UPLC-MS/MS를 이용한 작약감초탕 물 추출물 중 11종 성분의 함량분석

Jakyakgamcho-tang is a well-known traditional herbal medicine and has been used for the treatment of mainly pains in oriental medicine. In this study, analytical method for the quantitative determination of the eleven marker components, gallic acid (1), oxypaeoniflorin (2), paeoniflorin (3), albiflorin (4), liquiritin (5), isoliquiritin (6), ononin (7), liquiritigenin (8), benzoylpaeoniflorin (9), paeonol (10), and glycyrrhizin (11) in Jakyakgamcho-tang decoction was performed using an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometer. The analytical column for separation of the compounds 1~11 was used an UPLC BEH C18 (100×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) column and column oven temperature was maintained at 45oC. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% (v/v) aqueous formic acid (A) and acetonitrile (B) by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 ml/min and injection volume was 2.0 μl. Correlation coefficient in the calibration curves of the compounds 1~11 were showed a good linearity with more than 0.99. The limit of detection and limit of quantification values of the compounds 1~13 were detected in the ranges 0.06~18.43 ng/ml and 0.18~58.29 ng/ml, respectively. Among the compounds 1~11, the compounds 10 were not detected in this sample, while the ten compounds, 1~9 and 11, were detected 44.05~19,289.05 μg/g in Jakyakgamcho-tang extract.

In this paper, we propose a flexible GGOP prediction structure to improve coding efficiency for multi-view video coding. In general, reference software used for MVC uses the fixed GGOP prediction structure. However, the performance of MVC depends on the base view and numbers of B-pictures between I-picture(or P-picture) and P-picture. In order to implement the flexible GGOP prediction structure, the location of base view is decided according to the global disparities among the adjacent sequences. Numbers of B-pictures between I-picture(or P-picture) and P-picture are decided by camera arrangement such as the baseline distance among the cameras. The proposed method shows better result than the reference software of MVC. The proposed prediction structure shows considerable reduction of coded bits by 7.1%.

This paper presents an efficient joint disparity-motion estimation algorithm for stereo sequence CODEC. Disparity vectors are estimated by the left and right motion vectors and previous disparity vectors for every frame. In order to obtain more accurate disparity vectors, we include a spatial prediction process after the joint estimation. From joint estimation and spatial prediction, we can obtain accurate disparity vectors and then increase coding efficiency. Finally, we proposed the backward quadtree decomposition, which helps the encoder to have a more detailed disparity vector map without transmitting additional coding bits for quadtree information. We confirmed superior performance of the proposed method through computer simulation.
