      • DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY: E-BUSINESS, E-COMMERCE

Volkova, Nelia,Kuzmuk, Ihor,Oliinyk, Nataliia,Klymenko, Iryna,Dankanych, Andrii International Journal of Computer ScienceNetwork S 2021 International journal of computer science and netw Vol.21 No.4

The introduction of digital technologies affects most socio-economic processes and activities in the economy, from agriculture to public services. Even though the world is currently only in the early stages of digital transformation, the digital economy is growing rapidly, especially in developing countries. Shortly, digital platforms will be able to replace the "invisible hand" of the market and turn it into digital. Some digital platforms have already reached global reach in some sectors of the economy. The growing value of data and artificial intelligence is reflected in the high capitalization of these enterprises. Their growing role has far-reaching consequences for the organization of economic activity and integration into the field of e-business. However, their importance and level of development in different countries differ significantly. The main purpose of this article is an assessment of the level and trends of the digital economy in the world and the identification of homogeneous groups of states following the main trends in the development of its components from among the EU countries. The methodology of the conducted research is based on the use of general scientific research methods in the analysis of secondary sources and the application of statistical methods of correlation-regression and cluster analysis. Macroeconomic indicators and components of DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index) were used for the analysis. Results. Based on the analysis established that most developed countries have a medium level of digitalization of the business environment and a high level of digitalization of socially oriented public services, while countries with lower GDP focus their policies on building digital infrastructure and training qualified personnel. The study summarizes and analyzes current trends in digital technology, analyzes the level and dynamics of integration of digital technologies of the studied EU countries, the level of development of e-business and e-commerce. The conceptualization of mechanisms of creation of added value in the digital economy is offered and the possible consequences of digitalization of the economy of developing countries are generalized.

      • Psychological and Pedagogical Features the Use of Digital Technology in a Blended Learning Environment

Volkova Nataliia,Poyasok Tamara,Symonenko Svitlana,Yermak Yuliia,Varina Hanna,Rackovych Anna International Journal of Computer ScienceNetwork S 2024 International journal of computer science and netw Vol.24 No.4

The article highlights the problems of the digitalization of the educational process, which affect the pedagogical cluster and are of a psychological nature. The authors investigate the transformational changes in education in general and the individual beliefs of each subject of the educational process, caused by both the change in the format of learning (distance, mixed), and the use of new technologies (digital, communication). The purpose of the article is to identify the strategic trend of the educational process, which is a synergistic combination of pedagogical methodology and psychological practice and avoiding dialectical opposition of these components of the educational space. At the same time, it should be noted that the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process allows for short-term difficulties, which is a usual phenomenon for innovations in the educational sphere. Consequently, there is a need to differentiate the fundamental problems and temporary shortcomings that are inherent in the new format of learning (pedagogical features). Based on the awareness of this classification, it is necessary to develop psychological techniques that will prevent a negative reaction to the new models of learning and contribute to a painless moral and spiritual adaptation to the realities of the present (psychological characteristics). The methods used in the study are divided into two main groups: general-scientific, which investigates the pedagogical component (synergetic, analysis, structural and typological methods), and general-scientific, which are characterized by psychological direction (dialectics, observation, and comparative analysis). With the help of methods disclosed psychological and pedagogical features of the process of digitalization of education in a mixed learning environment. The result of the study is to develop and carry out methodological constants that will contribute to the synergy for the new pedagogical components (digital technology) and the psychological disposition to their proper use (awareness of the effectiveness of new technologies). So, the digitalization of education has demonstrated its relevance and effectiveness in the pedagogical dimension in the organization of blended and distance learning under the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic. The task of the psychological cluster is to substantiate the positive aspects of the digitalization of the educational process.

      • Poster Session:PS 0183 ; Endocrinology : Natural History of Pheochromocytoma, 9 Years of Follow- Up

        ( Natalia Volkova ),( Maria Antonenko ),( Ilya Davidenko ),( Igor Reshetnikoy ),( Irina Dzherieva ) 대한내과학회 2014 대한내과학회 추계학술대회 Vol.2014 No.1

Background: It is well-known that pheochromocytoma might be asymptomatic. However, the data about natural history of asymptomatic pheochromocytoma is limited. Methods: A clinical case description. Results: The patient male, 56 y.o., presented with sudden onset of hypertension well-controlled with beta-blocker and adrenal incidentaloma discovered 9 years ago. In 2003 there was incidentally discovered right adrenal homogenous mass 22x23x21mm consistent with benign adenoma. Because of hypertension absence, hormonal assessment wasn`t performed. In 2008 on the repeated abdominal CT the size of mass was 23x23x24mm with unenchanced attenuation 26HU. Since there was not negative dynamics, there was not performed screening for pheochromocytoma, primary hyperaldosteronism, subclinical hypercortisolism. Untill 2012 there was no any complaints. In 2012 the patient was seen by cardiologist due to sudden onset of hypertension, which became under control with beta-blocker. MRI was performed: there was revealed 38x34x40mm inhomogeneous mass with high signal intensity on T2-weighted. Eventually, because of hypertension onset and changed radiologic phenotype, there was performed screening for pheochromocytoma. The level of 24-hour urinary metanephrines were 586,1 mcg (laboratory range 13-350), the level of 24-hour urinary normetanephrines 2587,5 mcg (laboratory range 23-600). In result, the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma of right adrenal was made. Beta-blocker was withdrawn. Patient was preoperativelly given an alpha-blocker for 14 days. Since the operation was planned, screening for subclinical hypercortisolism was also performed: plasma cortisol after 1-mg DST was 54nmol/l (< 50nmol/l), midnight plasma cortisol 73,12 nmol/l (< 207nmol/l), ACTH 11,9pg/ml (laboratory range 5-46pg/ml). Right laparoscopic adrenalectomy was performed. Histologic picture was consistent with pheochromocytoma. Postoperativelly 24-hour urinary metanephrines were 75,5mcg, 24-hour urinary normetanephrines 132,2 mcg. Annual biochemical screening was indicated.

      • Poster Session : PS 0460 ; Genetics ; Problems in Differential Diagnostics of Rare Genetic Disorders

( Natalya Volkova ),( Ilya Davidenko ),( Maria Antonenko ),( Igor Reshetnikov ),( Julia Rudakova ),( Irina Dzherieva ) 대한내과학회 2014 대한내과학회 추계학술대회 Vol.2014 No.1

Background: Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a rare genetic disorder in which seven genes (or some subset thereof) on paternal chromosome 15 (q 11-13) are deleted or unexpressed (chromosome 15q partial deletion). The incidence of PWS is between 1 in 25,000 and 1 in 10,000 live births. There are many signs and symptoms of PWS. The variety of symptoms can range from poor muscle tone during infancy to behavioral problems in early childhood. Clinical case: A 16-year patient presented with complaints on delayed sexual development. Also he had nonspecific symptoms as like increased appetite, rapid fatigability, headaches, dizziness, syncopes, and increased irritability. Past history did not include any information about delayed sexual development. Also medical history demonstrated muscle weakness, decreased sucking refi ex and weight loss before 2 years age. Thereafter, all symptoms disappeared, and reverse symptoms as like polyphagia and increased appetite developed. During the whole period of a disease patient were examined by various specialists, but nobody observed signs and symptoms of delayed sexual development. Physical examination revealed adult woman pattern of hair distribution, testicular hypoplasia and obesity (BMI 42,5 kg/m2). Also patient had acromicria and mental defi ciency. Further, laboratory examination revealed decreased testosterone, LH and FSH. Thus, secondary hypogonadism was diagnosed. Also psychiatrist proved decreased IQ level. Based on all clinical signs and symptoms there were supposed that secondary hypogonadism is a part of some genetic disorder. Further, geneticist established karyotype 46 ХУ with 15q-11-13. As result PWS was diagnosed. Symptomatic treatment, like chorionic gonadotropin, dietotherapy, physical activity and home schooling wasprescribed. Conclusions: This clinical case demonstrates that there is no systematic diagnostics of rare genetic disorders. PWS is multidisciplinary problem that is needed special attention of various specialists. Any symptom as like secondary hypogonadism could be PWS clinical presentations

Diagnostic of the Bimodal Distribution of InAs/GaAs Quantum Dots by Means of a Simple Nondestructive Method Based on the Photoelectrical Spectroscopy

        N. S. Volkova,A. P. Gorshkov,L. A. Istomin,A. V. Zdoroveyshchev,S. Levichev 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2016 NANO Vol.11 No.10

Photoelectric spectra of heterostructures containing InAs quantum dots (QDs) produced in different technological regimes were studied. A simple nondestructive method to reveal a bimodality of the QDs' size distribution was described. The method based on the analysis of the shape of InAs/GaAs QDs' photoelectric spectra and their temperature dependencies. The quantitative analysis of the temperature dependencies of the photoelectrical spectra was performed. All possible emission processes occurring from quantum confined levels to the semiconductor matrix were considered at the simulation. The surface concentration of the QDs was estimated.

Multi-approach inventory of aquatic vascular plants in Kyrgyzstan provides new data on biodiversity of Central Asia

        Polina A. Volkova,Maria O. Ivanova,Alexander A. Bobrov 국립중앙과학관 2024 Journal of Asia-Pacific Biodiversity Vol.17 No.1

Freshwater plants of Central Asian Mountains (a global biodiversity hotspot) remain poorly studied. Weperformed extensive field inventory of vascular plants in different types of waterbodies in northeasternKyrgyzstan. By joint morphological and genetic analysis, we revealed a new, previously undetected, hybrid (Utricularia macrorhiza U. vulgaris) and demonstrated that Stuckenia amblyphylla should not betreated as a separate species, being rather a lineage of S. filiformis. Besides these new data for globalbiodiversity, we report three new taxa for Central Asia (Lemna japonica, Potamogeton berchtoldii P. pusillus and Sparganium rothertii). We listed seven new species for Kyrgyzstan, that are not rare in CentralAsia (Caulinia minor, Lemna gibba, Najas major, Potamogeton berchtoldii, P. nodosus, Spirodela polyrhiza,Zannichellia repens), and provided new data on distribution of nine species in the country. We concludethat focused multi-approach studies of aquatic vascular plants in Central Asia should be continued.

Floristic findings on the Onekotan island clarify biogeographic subdivision of the Northern Kurils, Russian Far East

        Polina A. Volkova,Nikita P. Tikhomirov,Maria O. Ivanova,Ivan A. Dadykin,Yury O. Kopylov-Guskov,Alexander A. Bobrov 국립중앙과학관 2019 Journal of Asia-Pacific Biodiversity Vol.12 No.4

Floristic subdivision of the northern part of the Kuril archipelago (Russian Far East) remains controversial. Such uncertainty in biogeographical subdivision could be caused by insufficient floristic data dueto poor accessibility of mainly uninhabited northern Kuril islands. We aimed to explore the flora of thelargest uninhabited northern Kuril island Onekotan to clarify its position in floristic subdivision. All the19 species that we added to the known flora of Onekotan island grow on Paramushir and often on someother northern Kurils. Additionally, we revealed two species (Minuartia rubella and Poa lanata) that arenew for the whole Kuril archipelago. Our findings demonstrated that floristic similarity between Onekotanand the both large northern continental Kuril islands (Shumshu and Paramushir) is higher than itwas demonstrated before. However, discussion of floristic subdivision of the Northern Kurils is prematureunless all the islands are sufficiently studied.

Unexpected burst of new data on vascular plantsflora for the Lesser KurilRidge and the whole Kuril archipelago

        Polina A. Volkova,Maria O. Ivanova,Ivan A. Dadykin,Nikita P. Tikhomirov,Maxim Y. Grigoryan,Yurii O. Kopylov-Guskov,Alexander A. Bobrov 국립중앙과학관 2020 Journal of Asia-Pacific Biodiversity Vol.13 No.4

Flora of the southern Kuril continental islands is extremely diverse due to the complex history of geologyand climate, fluctuating connections with other territories in the past, and the habitat diversity of thearchipelago. It is likely well-investigated due to the long history of botanical studies, andfloristicfindingsare expected only in taxonomically difficult plant groups. To test this assumption, we carried out a specialinvestigation of the aquatic vascular plants on the Lesser Kuril Ridge (isl. Shikotan, Polonskogo, Yurii,Tanfilieva, Zelyonyi) and isl. Kunashir. In line with our expectations, we revealed nine taxa that havenever been reported for the whole Kuril archipelago (including six new for Sakhalinfloristic province ofRussia:Potamogeton manchuriensis,P.sparganiifolius, P.variifolius, P.vepsicus, Sagittaria aginashi,Sparganium subglobosum); all of them are aquatic ones. We found 24 species that are new for the LesserKuril Ridge or the whole Southern Kurils from which only about a half were aquatic. Unexpectedly, wefound 53 mainly terrestrial species that are new for the Little Kurils (the Lesser Kuril Ridge withexception of isl. Shikotan), and substantially supplementedfloristic lists of each island.
