불완전 채널 감지하의 IEEE 802.11 DCF 포화상태 성능 분석

본 논문은 불완전한 채널 감지를 고려한 포화 상태에서의 IEEE 802.11 carrier-sense multiple access with collision-avoidance(CSMA/CA)의 성능을 분석한다. 불완전한 채널 감지는 missed-detection과 false alarm을 포함하는데, 이러한 불완전한 채널 감지가 IEEE 802.11의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 수식적으로 표현한다. 물리 계층의 불완전한 채널 감지를 표현하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 기존의 2차원 마코프 프로세스 모델을 수정했다. 모의실험 결과와 제안된 모델의 이론적인 결과가 일치하는 것을 보였다. 이러한 실험결과를 바탕으로, 감지 확률이 IEEE 802.11의 성능에 있어 가장 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. In this paper, performance of IEEE 802.11 carrier-sense multiple access with collision-avoidance (CSMA/CA) protocols in saturated traffic conditions is presented taking into account the impact of imperfect channel sensing. The imperfect channel sensing includes both missed-detection and false alarm and their impact on the performance of IEEE 802.11 is analyzed and expressed as a closed form. To include the imperfect channel sensing at the physical layer, we modified the state transition probabilities of well-known two state Markov process model. Simulation results closely match the theoretical expressions confirming the effectiveness of the proposed model. Based on both theoretical and simulated results, the probability of detection is concluded as a dominant factor for the performance of IEEE 802.11.
Collision Avoidance Based on Occupied Grids for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

This work presents a technique of collision avoidance for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) using occupied grids algorithm. The proposed algorithm is utilizing bounding box based convolutional neural network (CNN). Image frame from UAV camera is divided into grids. Occupied grids by bounding box defines the distance and position of static also dynamic object around UAV in real-time. A flight trajectory, velocity and direction of UAV are presented as performance matrix. Experimental results show that proposed algorithm successfully directs UAV to avoid collision with object by decreasing its velocity and changing direction.
블루투스 비컨을 사용한 스마트 팩토리에서의 무선인터넷 보안 연결 시스템 구현

It is currently undergoing the fourth industrial revolution, which is the convergence of ICT and manufacturing, connecting both industrial equipment and production processes to one network and communicating with each other. The fact that they are connected to one network has the advantage of management, but there is a risk of security. In particular, Wi-Fi can be easily accessed by outsiders through a software change of the MAC address or password exposures. In this paper, by applying the method of Beacon using a Bluetooth Low Energy Add in Bluetooth 4.0, we propose a system of black-box approach to secure connections to wireless Internet, users do not have to know the password. We also implemented the proposed system using the raspberry pi and verified the effectiveness of a real-time system by testing the communication. 최근 부각되고 있는 4차 산업혁명 중의 하나의 경향은 ICT와 제조업의 융합으로 산업기기와 생산과정이 모두 하나의 네트워크로 연결되고 상호 소통하는 것이다. 하나의 네트워크로 연결되어 있다는 것은 관리의 이점이 존재하나, 역으로 보안의 위험성이 존재한다. 특히 Wi-Fi은 MAC주소의 소프트웨어적인 변경이나 비밀번호 노출을 통해 외부인이 손쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Bluetooth 4.0에서 추가된 Bluetooth Low Energy를 사용하는 방식인 Beacon을 응용하여 사용자는 비밀번호를 몰라도 무선인터넷에 보안 연결하는 블랙박스 방식의 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 이 제안한 시스템을 실제로 라즈베리파이로 구현을 하고 실제 연결 테스트를 시행하여 시스템의 효용성을 검증한다.

IPCS(Inter Process Communication Service) is a real-time communication middleware designed for warship combat battle systems based on publisher-subscriber communication model. Because IPCS was originally designed to operated under 100 Mbps network environment, increasing network speed into Gigabit environment does not linearly increase the throughput of IPCS. To solve this problem, we anaylized IPCS structure and optimized IPCS into Gigabit-Ethernet environment. We found parameters to improve IPCS based on UDP and Token-ring structure. By improving, IPCS has reliability and higher throughput than TCP although IPCS is based on UDP.
Meta Multi-agent Reinforcement Learning for UAVs-aided IoT Networks: Initial Work

This initial work proposes a meta multi-agent reinforcement learning to solve issue of fast adaptation and data privacy in reinforcement learning. In this proposed system, training agents individually learn to obtain optimal solution for a task through interaction with environment. Another set of agents (called test agents) aim to learn the experience knowledge and learning adaptation from the training agents to obtain best solution of their task in faster way. This proposed scheme is applied for joint trajectory optimization problem of UAVs-aided IoT networks.
