Research of Manufacturing Resource Sharing System Based on P2P

To realize the equal sharing and full use of manufacturing resource, aiming at the convergence characteristics and dynamic changing behaviors of the distributed and stochastic manufacturing resources, according to the thought of peer-to-peer (P2P) and the Chord protocol, a distributed manufacturing resource sharing system model is proposed, making logic sub rings by the type of resources and the logic main rings by the super nodes. The relay of the resource rings and the convergence of different types of resources for application are completed by super nodes. The description template of the manufacturing resources and the Meta data model relating to the search keyword sets from the template are designed. The indexing process of the resources based on Meta data model and the hierarchical trust mechanism of the sharing system are elaborated; finally, an instance of the sharing system prototype is given.

The demand for computing resources is growing, but the input costs of the enterprise information system construction of the traditional way is too high, and has not the high utilization of the resources. In order to solve this contradiction, the enterprise private cloud platform architecture has been put forward based on open source system. By analyzing the mainstream open source cloud projects, the basis to choose OpenStack has been given. From the perspective of classification of the enterprise personnel, combining with the components of OpenStack, this paper expounds manufacture of the virtual image and distribution, monitor, and use of the virtual machine. At last, the user interface design is also given.
Embedded System-Based Fast Fourier Transform Method for Measuring Water Content in Crude Oil

The moisture content of crude oil notably affects various aspects of oil production, storage, transportation, andexploration. However, accurately measuring this moisture content is challenging because of numerousinfluencing factors, leading to a lack of precision in existing detection methods. This inadequacy hinders theprogress of China's petroleum industry. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes a conductivitybasedmethod for measuring crude oil moisture content. By employing an embedded system, we designed asensor comprising five electrodes. Additionally, we developed signal excitation and signal processing circuits. Moreover, a software program was designed to analyze and compute the output signal using fast Fouriertransform operations. This facilitated the identification of flow patterns, computation of relevant flow rates, andestablishment of correlation rates based on frequency spectral characteristics. Based on experimental results,we established a functional relationship between measurement parameters and crude oil moisture content. Thisstudy enhanced the precision of moisture content measurement, thereby addressing existing limitations andfostering the advancement of China's petroleum industry.

Background/Aims Several studies have demonstrated that sleep problems are associated with functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs): irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, etc, but the relationship between excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) and FGIDs has not been systematically studied in the general population. This study aims to explore the relationship between EDS and specific types of FGIDs and the effect of the number of FGIDs on EDS. Methods A sample of 3600 individuals (aged 18-80 years) was selected from 5 regions in China using a randomized, stratified, multi-stage sampling method. EDS was measured by the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, while gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other FGIDs were assessed by Reflux Disease Questionnaire and the Rome II diagnostic criteria, respectively. Results The survey was completed by 2906 individuals (response rate: 80.72%), and 644 individuals (22.16%) had EDS. EDS was significantly associated with ulcer-like dyspepsia (OR, 2.50; 95% CI, 1.08-5.79), diarrhea-predominant IBS (OR, 2.00; 95% CI, 1.09-3.66), alternating IBS (OR, 2.32; 95% CI, 1.30-4.13), functional constipation (OR, 1.68; 95% CI, 1.20-2.35), and GERD (OR, 1.72; 95% CI, 1.08-2.72). Risk of EDS increased along with the increasing numbers of FGIDs: with 1 FGID (OR, 1.72; 95% CI, 1.37-2.15); with 2 FGIDs (OR, 2.43; 95% CI, 1.63-3.62); and with 3 or more FGIDs (OR, 3.26; 95% CI, 1.37-7.78). Conclusions FGIDs, such as ulcer-like dyspepsia, diarrhea-predominant IBS, alternating IBS, functional constipation, and GERD, were significantly associated with EDS. Those who suffered from more kinds of FGIDs were more susceptible to EDS. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2017;23:298-305)
Monitoring and Evaluation of Artificial Ground Freezing in Metro Tunnel Construction-A Case Study

The turn-back tunnel of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 Tianhe Station with a large span was excavated in sandy clay which may easily break and disintegrate. The artificial ground freezing (AGF) technique was used to stabilize the soil and to prevent its collapse during excavations. Most of the existing theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on the AGF technique are purely based on a couple of assumptions, which are not able to produce accurate predictions. It would be more accurate for the AGF analysis to include the field monitoring. In this study, the coupled method of the field monitoring, the analytical formula, and the numerical method is used to evaluate the thickness and average temperature of the frozen zone. Field monitoring was conducted to measure the temperature of the brine and the ground. Analytical formula was used to compute the thickness and the average temperature of the frozen zone. Numerical simulation is also carried out to predict the thickness and the temperature field of the frozen zone. According to the analytical and numerical analysis, the computed thickness and average temperature of the frozen zone meet the designed requirements of the project, which are further confirmed by the successful excavation of the tunnel. This indicates that the coupled method used in this paper is reliable and would be helpful for the AGF application in practical engineering.

<P>We presented a benchtop technique that can fabricate reconfigurable, three-dimensional (3D) microfluidic devices made from a soft paper-polymer composite. This fabrication approach can produce microchannels at a minimal width of 100 μm and can be used to prototype 3D microfluidic devices by simple bending and stretching. The entire fabrication process can be finished in 2 hours on a laboratory bench without the need for special equipment involved in lithography. Various functional microfluidic devices (e.g., droplet generator and reconfigurable electronic circuit) were prepared using this paper-polymer hybrid microfluidic system. The developed method can be applied in a wide range of standard applications and emerging technologies such as liquid-phase electronics.</P>
