteristic information being mined from the measurement tensor and derive thecalculation approach base on the sets of singular values from the measurement tensor. It is shown that by applyinghigher-order singular value decomposition for measured outputs tensor data, the performance assessment resultscan exactly reflect the controller performance under the overall dynamical process. Finally, two cases study of thenumerical simulation examples and a typical industrial process system well demonstrate the effectiveness of theproposed method.

        The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between Chinese smartphone tourism application quality and the behavior intention. A survey was conducted for users who had experience using smartphone tourism applications, and 239 available questionnaires were responded. The processes of the analysis are divided into 3steps and the corresponding results are as follows: Firstly, three parameters (i.e. information quality, system quality, and review quality) in smartphone tourism application quality have significant but different effects on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use, respectively. Subsequently, the perceived usefulness has an more influence on attitude of use than that of the perceived ease of use. Finally, the attitude of use has an impressive impact on the behavior intention. Therefore, by grasping their needs, we will present ways and strategies to attract consumers.

      • Risk Factors for Early Recurrence of HBV-related Hepatocellular Carcinoma Meeting Milan Criteria after Curative Resection

        Background: The prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after curative resection varies greatly. Few studies had investigated the risk factors for early recurrence (recurrence-free time ${\leq}$ 1 year) of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related HCCs meeting Milan criteria. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the 224 patients with HCC meeting Milan criteria who underwent curative liver resection in our center between February 2007 and March 2012. The overall survival (OS) rate, recurrence-free survival (RFS) rate and risk factors for early recurrence were analyzed. Results: After a median follow-up of 33.3 months, HCC reoccurred in 105 of 224 patients and 32 died during the period. The 1-, 3- and 5-year OS rates were 97.3%, 81.6% and 75.6% respectively, and the 1-, 3- and 5-year RFS rates were 73.2%, 53.7% and 41.6%. Cox regression showed alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) > 800 ng/ml (HR 2.538, 95% CI 1.464-4.401, P=0.001), multiple tumors (HR 2.286, 95% CI 1.123-4.246, P=0.009) and microvascular invasion (HR 2.518, 95% CI 1.475-4.298, P=0.001) to be associated with early recurrence (recurrence-free time ${\leq}$ 1-year) of HCC meeting Milan criteria. Conclusions: AFP > 800 ng/ml, multiple tumors and microvascular invasion are independent risk factors affecting early postoperative recurrence of HCC. In addition resection appears capable of replacing liver transplantation in some situations with safety and a better outcome.

        An enzyme-mediated competitive colorimetric sensor based on Au@Ag bimetallic nanoparticles for highly sensitive detection of disease biomarkers

        <P>We developed a competitive colorimetric nanosensor based on Au@Ag bimetallic nanoparticles for the detection of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in clinical samples. Antibody-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and polystyrene (PS) microparticles conjugated with both catalase and a secondary antibody can form sandwich structures that enable one-step target enrichment and separation. The catalase on the surface of the PS can catalyze the hydrolysis of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to regulate the deposition of Ag<SUP>+</SUP> on the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), and forms different sizes and amounts of Au@Ag bimetallic nanoparticles (Au@AgNPs) which produce a distinct color signal for readout with the naked eye. Our sensor features high sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility and anti-interference property as a result of comprehensive parameter optimization. The limit of detection of IL-6 can reach 11 pg mL<SUP>−1</SUP> with the naked eye and 1.2 pg mL<SUP>−1</SUP> by quantitative instrumental analysis. The whole analysis can be finished within 1 h. More importantly, we successfully apply our platform or the detection of IL-6 in clinical samples with better accuracy than conventional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).</P>

      • Superior Hybrid Cathode Material Containing Lithium-Excess Layered Material and Graphene for Lithium-Ion Batteries

        <P>Graphene-wrapped lithium-excess layered hybrid materials (Li<SUB>2</SUB>MnO<SUB>3</SUB>·LiMO<SUB>2</SUB>, M = Mn, Ni, Co, hereafter abbreviated as LMNCO) have been synthesized and investigated as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Cyclic voltammetry measurement shows a significant reduction of the reaction overpotential in benefit of the graphene conducting framework. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results reveal that the graphene can greatly reduce the cell resistance, especially the charge transfer resistance. Our investigation demonstrates that the graphene conducting framework can efficiently alleviate the polarization of pristine LMNCO material leading to an outstanding enhancement in cell performance and cycling stability.       • The effect of thiobarbituric acid on tyrosinase: inhibition kinetics and computational simulation.

        <P>Tyrosinase plays various roles in organisms and much research has focused on the regulation of tyrosinase activity. We studied the inhibitory effect of thiobarbituric acid (TBA) on tyrosinase. Our kinetic study showed that TBA inhibited tyrosinase in a reversible noncompetitive manner (K(i) 5 14.0 ± 8.5 mM and IC?????? 5 8.0 ± 1.0 mM). Intrinsic and ANS-binding fluorescences studies were also performed to gain more information regarding the binding mechanism. The results showed that no tertiary structural changes were obviously observed. For further insight, we predicted the 3D structure of tyrosinase and simulated the docking between tyrosinase and TBA. The docking simulation was successful with significant scores (binding energy for AutoDock4: -5.52 kcal/mol) and suggested that TBA was located in the active site. The 11 ns molecular dynamics simulation convinced that the four HIS residues (residue numbers: 57, 90, 250, and 282) were commonly responsible for the interaction with TBA. Our results provide a new inhibition strategy that works using an antioxidant rather than targeting the copper ions within the tyrosinase active site.</P>
