확률론적 시뮬레이션 분석방법을 적용한 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석

Construction development work invents profit as those finalize object, and a make or break success of project depends on correct analysis and forecast business feasibility at project early. Business feasibility study would be decision-making under precarious situation because is connoting uncertainty that is future. estimate at present visual point essentially. Under uncertainty, a decision-making method is based on probability theory of statistics, but business feasibility study had applied with not feasibility study by probabilistic decision method but it by determinism derision method so far. Therefore in this study doing decision-making by a probability theory method for successful project at early business feasibility study, it present a probabilistic study method that use simulation that can supply a little more correct and reliable data to decision-maker As result, a probabilistic study method is more suitable than deterministic study method as technique for a financial feasibility study of construction development work. Making good use of this probabilistic study method at important business or careful decision-making, because efficient Judgment that is based accuracy and authoritativeness may become available. 건축개발사업은 목적물을 완성시킴으로써 이윤을 창출하는 사업이고, 프로젝트의 성공을 좌우하는 것은 프로젝트 초기에 사업타당성을 정확히 분석하고 예측하는 것에 달려있다. 사업타당성 분실은 본질적으로 현재시점에서 미래예측이라는 불확실성을 내포하고 있으므로 불확실한 상황 하에서 의사결정을 할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 불확실성 하에서의 의사결정방법은 통계학의 확률이론에 기초하고 있지만, 지금까지 사업 타당성 분석은 확률론적 결정방법에 의한 타당성 분석이 아니라 결정론적 방법에 의한 타당성분석을 적용하여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초기 사업 타당성 분석 시 프로젝트의 성공을 위해 확률론적 방법에 의한 의사결정을 함으로써, 의사결정 자에게 좀 더 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 제공할 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 확률론적 분석방법을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 확률론적 시뮬레이션 기 법은 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석 기법으로 적합하다. 중요한 사업 또는 신중한 의사결정시 이 방법을 활용함으로서 정확성과 신뢰성에 근거하여 효율적인 판단이 가능해 질 것이므로 그 활용성이 기대된다.

저전력 멀티미디어 통신을 위한 전력 의식 움직임 추정 기법

본 논문에서는 저전력 멀티미디어 통신을 위한 새로운 전력 의식 움직임 추정 기법을 제안한다. 동영상 압축 기법에서 가장 많은 전력을 소모하는 것은 움직임 추정 기법인데, 일반적으로 성능이 우수한 기법일수록 전력 소모도 높다. 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법에서는 서로 다른 전력 소모와 성능을 가지는 여러 개의 움직임 추정 기법 중에서 연산량과 전력 소모의 절충을 고려하여 최적의 움직임 추정 기법을 실행 중에 적응적으로 선택한다. 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법은 현재 사용되는 대부분의 움직임 추정 기법에 쉽게 적용될 수 있으며, 추가되는 연산량이나 하드웨어 부담도 거의 없다. 모의 실험 결과에 따르면 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법은 기존의 움직임 추정 기법에 비교하였을 때 동일한 성능에서 전력 소모를 1/15.7~1/5.6으로 줄일 수 있었다. In this paper, novel power-aware motion estimation is proposed for low-power multimedia communication. In the video compression, motion estimation dominates the total power consumption, where better performance usually requires more power consumption. Among several motion estimation algorithms with different performance and power, the proposed motion estimation adaptively selects the optimal algorithm during run-time, considering the trade-off between performance and power. The proposed motion estimation can be easily applied to various motion estimation algorithms with negligible computation or hardware overhead. According to simulation results, the proposed motion estimation reduces the power consumption to 1/15.7~1/5.6 without performance degradation, when compared to the conventional algorithms.

셀룰로오스 나노 섬유에 의한 폴리(비닐 알코올) 필름 치수 안정성 향상 연구

표면이 개질된 셀룰로오스 마이크로/나노 섬유를 폴리(비닐 알코올)(PVA)과 혼합하여 복합필름을 제조하고 이들의 혼합 특성 및 치수 안정성 변화를 살펴보았다. 나노 섬유는 마이크로 섬유에 비하여 PVA와 혼합 특성이 우수하며 두 섬유 모두 표면 개질에 의하여 혼합 특성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 혼합 특성 개선은 섬유 첨가에 따른 필름 헤이즈 현상을 감소시켜 PVA 필름의 광투과 특성이 우수해 짐을 확인하였다. 아울러 셀룰로오스 섬유 첨가는 PVA 필름의 치수안정성을 향상시키며 표면 개질 방법 및 정도에 따라 섬유 첨가가 필름 결정화도에 영향을 미쳐 이에 따른 치수안정성 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) films with cellulose micro and nano fibers were obtained and their mixing characteristics and dimensional stability were studied. Cellulose nano fiber shows better mixing characteristic with PVA than cellulose micro fiber, resulting in that, PVA film with cellulose nano fiber shows lower haze and higher transmittance. Mixing characteristics and transmittance of both films enhanced by the surface modification of cellulose fibers. In addition, the dimensional stability of PVA films improved by both nano and micro cellulose fibers. The methods and the level of surface modification affect the degree of crystallinity in PVA film and dimensional stability.

인터넷 서비스 이용 지속의 선행 요인 탐색

본 논문은 소비자가 특정 인터넷 사이트의 서비스 이용 지속 의도의 주요 선행 변인을 탐색하였다. 여러 인터넷 사이트 증 포털 사이트를 대상으로 소비자의 인터넷 서비스 이용 지속 의도에 관한 모형을 설정하고, 그것을 경험적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 보면, 서비스 제공자에 대한 의존성과 만족 모두 서비스이용 지속 의도에 영향을 미쳤지만, 의존성보다는 만족의 영향이 더 강하였다. 그리고 만족은 주로 이용하는 인터넷 사이트에 대한 전환 비용과 서비스 품질 지각 모두의 영향을 받지만, 의존성은 주로 전환 비용의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 인터넷 서비스 이용 지속에 관한 본 연구 결과의 의의가 논의되었다. This paper examined key drivers of consumers` intention to continue using business-to-consumer e-commerce services. The author established a model of continuance behavior of using internet portal site, empirically tested it using a field survey of portal site users. Results of the study include that consumers` continuance intention is determined by their satisfaction with service use and dependence on portal site. And satisfaction influences consumers` continuance intention stronger than dependence. In addition, satisfaction is predicted by both switching costs and perceived service quality, but dependence is predicted by switching costs more primarily. Implications of these findings for e-commerce firms, specifically portal sites contemplating customer relationship management(CRM) initiatives are discussed.

미국의 대 이슬람권에 대한 인식 연구 - 냉전시기와 탈냉전시기 이슬람권에 대한 정책변화를 중심으로

  Since the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, which was one of the powers in the Bipolar System of the past, the world has entered the Multipolar Age over the past 10 years. The disintegration of the Soviet Union led to the collapse of the Cold War and signified the creation of a new order in the international relations. The United States of America had developed its influence in the Middle Eastern region as a realistic policy for the protection of oil in the midst of the restraint by the Soviet Union during the Cold War period. However, the U.S. has been provoking the Arab countries to anger by adopting pro-Israel policy for its diplomatic policies between the Middle East and Islam since the end of the Cold War. The excessive pro-Israel policy and the hard line policy against the Islam of the U.S. have made all the regions of the world to counter the U.S. policies. Especially, such policies have drastically increased the anti-American sentiment in the Islamic world.<BR>  Today The U.S. is strongly biased against the Middle Eastern and the Islamic world both culturally and religiously. Moreover, judging some parts of the Middle Eastern or the Islamic world as the terrorist group can be seen as a major problem from todays international relations focused on diversity. This paper is has studied what kind of influence such U.S. perception on the Middle East and Islam had on its Middle into how the U.S., a country that has been constructing the most powerful empire on earth based on the Western standard, Eastern policies. In other words, this study has looked deeply and its perception of the Middle Eastern countries and the Islamic society have changed and closely examined what kind of effect such perceptions had on the U.S. policies against the Middle East, divided into the periods of during the Cold War and after the cold War.

제국주의로 본 미국의 중동정책 - 클린턴과 조지 W. 부시의 중동정책을 중심으로 : 제국주의로 본 미국의 중동정책

This paper analyses the imperialization of USA centering on the imperialistic frame of theory and the imperialistic policy of USA in the Middle East in a critical sense. This paper analyses the Middle East policy of USA based on the Neo-Imperialism of Hugh Seton Watson who insisted that Imperialism is what one people rules over the other people by force, and criticizes the Middle East policy of USA centering on the concept that USA tries to rule over not only all the world but the Middle East . USA has already tended to be imperializing since before World War Ⅱ, which seems to have become more obvious since the end of the Cold War centering on America and the former USSR. Under the bipolar system, two countries have sought the imperialization based on liberalism and democracy. USA has strengthened imperialization even more since the former Soviet Union fell down. Consequently, USA has reorganized all the world with American ideology, making an strong display as hyper-power. This paper also indicates that plans for ruling over the Middle East based on such imperialism are made at the basis of Neo-cons of America.

수직진동 평가기준의 적용 현황과 국내외 진동기준에 대한 평가인식

Though several domestic design guides of floor vibration exist, foreign design guides have been mostly used than domestic ones in practical application on floor vibration assessment. That reason is inferable from excessive simple bounds or uncertain evaluation of domestic guides. In accordance with that circumstance, most of engineers or researchers eagerly desire updating the existing domestic guides or development of new ones. In this study, survey analysis was practiced to estimate present status of practical application of domestic and foreign floor vibration design guides, and to comprehend their criticism on existing guides. Also, advisable feature of design guide was inquired to be a help to the form and matter of new ones. In conclusion, It was confirmed that only the 9% of respondents applied just domestic guides and 79% of respondents evaluated that those guides were too simple or estimation results were unbelievable. In addition, more than 90% of respondents urgently desired new design guide going with domestic circumstances, and they suggested several advisable opinion for new guides.

바닥구조의 고유진동수 평가를 위한 보정-시스템진동식의 제안

When it is aimed to get more reliable estimation of floor vibration, there should be secured more accurate natural frequency of floor system in general, the natural frequency can be estimated approximately with frequency formula or dynamic analysis In this study, 26 floor systems were sampled from 8 real buildings to Investigate the accuracy of existing frequency formulas Natural frequency for each floor was measured exactly by experimental modal test and estimated approximately with frequency formulas The accuracy and variation trend of existing formulas were examined from comparison of two frequency classes, and a revised frequency formula was suggested as a consequence<br/> It was appeared that the suggesting formula be more accurate than any of existing formula and put out approximate frequency within ±10% deviation from exact value The validity of suggesting formula was verified by applying for another 27 floors and 19 floors.<br/>
