Integral Formulas Involving Product of Srivastava's Polynomials and Galué type Struve Functions

The aim of this paper is to establish two general finite integral formulas involving the product of Galué type Struve functions and Srivastava's polynomials. The results are given in terms of generalized (Wright's) hypergeometric functions. These results are obtained with the help of finite integrals due to Oberhettinger and Lavoie-Trottier. Some interesting special cases of the main results are also considered. The results presented here are of general character and easily reducible to new and known integral formulae.

Guggulsterone, a hypolipidemic natural agent, is produced in resin canals of the plant Commiphora wightii. In this study, the stimulatory effects of growth retardants [ALAR (N,N-dimethylaminosuccinamic acid) and CCC (chlormequat chloride)] and fungal elicitor on guggulsterone accumulation in cell cultures of C. wightii are reported. CCC at $1\;mg\;l^{-1}$ enhanced guggulsterone content (${\sim}123\;{\mu}g\;l^{-1})$ when added on the fifth day after inoculation, while ALAR at $2.5\;{\mu}g\;l^{-1}$ increased guggulsterone content (${\sim}116\;{\mu}g\;l^{-1}$) when added on the tenth day. In a two-stage fed-batch process, combined treatment with fungal elicitor and growth retardant caused a significant increase (${\sim}353\;{\mu}g\;l^{-1}$) in guggulsterone content in cell cultures after 17 days of growth. This represents an approximately fivefold increase over the guggulsterone contents in initial cultures of this plant.

The aim of this paper is to establish certain integrals involving product of the Aleph function with exponential function and multi Gauss's hypergeometric function. Being unified and general in nature, these integrals yield a number of known and new results as special cases. For the sake of illustration, twelve corollaries are also recorded here as special case of our main results.
Design and Development of a Co-axial Passive Flexion Mechanism-based Gripper for Irregular Objects

Humans hand has a complex functionality to achieve stable and reliable gripping of irregular-shaped objects. This paper aims to design a three-finger anthropomorphic gripper and endow the designed hand with natural grasping functions. We introduce a passively adjustable flexion finger mechanism that can change a flexion finger angle according to the irregular-shaped objects. Each finger of the gripper has a torsional spring and has placed co-axially, connected in series on an equilateral triangular palm. The required stiffness of the flexion angle and object safety condition is analyzed. The variation of the flexion joint stiffness for the minimum to maximum flexion angle is evaluated. Practical experiments using a wide range of objects under different grasping scenarios are performed to demonstrate the grasping capability of the integrated gripper.

Objectives: The need for proper wound closure is of paramount importance after any intra-oral surgery. Various wound closure techniques have been described in literature using traditional non-absorbable suture materials. These include like synthetic absorbable sutures, surgical staples and tissue adhesives. Cyanoacrylates are among the most commonly used biocompatible tissue adhesives. To evaluate and compare intraoral wound healing using 3-0 silk sutures and n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate after alveoloplasty. Materials and Methods: A total of 20 patients requiring bilateral alveoloplasty in the same arch (upper or lower) were included in this study. Patients with any pre-existing pathology or systemic disease were excluded. After alveoloplasty was performed, the wound was closed using 3-0 braided silk sutures on one side, and using n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate bio adhesive on the other side. Patients were evaluated based on the following parameters: time required to achieve wound closure; the incidence of immediate and postoperative hemostasis; the time to the use of the first rescue medication; the side where pain first arises; and the side where wound healing begins first. Results: Compared to 3-0 silk sutures, cyanoacrylate demonstrated better hemostatic properties, reduced operative time, reduced postoperative pain and better wound healing. Conclusion: These data suggest that cyanoacrylate glue is an adequate alternative to conventional sutures to close the surgical wound after alveoloplasty, and better than are 3-0 silk sutures.
Design of a Drone-Hawk Gripper for Nest Removal from Electric Tower

This paper deals with the bird"s nest cleaning equipment, particularly a new type of bird"s nest-removing Hawk claw gripper for power transmission towers. Bird"s nests are often built on the transmission and distribution network towers. The wooden branches, grass stems, wires and other materials that birds use to make the nest can easily cause the short connection of the power line, causing fire or even burning out the equipment. Causing a power line failure makes a great impact on the economy and human lives. This paper proposed a Hawk-inspired bird"s nest cleaning gripper design for a drone arm with three fingers with a long curved talon. The gripper finger talon can penetrate deeper into the nest structure to grip firmly and a drone moves it. The hawk gripper can be easily connected to a foldable drone arm and operated remotely on the electrical tower. We developed a prototype of a hawk gripper and demonstrated its feasibility.

본 논문에서는 태양광 패널의 청소를 위한 드론에 탑재할 로봇팔을 설계하고 제어한다. 로봇팔은 드론이 공간을 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 가볍고 접이식으로 설계되어 접혔다 늘어났다 하는 메커니즘을 갖도록 설계되었다. 로봇 팔은 s 자형 링크를 연결하여 가위 쌍 구조로 평면형 로봇팔 구조를 설계하였다. 또한, 이 평면형 로봇 팔 3개를 병렬로 부착하여 충분한 강성을 가진 로봇팔로 구성하였다. 로봇팔을 xy 테이블에 매달고 상하의 움직임을 실험하였다.

A widespread of superficial fungal infections deals with concerns related to current therapeutic regimen such as drug resistance and adverse events associated with the same which leads exploration of natural oils as an antifungal agent. The aim of present work is to the development of clove oil loaded microemulsion based gel for treatment of superficial fungal infections. The microemulsion based gel was prepared by phase titration method and optimized using D-optimal design considering globule size, drug permeation and drug retention on skin as critical quality attributes. The MIC and zone of inhibition of clove oil was found to be 2.2 mg/ml and 38 mm respectively. A pale to yellowish transparent microemulsion had a globule size, zeta-potential and PDI of 14.41 nm, 0.73 and 0.0113 respectively indicating a stable microemulsion. A clove oil loaded microemulsion based gel (CLMBG) with a pH of 6.27 and viscosity of 12.87 m.pas/sec exhibited a comparable texture profile to marketed preparation. The drug release of the CLMBG with a drug content of 102.6 ± 4% in acetate buffer pH 5.5 was 98.5 ± 0.35% ensuring complete drug release from the formulation. Ex-vivo drug permeation study and skin irritation study dictated the retention of drug at site of action and the formulation to be non-irritant. The antifungal study proved the formulation to have similar efficacy as the marketed product (clobet gel). The stability study indicated the product to be safe, efficacious and stable formulation. From the above results, it can be derived that clove oil loaded microemulsion based gel can be a promising alternative to current antifungal regimens.

In this paper, the Saigo’s k-fractional integral and derivative operators involving k-hypergeometric function in the kernel are applied to the generalized k-Bessel function; results are expressed in term of k- Wright function, which are used to present image formulas of integral transforms including beta transform. Also special cases related to fractional calculus operators and Bessel functions are considered.
