Donghui Yu,Sangwook Hwang,Youngkyu Lee,Sunghoon Yang,Changbok Lee 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Software Engineering and Vol.9 No.8
This paper shows the analysis results of time offsets using P1, P2 and P3 code in GPS time transfer. The r2cggtts program has been used in GNSS Time Transfer and use the P3 ionosphere free combination of P1 and P2 code measurements. We modified the r2cggtts program in order to calculate and write all kinds of time offsets P3 as well as P1 and P2. The result of the modified r2cggtts program shows that time offsets using P1 and P2 are of wide distribution comparing to time offsets using P3. In order to Figure out the error factors for wide distributions of P1 and P2, we analyze and present the relation between the elevation angle and time offsets in this paper.

There has been interest in recent years in backup systems in case of the loss of GPS in South Korea. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries had conducted the feasibility study using DGPS beacon signal and recently Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs started to examine eLoran (enhanced Loran) system, especially in the Harbor Entrance and Approach (HEA). In order to meet this HEA accuracy requirement, user receivers must employ Additional Secondary Factors (ASFs) in calculating the user’s position. ASFs are time adjustments that modify the receiver’s Times of Arrival (TOA) to account for propagation over non-seawater paths. As these ASFs vary both spatially and temporally, both variations need to be compensated for to meet the HEA accuracy targets. In the proposedeLoran system, the spatial variations are accounted for through the use of grids of ASF values that are known by the receiver a priori. The temporal variations are accounted for by operating in differential mode; specifically, a nearbyreference monitor station estimates and broadcasts the temporal changes in the ASFs relative to the published spatial grids. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy is conducting research and proof-of concept demonstrations of the ability of enhanced Loran to support the HEA navigational requirements. In this paper, we outline the methodology to import and deploy the eLoran system in South Korea; especially, ASF grid development techniques and location of monitor sites and operations in Busan Harbor referring to the efforts of The United States.

<P><B>Summary</B></P><P>Interspecific hybridization is a significant evolutionary force as well as a powerful method for crop breeding. Partial substitution of the AA subgenome in <I>Brassica napus</I> (AnAnCnCn) with the <I>Brassica rapa</I> (ArAr) genome by two rounds of interspecific hybridization resulted in a new introgressed type of <I>B.?napus</I> (ArArCnCn). In this study, we construct a population of recombinant inbred lines of the new introgressed type of <I>B.?napus</I>. Microsatellite, intron‐based and retrotransposon markers were used to characterize this experimental population with genetic mapping, genetic map comparison and specific marker cloning analysis. Yield‐related traits were also recorded for identification of quantitative trait loci (QTLs). A remarkable range of novel genomic alterations was observed in the population, including simple sequence repeat (SSR) mutations, chromosomal rearrangements and retrotransposon activations. Most of these changes occurred immediately after interspecific hybridization, in the early stages of genome stabilization and derivation of experimental lines. These novel genomic alterations affected yield‐related traits in the introgressed <I>B.?napus</I> to an even greater extent than the alleles alone that were introgressed from the Ar subgenome of <I>B.?rapa</I>, suggesting that genomic changes induced by interspecific hybridization are highly significant in both genome evolution and crop improvement.</P>
Feature Selection of Nonperforming Loans in Chinese Commercial Banks
Zhang Yu,Yu Gang,Guan Yongsheng,Yang Donghui 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.3
In recent years, huge amounts of nonperforming loans (NPLs) of commercial banks have become one of the biggest obstacles constraining reform and development in Chinese commercial banks. Finding a way to control the banks’ NPLs is a core issue that it continues to be explored and researched in the finance. In this paper, PCA and relief algorithm in data mining methods were adopted to extract and analyze NPLs characteristics in commercial banks through contrasting the performing and nonperforming loans records, based on the predecessors’ literatures. In this paper, a bank's loans data with 96 features and 10415 samples is collected. At last, we construct nonperforming loans of commercial banks classification model. Our research is very important for capturing warning signal timely, detection of NPLs and sound operation of commercial banks.

The main objective of the present paper is to draw the attention of researchers towards the wear analysis of functionallygraded aluminum matrix composites (FGAMCs) reinforced with different types of particles. The quality of the productsand characteristics achieved by the functionally graded materials (FGMs) has been given increasing attention during recentdecades. FGMs provide a way to obtain gradients between two phases with variations of properties. The centrifuge castingprocess was used to produce continuous variation of graded materials. These continuous graded materials offer high strengthand enhanced wear resistances compared with traditional composite materials. This paper summarizes the effect of the variousreinforcement materials and wear test parameters on microstructure as well as wear properties in the FGAMCs obtainedthrough the centrifugal casting technique. The results found in the reviewed literature are classified according to types ofreinforcement particles (such as silicon carbide, alumina and boron carbide) and the influence of wear test parameters (suchas applied load, sliding distance, duration and sliding speed) on FGM composites. The main conclusions in this paper arederived from previous studies on experimental investigations on the wear characteristics of FGAMCs. The research gapsand future directions have been discussed which will be prolific to the researchers in the design and manufacture of FGMsproduction by centrifugal casting.

Mechanical characteristics of functionally graded materials (FGMs) can be optimized for specific application depending onthe demands of different engineering sectors using appropriate combinations of material amounts and processing parameters. In recent years, many approaches to the production of functionally graded metal matrix composites (FGMMCs) using thecentrifugal casting method have been proposed. This paper presents an overview of different available materials and processparameters for FGMs based on their mechanical and wear characteristics. The major conclusions in this paper are drawnfrom the previous studies on experimental investigations on mechanical properties and wear characteristics of FGMMCs. The findings in current work are classified according to material parameters such as the type of matrix material, reinforcingmaterial (type, weight, and size), in addition to process parameters such as mould rotational speed and pouring temperature.
