Purpose - This paper finds the repurchase intentions of customers in a sharing economy via Airbnb and Uber, which are classic sharing-economy service businesses. Design/methodology - This paper analyzes sharing economy effects using variables in a structural equation model. Findings - We verified that values have a significant effect on the trust in a platform. We also verified that the effects that value propositions have on repurchase intention are significant. Research Limitations/Implications - First, there may be some distinction between men and women with regard to divided trust. Second, if commitment is divided into commitment to the host and commitment to the platform, as is the case for trust, the results will not be as expected. Third, if results could be categorized by nationality after gathering more samples, each nationality might have different opinions about these factors. Finally, the sharing economy can be identified and analyzed for various industries, such as space, transportation, and service. At this point, it is inconvenient to not have more implications. Originality/value - This study focuses on the repurchase intentions of customers. Unlike earlier studies, it is meaningful that trust is divided between the host and the platform, and that it can be analyzed. It is also important to establish the relationship between trust and commitment, and the relationship toward repurchasing in the shared-economy.
Traction Motor-Inverter Utilized Battery Charger for PHEVs
Woo, Dong-Gyun,Kim, Yun-Sung,Kang, Gu-Bae,Lee, Byoung-Kuk The Korean Institute of Power Electronics 2013 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.13 No.4
Most eco-friendly cars can adopt the concept of an integrated battery charger (IBC), which uses currently available motor drive systems. The IBC has a lot of strong points such as low cost and minimum space for the high voltage battery charger. On the other hand, it also has some defects caused by its structure. In this paper, the shortcomings of the conventional IBC for PHEVs with interior permanent magnet motors are discussed, and two advanced IBCs with improved performance are presented. Compared with the conventional IBC, the two advanced IBCs have plenty of strengths such as low common noise, high efficiency, simple sensing methods, etc. Then, the digital control algorithm is modified and a power loss calculation is carried out with simulation software. Finally, experimental results are provided to show the performance of the IBC systems.
Collision Avoidance for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles based on Safety Radius of the Formation Geometry
Sang-gyun Woo,Cheonman Park,Dongjin Lee,Sang-yeoun Lee 제어로봇시스템학회 2020 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2020 No.10
In this paper, we propose a geometry-based collision avoidance method for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in formation flight. The leader-follower method was used for formation flight, and the geometry-based Closest Point of Approach (CPA) method was used for the collision avoidance. The safety radius was considered by deriving a circumscribed circle that includes the whole of the safety radius of the UAVs in the formation. The collision avoidance command was generated after calculating the closest point of approach from the intruder based on the center of the circle. The leader avoids collision as considering followers and also followers avoid collision by just following the leader. The proposed method was verified performance of formation flight and collision avoidance through numerical simulation.
Anomalous Scleral Insertion of Superior Oblique in Axenfeld-Rieger Syndrome
( Sang Woo Park ),( Hwang Gyun Kim ),( Hwan Heo ),( Yeoung Geol Park ) 대한안과학회 2009 Korean Journal of Ophthalmology Vol.23 No.1
Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome (ARS) is associated with ocular and systemic anomalies. PITX2 is known to be a major controlling gene in the pathogenesis of ARS and is associated with differentiation in both the neural crest and mesoderm during eye development. A 4-year-old girl with bilateral ARS had 20 prism diopters (PD) of exotropia with 30PD of A- pattern deviation, more than 20PD of dissociated vertical deviation (DVD), and severe superior oblique overaction (SOOA). During surgery we observed that the SO inserted more posteriorly than normal. We believe this finding is one of the abnormal manifestations of the development of the extraocular muscles in ARS. The mating-type genes control formation of the dikaryon from two haploid strains. These genes are now used in mating-type-assisted breeding programs for economically important mushrooms, especially the oyster mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus, aiming at high-yield and high-quality standard mushroom production. However, it improves the breeding program when the breeder is able to quickly identify compatible strains in a given set of progeny. The two mating factors with their mating-type loci are used as markers for breeding and have been incorporated in a chromosome mapping investigation. The linkage maps include not only genetic markers such as the mating types that can be cored, but also molecular markers such as PCR-assisted approaches, e.g. RAPD analyses, or RFLP markers. Once mating-type genes within progeny may be more easily identified by the use of PCR-directed cloning of partial mating-type genes. We analyzed homeodomain (HD1 and HD2) and pheromone receptor(rcb1, 2 and 3) genes as molecular markers for breeding using mating type A and B of Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus ferulae by direct PCR.

Microsatellite loci are increasingly used as markers in the human, animal and plant genomes. Being highly mutable, microsatellite regions are able to differentiate between related taxa, even at the level of individual isolates in a single species. Studies on mushroom population structure, gene flow and dispersal between natural and cultivated species have become central in breeding programmes and the knowledge of new polymorphic, codominant markers will be a promising avenue to exploit wild genetic resources. The molecular phylogeny in 50 different commercial cultivated strains of Pleurotus eryngii using PCR amplification with URP primers and mitochondrial microsatellite primer was studed. The sizes of the polymorphic fragments obtained were in the range of 200 to 2000 bp. RAPD analysis techniques were able to detect genetic variation among the tested strains. With these isolated PCR amplification with URP primers we intend to analyse the population structure of the P. eryngii species complex and investigate the structure of the basidiomycete genome which deserves. A few single-locus microsatellite markers have been isolated in Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus ferulae. This technique is useful in those species where microsatellite loci are rare in the mitochondria.

The oxidation of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) films deposited on ZnO/indium tin oxide (ITO) under blue light irradiation in either dry or humid atmospheres was studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy in combination with UV vis absorption spectroscopy. From results up to 12 h of reaction, ring-opening was hardly found, and it is suggested that the water molecules chemisorbed competitively against O-2 (i.e., the major oxidizing agent), thereby decreasing the oxidation of P3HT. Beyond 12 h, thiophene ring-opening took place at the topmost surface layer of P3HT, and the humidity facilitated the ring-opening of P3HT. Regarding the oxidation of the entire P3HT thin film, the humidity did not have a large influence on the oxidation behavior of P3HT. Here, the degree of oxidation of P3HT abruptly increased when the reaction time exceeded 12 h. This suggests that the rate of oxidation of the entire P3HT film is determined by the slow diffusion of the activated oxygen species into the deeper layers of the P3HT films. We also demonstrate that the photoinduced degradation of P3HT can be retarded by turning off light between irradiation, which may be due to the reversible desorption of activated oxygen species under dark conditions.
