ON THE COMPUTATIONS OF CONTIGUOUS RELATIONS FOR <sub>2</sub>F<sub>1</sub> HYPERGEOMETRIC SERIES

Contiguous relations for hypergeometric series contain an enormous amount of hidden information. Applications of contiguous relations range from the evaluation of hypergeometric series to the derivation of summation and transformation formulas for such series. In this paper, a general formula joining three Gauss functions of the form $_2F_1$[$a_1$, $a_2$; $a_3$; z] with arbitrary integer shifts is presented. Our analysis depends on using shifted operators attached to the three parameters $a_1$, $a_2$ and $a_3$. We also, discussed the existence condition of our formula.

As part of the Comprehensive in vitro Proarrhythmia Assay initiative, methodologies for predicting the incidence of Torsade de Pointes (TdP) by drugs were recently developed, leading to the importance of assessment using In-silico simulations. We performed the In-silico simulation using the ventricular cell model suggested by Sara Dutta using IC50 and hill coefficient as the input that we got from the In-vitro experiment of drug-response of ion channels. From the In-silico simulation, we obtained the qNet variability according to pace. To increase drug toxicity evaluation performance, we proposed deep CNN model utilized the qNet variability as an input and classify into high-risk, intermediate-risk, and low-risk. We trained the model with 12 drugs and tested it with the remaining 16 drugs. In the high-risk , the proposed CNN model had an AUC of 0.90, 0.75 in the intermediate-risk, and 0.82 in the low-risk.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Rapidly mutating Y-STRs (RM Y-STRs) have been paid much attention in recent years. The 13 RM Y-STRs (DYF387S1, DYF399S1, DYF403S1a/b, DYF404S1, DYS449, DYS518, DYS526I/II, DYS547, DYS570, DYS576, DYS612, DYS626, and DYS627) have been proved to have substantially higher haplotype diversity and discrimination capacity than conventionally used Y-STRs indicating the considerable power in paternal lineage differentiation in endogamous populations, separation of which is usually impossible with standard Y-STRs. In current study, we analyzed the RM Y-STRs and PowerPlex® Y23 System in 216 male relatives from 18 deep rooted endogamous Sindhi families from Pakistan. Mutations were frequently observed at DYF399S1, DYS449, DYS518DYS547 and DYF403S1b2 loci, which are known to mutate more rapidly than other RM Y-STRs. Overall differentiation rate with RM Y-STRs was as high as 32.88%, while those with PowerPlex® Y23 System and AmpFℓSTR® Yfiler™ kit were 6.85% and 3.65% respectively. The differentiation rate of RM Y-STRs was 29.22% and 26.03% higher than those of AmpFlSTR® Yfiler™ kit and PowerPlex® Y23 System, respectively.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We analyzed 13 RM Y-STRs in 216 pairs, 1–7 generations pedigrees from Sindh, Pakistan. </LI> <LI> Mutations were frequently observed at DYF399S1, DYS518, DYS449, DYS547 and DYF403S1b2. </LI> <LI> Differentiation rate with RM Y STRs exceeds to 32.87%, while with PPY23 and Yfiler remain 6.85% and 3.65% respectively. </LI> </UL> </P>
EXTENSIONS OF EULER TYPE II TRANSFORMATION AND SAALSCHÜTZ'S THEOREM

In this research paper, motivated by the extension of the Euler type I transformation obtained very recently by Rathie and Paris, the authors aim at presenting the extensions of Euler type II transformation. In addition to this, a natural extension of the classical Saalsch$\ddot{u}$tz's summation theorem for the series $_3F_2$ has been investigated. Two interesting applications of the newly obtained extension of classical Saalsch$\ddot{u}$tz's summation theorem are given.

In 2014, Liu and Wang established a large number of interesting reduction, transformation and summation formulas for the Kampé de Fériet function. Inspired by the work, we aim to find further several transformation and reduction formulas for the Kampé de Fériet function. Theses formulas are mainly based on the formulas given by Liu and Wang [33].
Extensions of Euler type II transformation and Saalsch[문자]tz's theorem

Synthesis of thin diamond films from faceted nanosized crystallites

Diamond films consist of crystallites having nanometer grains were deposited using low methane concentration by hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD). The results show that films consist of nanodiamond grains with grain sizes ranging from 20 nm to 200 nm having thickness dependent size. Increasing the deposition time, the grain size increases and hence the hickness of the film increases. The diamond nucleation (nucleation density 1010 cm-2) is comparable to that obtained by biasing the substrate. The use of low methane concentration for the formation of nano crystallites improves the quality of the film as indicated by Raman spectroscopy. The distance between the filament and substrate is increased while maintaining the substrate temperature. The effects of this large separation on the gas phase chemistry are discussed which helps to understand the reduced size of the crystallites under input gas ratios when microcrystallines are obtained. Induction of hyperadrenergic activity was experimentally achieved in urethane-anesthetized rats using epi-nephrine (adrenaline). Acute administration of epinephrine (100 .g/kg) for 2 hours induced several cardiac disorders and va-somotor dysfunction. Pretreatment with natural wild honey (5 g/kg) for 1 hour prior to the injection with epinephrine (100.g/kg) protected the anesthetized normal rats from the incidence of epinephrine-induced cardiac disorders and vasomotor dys-function. Moreover, posttreatment with natural wild honey (5 g/kg) following the injection with epinephrine (100 .g/kg) for1 hour showed several ameliorative outcomes to the electrocardiographic parameters and vasomotor dysfunction of anes-thetized stressed rats. Furthermore, natural wild honey preserved the positive inotropic effect of epinephrine in both cases.Also, the total antioxidant capacity (AOC) of natural wild honey was found to be very pronounced. Levels of both reducedglutathione and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) were considered relatively high in natural wild honey. Activity of superoxide dis-mutase (SOD) was also high, whereas catalase activity was relatively low, especially when compared to the value of SODactivity. It would appear from the results of the present study that natural wild honey may exert its cardioprotective and ther-apeutic effects against epinephrine-induced cardiac disorders and vasomotor dysfunction directly, via its very pronounced to-tal AOC and its great wealth of both enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidants involved in cardiovascular defense mecha-nisms, besides its substantial quantities of mineral elements such as magnesium, sodium, and chlorine, and/or indirectly, viathe enhancement of the endothelium-derived relaxing factor nitric oxide release through the influence of ascorbic acid (vita-min C).
