He characteristic of partial discharge in the electric power cable for PVC 400 volt was investigated in this research. The volt where the discharge starts was higher as the length of cable was longer. When the voltage was increased from 4kV to 7kV, the frequency of discharge was reduced. It was also ensured that the discharge starting point was higher in the calibration by the negative polarity than that of positive polarity.

The partial discharge is actively studied as a nondestructive diagnosis technique and very useful because partial discharge measurement reduces damage than conventional diagnosis techniques. In this paper, the measurement of partial discharge was investigated and studied on many specimens with void in Polyethyleneterephthalate. We made samples having artifical voids and measured partial discharge. In other to use as a practical diagnosis technique, we studied ways of measurement, measured cycles, the number of electric charges and phase generated partial discharge which could be use in other to diagnose defects of insulators.
주파수 변화에 따른 에폭시 복합체의 유전특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, the dielectric properties of epoxy composites used for transformers are studied. The dielectric permittivity and loss of specimen are measured at the frequency range of 30[Hz]∼1[MHz] about temperature 20[℃], 100[℃] and 140[℃] respectively from a series of experiments. When the filler is added, between epoxy and silica is formed interface. Therefore, observed higher values of dielectric permittivity and loss in filled epoxy are attributed to MWS polarization effect. Also, glass transition temperature was shifted to higher temperature and value of dielectric permittivity and loss were decreased due to 2nd curing. Deformation of interfacial state is improved and value of dielectric permittivity and loss were decreased at low frequency region by the surface treatment of fillers with silane coupling agents.

Driving powered by sole solar cell was successful. Unfortunately, the intensity of illumination was not thought to produce the power in solar cells since the test was performed in winter time, resulting in the speed of vehicle was reduced reduced during the test. The pover obtained was the highest when the solar cell and incident solar illumination was straight normal to each other. The power was switched over automatically to the battery from solar cells when sun illumination was deficient. Driving powered by sole battery was also successful without any interference.

This paper describes the properties of between the residual voltage for γ-irradiated in electric power cable using in nuclear power generating station. As these properties related with γ-irradiatiation dose, it is suggested that these properties can be utilized as a index of irradiation degradation. From theory and experiment I found the residual voltage is not influenced by cable length. I found that residual voltage of basic composite and practical composite have not a difference an occasion be the same cable length. As the ratio of degradation increases, the residual voltage in the initial time range increases and the peak moves to the shorter time. Therefore, I can know the degree of radiation degradation from the position of the peak.

In order to investigate the water tree degradation behavior on XLPE cable, direct voltage of 200 to 800V has been applied to the material at 50℃∼100℃, and the water tree property has been correlated with voltage and temperature in this study.The leakage current was shown to increase as temperature increased and the Ohm's law was generally satisfied in this experiment though some experimental errors were found.The leakage current was shown to decrease and reach to the stable state with time.It was also shown that the time for the stabilization of leakage current was lessened as voltage increased.

Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.

In this paper, the cathode materials of solid oxide fuel cell were fabricated, and the analysis of TG/DTA, XRD, thermal expansion were investigated. As a result, thermal expansion coefficient of LSM was not quite different from that of electrolyte. And a performance of LSM(x=0.4) was better excellent than the others.

This paper was aimed to study and analyse how the structure of consciousness of the supervisors and the actual conditions of behavioral pattern, which changed from the directional style for production efficiency to humanistic style, were varied, according to a spiritual climate with korean enterprises and a variation of social circumstances. The results were summarized as follows : (1) For the qualifications and abilities of supervisors, it needs the leadership, the skill, and the knowledge of work, Moreover, the important thing is the knowledge related to management and human. But today's supervisors are required to have he personal magnetism and the general culture. (2) The study-hours, expenditure, and methodology required for supervisor's self-development are found to be poor. (3) The supervisor's leadership is to give a motivation in order for works to be able to independently accomplish work with their responsibilities. The improvement of productivity as well as the quality of products is being pursued by respecting human nature, having a full communication among workers and accomplishing a given work, especially when problems arised.
