Effect of Tributyltin Chloride on Survival, Growth and Reproduction in Zebra Fish Danio rerio
Balasubramani, A.,Pandian, T.J. The Korean Society of Fisheries and Aquatic Scienc 2008 韓國養殖學會誌 Vol.21 No.3
Tributyltin chloride(TBTCl) was administered through discrete immersion(2 hr each) from the $18^{th}-25^{th}$ day after hatching(dph). At the doses of 1, 2, 4 and 8 ${\mu}g/L$, the immersion at 2 ${\mu}g/L$ ensured 93% masculinization and the highest survival of 75% after the treatment. TBTCl acted as a growth suppressant and the magnitude of its suppression was stronger in females. During the 300 day experiment, it postponed sexual maturity of females from 120$^{th}$ dph in the control to 240$^{th}$ dph in the females treated at 8 ${\mu}g/L$. It reduced spawning frequency(22-3 times) and cumulative fecundity(1,632-19 eggs) by reducing the number of vitellogenic eggs. In the treated males too, it reduced sperm motility(100-68 sec); consequently, fertilizability of the sperm cells drawn from these males was also reduced from 88 to 43%. Progeny testing showed that the cross between males treated at>2 ${\mu}g/L$ and normal females generated the presumed 'homogametic' males. Both the treated 'homogametic' and 'heterogametic' males could induce the females to spawn fewer eggs than that of the normal males. A normal female somehow deducted the differences between the control, treated and sex reversed males; it preferred a normal male over a treated one, and a treated one over the sex reversed male.

Cardiac disease analysis in big data is an emerging factor for human health protection against heart attacks. Most cardiovascular diseases lead to heart failure due to an imbalance of immunity and attention in health conditions. Hence, immunity-based feature analysis of patients’ records is essential to predict accurate results. The machine learning methods make predictions depending on the extended-lasting features to analyze the health data. But the marginal features expose non-relational feature observation to reduce the classifi cation prediction accuracy. We propose a Deep Spectral Time-Variant Feature Analytic Model (DSTV-FAM) using SoftMax Recurrent Neural Network (SMRNN) in a wireless sensor network to improve cardiac disease prediction accuracy. Initially, the IoT sensor devices collect the data from patient observation to validate the data transmission in route propagation. The collected data is organized as features in the collective dataset. The parts are initially preprocessed into the redundant dataset and estimate the Cardiac Immunity Infl uence Rate (CIIR) depending on the time-variant feature selection model. The estimated weights are marginalized as spectral features trained into the classifi ers. Further, Soft-Max Activation Function (SMAF) creates a logical function depending on the Cardiac Aff ection Rate (CAR). Then the trained, rational neurons are constructed into a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) Feed-forward feature values using a classifi er and Rate of Disease Aff ection (RDA) by Class Type. The proposed structure yields high prescient exactness concerning order, accuracy, and review to help early treatment for early cardiovascular gamble expectation.

In this article, effect of gamma irradiation on the structural and optical properties of 2-aminopyridinium 4- nitrophenolate 4-nitrophenol (2AP4N) has been reported. The grown crystals of 2AP4N were exposed to 60Co gamma rays with a dose of 50 kGy and 100 kGy. The radiation-induced effects were analyzed using X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, UV–visible, photoluminescence techniques. The refractive index was determined using a long arm spectrometer. The structural properties of the pristine and irradiated crystals were studied using powder XRD. The peak intensity decrease after irradiation may be attributed to the formation of point defects. The UV visible study reveals that the energy gap has decreased after irradiation and then has increased for the higher dose. The intensity variation in the PL spectra is due to colour center mechanism. The SHG efficiency of 2AP4N crystals was found to be unaffected by gamma irradiation.

We report the structural characterization and nanomechanical properties of platinum (Pt) thin films prepared through facileelectrochemical synthesis. The Pt thin films were coated onto indium tin oxide (ITO)/glass substrates by two-electrode electrochemicaldeposition at room temperature. They were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy for structural and morphological analyses. Indentation depth-dependent hardness and elasticmodulus of the prepared films were analyzed using the nanoindentation technique. Furthermore, the mechanical propertiesof the ITO/glass substrates were also investigated to understand the influence of the substrate on the film properties. Theprepared films showed reasonable mechanical and structural properties suitable for device applications. Finally, the photoconductivityeffect of the prepared Pt film was also studied to determine its suitability for device applications. The Pt filmwas also coated on Cu plates to check substrates effects on this electrochemical deposition, and found that the Cu platesproduced well adherent smooth films.
