Bulit In 테스트 방식을 이용한 CMOS의 테스터블 설계

In this paper, we proposed a new algolithes which use path sensitized concepts to detect multiple stuck open faults in CMOS circuits efficientry. It can detect all the multiple stuck open faults in the fanout free circuits. And this algorithm can be applled to any circuits that is constructed by all general logic gates. Also, a testable design method for CMOS circuits using NLFSR(Nonlinear Feedback Shift Register) in BILBO is suggested. A NLFSR is designed to test CMOS circuits by applying pattern merging method for a consecutive generation of initializing patterns and test patterns and reordering algorithm. Through the implementation and of test pattern generation and reordering algorithm with C-language on the IBM 386(MS-DOS)Computer, the efficiency of algorithm and the availability of designed methode are verified.

교육용으로 간단화된 스타딕 2비트 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터 (MSC-2084)를 설계하여 집적화 시스템의 일예로 NMOS 프로세스 기술을 이용하여 제작하였다. 본 논문에서는 논리 집적화 시스템 설계방법을 제안하였다. 시스템의 완전동작을 확인함으로써 설계방법이 적절함을 증명하였다. 본 MSC-2084는 원칩 위에 360개의 트랜지스터로 구성되어 있다.

As the necessity of software and hardware for the coding of moving picture increases many of moving picture compression techniques are emerged. As a standard, MPEG, one of them, is settled. In this paper, by using Video Overlay Board on PC, MPEG Encoder is implemented. For the purpose of processing per frame-unit, Device driver was made and it is used in the control of VCR in which RS-232C is contained. In order to implement moving picture coding, Video Overlay Board which is used is easy to capture images and to treat them. MPEG encoder is implemented on PC by using software which is composed of C-language and Assembler. Although it cannot be implemented in real-time, we can obtain considerable data compression ratio and moving picture of VCR picture-quality.

In this paper, acoustic resonance and electric characteristics of the high luminous discharge lamps is studied to find on what condition the arc is kept stable. There some problems caused by acoustic resonance which de-stabilizes the arc of high luminous discharge lamps. Arc flutters, snakes and sometimes exinguishes. This phenomenon occurs when the sound wave inside the arc tube specified by the tube sharp and gases is resonant with the imposed high frequency power. The resonant frequency ranges of high pressure sodium lamp are narrow and exhibited at intervals. Metal halide lamp is difficult to operate stably on high frequency power.

In this pater, new design method for VLSI fault test are proposed by using built-in self test technique. The ordering algorithm for effective test pattern generation and the design method multi-input signature analysis for improving the fault detection capability are suggested. Also, a new multi-function BILBO(Built In Logic Block Observer) is sugested to reduce the hardware. By involbing the latch of sequential circuit into the BILBO, Built In Self Test can be executed effectively. The above proposed multifunctional BILBO was designed to operate both at a test pattern generator and a signature analyzer for reduction of the additional circuit and test time. Moreover, by using input and output line of multifunctional BILBO as a common, the external terminal are saved and the internal chip wiring can be done easily, and also the propagation delay of data signal is not ocurred. Through the implementation of test pattern generation and reordering and algorithm and multifunctional BILBO with C-language on the VAX 11/750(UNIX) computer, the efficienty of algorithm and the availability of designed method are verified.
마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 맨-머시인 시스템에 의한 최적제어 문제의 해법

This paper discribes the man machine system based on micro-computer for solving optimal control problems which are basically different in many point from the ordinary solving methods by use of big computer. The proposed man machine system is consist of a simulator related to a given differential equation system. CRT display unit showing instantaneous states of the simulator, micro-computer system for calculating the performance index value function, and a man who plays a role as a part of the overall system. In this man machine system, there are two feedback loops which are the conditional reflection loop and the intelligent feedback loop. By using this man machine system, some experiments were tested to solve optimal control problem of one dimensional heat conduction process. As a result, it was showed that the solutions by man machine system are reasonable ones when that are compared with the solutions by numerical calculation.
