This dissertation describe the fabrication methods of superconductor wires by electrophoresis of superconducting YBCO powders. For electrophoresis, a stainless steel net was used as anode, and an Ag wire(ψ0.8mm) were used as counter electrode on which the superconducting powders in a suspension solution were deposited. The BaF_(2)(3[wt.%]) addition improved the surface uniformity and density of superconducting powder deposition, and reduced the crack on the surface. A superconductor wire was fabricated with the optimal condition, and its critical temperature was measured as T_(c,zero)=96[K], T_(c,on)=92[K), and critical current densities of single layered and double layered YBCO superconductor wires were 1,458[A/㎠) and 1,014[A/㎠], respectively.

In this paper, presintered YBCO powder dispersed in acetone was used to make a functional material which has a variable shape. And the superconducting YBCO thick films were prepared by electrophoretic deposition method. The Alumina(Al_(2)O_(3)) ceramic plate coated with Ag was used as the cathode substrate and stainless steel net was used as the counter electrode in suspension for electrophoresis. The conditions of applied voltages, temperatures, contents of iodines and deposition times for electrophoretic deposition of YBCO thick films were studied in detail. As a result, the optimum iodine content was 200 [mg/l], the applied electrical potential was 200(V] for electrode gap and the content of YBCO powder was 20(g/l] in suspension solution. And the critical temperature was determined at 87[K] from the resistivity curve obtained by 4-probe point method and the critical current density was calculated at the value of 7X10^(2)[A/㎠](77[K], 0[T)).
석고법을 이용한 상지 견갑골부위의 체표변화에 따른 여유량 설정에 관한 연구

This study was performed to determine the ease amount of upper arm and scapula whose motion range and capacity were highest in the upper body. Subjects were 10 women aged 23 to 25 and suing gypsum method, the body surface change according to the motion of upper arm were obtained. The results obtained from this study were as follows ; 1. In the upper arm area, increasing the motion, sleeve width increased but height of sleeve cap and armhole girth dcreased. In the scapula area, shoulder length showed the highest contraction ratio of 36.2%. 2. It was the sleeve width area including anterior and posterior armpit points that indicated the highest change ratio, demanding ease amount. 3. Overapping of body suface draft and sleeve pattern, the appropriate height of sleeve cap were A.H./4+3∼3.5㎝ in M1∼M3 and A.H./5 in M4. 4. Analyzing the shape of scapula according to the motion of upper arm by means of Moire´ Photography increasing to the motion, moire´contour line moved to the shoulder point.

The improvement of preparation process of ${YBa_2}{Cu_3}{O_x}$ superconductor and its conducting properties is important for practical applications. In this study, the additives such as $Ag_{2}O$ and PbO were used to improve the preparation conditions of ${YBa_2}{Cu_3}{O_x}$ superconducting bulk samples and the properties of ${YBa_2}{Cu_3}{O_x}$ superconductors prepared with powders using sol-gel method and solid state reaction method were studied. The effects of the different powders and the additives to the density, grain alignment, and porosity of samples, that affect the critical current density of superconductor, also have been investigated. It is found that the properties of ${YBa_2}{Cu_3}{O_x}$ prepared with sol-gel synthesized powder and the additives showed better superconductivities than those of conventionally prepared superconductors.

<P>Few-layer graphene films with a controllable thickness were grown on a nickel surface by rapid thermal annealing (RTA) under vacuum. The instability of nickel films in air facilitates the spontaneous formation of ultrathin (<2-3 nm) carbon- and oxygen-containing compounds on a nickel surface; thus, the high-temperature annealing of the nickel samples without the introduction of intentional carbon-containing precursors results in the formation of graphene films. From annealing temperature and ambient studies during RTA, it was found that the evaporation of oxygen atoms from the surface is the dominant factor affecting the formation of graphene films. The thickness of the graphene layers is strongly dependent on the RTA temperature and time, and the resulting films have a limited thickness (<2 nm), even for an extended RTA time. The transferred films have a low sheet resistance of +/- 0.4 k Omega/sq, with similar to 94% +/- 2% optical transparency, making them useful for applications as flexible transparent conductors.</P>

<P>We demonstrate flexible organic/inorganic hybrid thin-film transistors (TFTs) on a polydimethysiloxane (PDMS) elastomer substrate. The active channel and gate insulator of the hybrid TFT are composed of In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO) and blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] with poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), respectively. It has been confirmed that the fabricated TFT display excellent characteristics: the recorded field-effect mobility, sub-threshold voltage swing, and Ion/Ioff ratio were approximately 0.35 cm(2) V-1 s(-1), 1.5 V/decade, and 10(4), respectively. These characteristics did not experience any degradation at a bending radius of 15 mm. These results correspond to the first demonstration of a hybrid-type TFT using an organic gate insulator/ oxide semiconducting active channel structure fabricated on PDMS elastomer, and demonstrate the feasibility of a promising device in a flexible electronic system.</P>
