        구순구개열 환아의 조기 악정형치료에 관한 증례

        Cleft lip and palate is the most common malformation in the craniofacial region. The patients with cleft lip and palate have functional problem such as, speech, feeding and respiratory as well as esthetic problem. So, treatment should be done by multidiciplinary team approach. The role of pediatric dentist in the team is advicement for feeding method, guidance of normal growth, caries control and preventive orthodontics. In cleft lip and palate patients, maxillary arch after cheiloplasty is usually collapsed by excessive tension of the scar. This collapse increase the difficulty of later orthodontic treatment. Therefore, the maxillary arch segments should be moved and retaind to normal position as soon as cheiloplasty is done to reduce the need and difficulty of orthodontic treatment. This concept is called by the early orthopedic treatment in cleft lip and palate. Also, this orthopedic appliance works as feeding applince to normal feeding and weight gain We reported two cases of early orthopedic treatment with favorable result in complete bilateral cleft lip and palate patients after cheiloplasty. Patients showed normal weight and their maxillary arch widths were increased.

      • 광양지역의 강수중 이온성분에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to survey rainwater to investigate the causes of acidification of rain. Rainwater samples were collected at 4 sites in the Kwangyang area from spring to winter, 2002 by dividing the precipitation into 3 stages. The major ions( SO^(2-)_(4), Cl^(-), NO^(-)_(3), Ca^(2+), Na^(+), Mg^(2+) were determined by Ion Liquid Chromatography and ICP. From the results, the following conclusion were derived; 1. The highest concentrations of anion( Cl^(-) 5.06㎎/ℓ, SO^(2-)_(4) 8.03㎎/ℓ) were observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site and anion( NO^(-)_(3) 4.21㎎/ℓ) were observed at the Jungma-dong site. Also, in case of cations, the highest measurements of Na^(+)(㎎/ℓ) and Mg^(2+)(㎎/ℓ)ion, Ca^(2+)(㎎/ℓ)ion were observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site. 2. The average anion concentration showed in the following order of SO^(2)_(-4)(6.43㎎/ℓ), Cl^(-) (4.29㎎/ℓ), and NO^(-)_(3) (3.71㎎/ℓ), while those of cations ; Na^(+)(2.23㎎/ℓ), Ca^(2+)(2.2㎎/ℓ), and Mg^(2+)(0.4㎎/ℓ). From the results, total concentration of measured anions appeared to be higher than that of cations. 3. Cl^(-) were correlation with SO^(2-)_(4) and Mg^(2+), NO^(-)_(3) respectively. Besides, correlations existed between Mg^(2+) and SO^(2-)_(4), and also between Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) However a correlation was not recognized between pH and ions measured in rainwater. 4. From the beginning to succeeding period of precipitation variation of ion concentration and pH of rainwater did not show a consistent trend for different precipitation. 5. The lowest of pH values was observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site and the highest of those was 5.56 at Geumho-dong-1 site. 6. SO^(2-)_(4) was found out ti be the main factor which contributed to the rainwater acidification.

      • ISC모델을 이용한 폐기물 소각시설의 영향평가에 관한 연구

        Effect of air pollution on environment must be predicted accurately in order that air pollution may be solved and effective management plans established. Recently, air pollution models are used to predict the effect of emission source on air pollution and manage air environment. And these are useful to assess the effect of air pollutant. In this paper, air pollution model(ISCST) was applied to identify the effects of incineration plant on air quality in around area. Emission rates of CO, NOx, SOx, HCl, dust, dioxin and operation condition of incineration plant were investigated for the purpose of the model simulation. And computational domain with a grid of 0.5㎞ × 0.5㎞ was 15㎞ × 15㎞. Meterological data for the last 5 years(’97.’01) were used as input data.

      • GIS를 이용한 교통량 및 오염물질 배출량의 산정

        The results of this study are summarized as follows' The traffic of link and emission of air pollutant described using GIS. And thus, it enables to analysis transport and air pollution system more powerfully in terms of graphics and data management. Applying graphic ability in GIS to analysis and describe, the results are expressed graphically easily understood. This study was carried on traffic system of Daejeon. First, network of road constructed in Daejeon using roads data. And then, network was inputed data of traffic and emission of air pollutants in links. The results of a test study on realistic network and emission shows various ways of representation of output data. Therefore, it is essy to traffic management and pollutants anlysis.

      • 집단콜라주 미술치료가 단순 언어장애 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 집단콜라주 미술치료가 단순 언어장애 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여, 창원시 D아동청소년 발달센터 게시판을 통해 모집한 23명의 모집 공고 대상자 중 면담을 통해 연구 참여 희망자 12명을 선별하여 실험집단 6명과 통제집단 6명, 총12명을 선정하였다. 실험집단에는 2014년 7월부터 10월까지 사전·사후검사를 포함한 총 12회기의 집단콜라주 미술치료를 실시하였다. 집단 간 동질성을 알아보기 위하여 맨 위트니 유 검정(Man-Whitney U Test)을 실시하였으며, 이후 사전·사후 차이를 확인하기 위해 윌콕슨의 결합-조-기호-순위 검정(Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed Rank Test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 집단콜라주 미술치료는 단순 언어장애 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며 효과적인 방법임이 검증되었다. This study's purpose is about the effect of the collage art therapy which was implemented for mother for children with specific language impairment. For this study, 12 Mothers with simple language impaired children who used Development Center of the Children's youth in Chang-Won and they were chosen to the participants for this study and divided into an experimental group and control group, whit 6 in each group. This collage group art therapy Program Over 12 session from July 2014 until October. We conducted Man-Whitney U Test to evaluate the homogeneity between groups and Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed Rank Test to check for pre and post differences. In conclusion, the findings suggest that the group art therapy has a positive effect on the reduction of mother's child-rearing stress and can be a effective approach to improve parenting stress of mother with simple language impaired children.

      • 터널내 자연환기력 변화에 따른 오염물질 거동특성

        Because of a sudden increase of vehicles, the limit of road capacity occurred. We are, therefore, constructing the road tunnel over l㎞ for the maximization of land use. To supply safe driving conditions in the road tunnel, we are controlling the exhaust emissions with a forced ventilation facility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ventilation efficiency and the characteristics of tunnel on the change of natural ventilation force. To carry out this study, Sola program is transformed to fit for the road tunnel and it was simulated. The tunnel with ventilation system of transverse type is used as a objective tunnel. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The larger a natual ventilation force, the better a ventilation efficiency. 2. It is required the ventilation system dealing with quickly a change of the tunnel surroundings because of accumulation of 5m/sec. 3. The contaminant distributions in the near of ventilation system are highly stagnant in the left-below parts of tunnel, the below parts of air supply system and the below parts of ventilation system.

      • 쓰레기 발생량 및 성상변화에 따른 소각특성변화

        This study was carried out to evalute possibility of incineration for municipal solid wastes in residential, APT. and commercial area. The results could be summarized as follows; The densities of solid wastes were residential 0.2ton/㎥, APT. 0.102ton/㎥ and commercial 0.189ton/㎥. The physical composition of waste from residential area was food waste 58.3%, paper 21.02% and vinyl plastics 12.64%, in which these solid wastes occupies 91.96% in all wastes. While in commercial area, the physical composition of waste was 24.92%, 45.955 and 19.42%, respectively. Higher amount of paper and vinyl plastics was due to less dealing with food and better keeping separation in commertial area. The moisture contents of municipal solid wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were 55.87%, 46.22% and 30.6%, respectively. These difference were caused by the fact that the variation of food wastes. The volatile solids of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were, in dry wastes, 94.0%, 92.1% and 91.0%, respectively. Ash contents of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were, in dry wastes, 6.2%, 8.7% and 11.46%, respectively. The average low heating value of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were 1,459.1㎈/㎏, 2,059.3㎈/㎏ and 2916.0㎈/㎏, respectively.

      • 제지공장의 악취 및 VOCs의 발생 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is performed to odor predictions at paper manufactory, to provide guideline for design and evaluation of facility construction and operations. Odor and VOCs materials were measured at five points as incinerator, DIP and TMP. The results show that odors are observed in Hydrogen Sulfide, Mercaptan, stylene and VOCs are detected in alkane, terpene. Especially, pinenes among terpenes are detected a lot because of character of paper manufactory. In order to analysis quality and quantity of VOCs at stack, the operation temperature of milling dryers outlet was changed to 100℃ and 120℃. The results show that discharge of alkanes and concentration of VOCs measured at the 4 part decreases significantly but terpenes is quite abundant in operation at 100℃ than 12 0℃.

      • Application of Stopping Rule of Pegylated Interferon-Alpha 2a Therapy to Korean Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

        Aims: In pegylated interferon-alpha 2a (PEG-IFN) of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), the decline of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) titers after 12-week therapy has been considered as a potent predictor that can determine discontinuation of therapy. In this study, we evaluated treatment response in Korean patients with CHB after 12-week PEG-IFN therapy. Methods: 100 patients with CHB were prospectively analyzed from April 2015 to September 2016 in multi-centers. After 12-week use of PEG-IFN, we evaluated the changes of HBsAg, heapatitis B virus (HBV) DNA, and other liver-related markers in patients with CHB. Results: Of 100 patients with CHB, heapatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)- positive patients were 75, and HBeAg-negative patients were 25. After 12-week PEG-IFN therapy, the number of HBeAg-positive patients with HBsAg less than 20,000 IU/mL was 61 (82.43%), and the number of HBeAg-negative patents with declined HBsAg titers or decreased HBV DNA levels more than 2 log IU/mL was 19 (76.00%). In HBeAg-positive patients, the decline of HBV DNA and HBsAg levels after 12 weeks was 1.83 ± 2.05 log10 IU/mL (p < 0.0001) and 6452.33 ± 11266.74 IU/mL (p <0.0001), respectively. In HBeAg-negative patients, the decrease of HBV DNA and HBsAg levels after 12 weeks was 2.55 ± 2.11 log10 IU/mL (p < 0.0001) and 1940.71 ± 5071.62 IU/mL (p < 0.0001), respectively. The number of patients with HBsAg titers less than 1,500 IU/mL after 12 weeks was 14 (18.92%) in HBeAg-positive patients and 17 (68.00%) in HBeAg-negative patients, respectively. Conclusions: As applying 12-week stopping rule, early anti-viral response rate of PEG-IFN was confirmed in Korean patients with CHB, and we could apply this results to determine patients who will continue long-term PEG-IFN therapy in the early period of treatment.
