The article attempts to analyze the place of the Trypillian culture (Kukuten-Trypillian cultural community) in historical processes on the territory of Eastern Europe in the 6th-3rd millennia B.C. It is emphasized that mutual relations between Western and Eastern civilizations in the specified period played an important role in the formation of the population that lived in the territory of ancient Ukraine. The possible influences of various ancient cultures on the formation and activity of the Trypillian civilization are analyzed. The influence, judging by everything, is felt from various civilizations, both from the West and from the South and the East. On the basis of archaeological research of recent decades, an attempt has been made to trace the influence of the Trypillian culture on neighboring civilizations that existed after its decline.

Aims: Portal vein embolization(PVE) provokes cancer progression. Our aim was to develop method of future liver remnant(- FLR) augmentation that not only enable local tumor control but possible enable anticancer In Situ immunization during FLR regeneration. Methods: 3 initially unresectable patients due to small FLR with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and liver cirrhosis were treated. Selective transarterial chemoembolization with doxorubicin 50mg and short term biodegradable starch microspheres( DSM-TACE), into tumor bearing liver to be resected, was simultaneously followed by PVE of latter. Upon completion of PVE selective intratumoral immunotherapy(HIT-IT) with atezolizumab 1200mg into restored after DSM-TACE tumor arterial feeders (for selective connection with PD-L1 ligands located on tumor cells but not on normal human tissues) was done. DSM-TACE and HIT-IT was repeated one more time in all patients after postzenith decrease of T-cytotoxic cells level in peripheral blood had started. Anticancer immune response was investigated by comparison of Initial histopathology specimen with specimen obtained just before second DSM-TACE+HIT IT and finaly with specimen of resected tumor bearing liver. Latter were analysed along with peripheral blood flow cytometry. Results: Predominantly T and NK cells response was obtained. All patients had successfully underwent extended liver resection upon sufficient FLR regeneration. In all 3 cases we had achieved effective local tumor control via total or subtotal HCC necrosis, even more, in 1(33%) case planned amount of liver resection was decreased due to achieved tumor downsizing. There were no procedure related severe morbidity or Immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Also there were no postresectional liver failure. Conclusions: Herein we had proposed new aggressive but safe method of FLR augmentation for patients with HCC and liver cirrhosis that could not only potentially preclude drop out of patients during anticipated prolonged waiting period of FLR augmentation but also possible improves long-term outcomes by means of tumor downsizing and HCC immunoscore conversion.
Efficient adaptive non-maximal suppression algorithms for homogeneous spatial keypoint distribution

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Keypoint detection usually results in a large number of keypoints which are mostly clustered, redundant, and noisy. These keypoints often require special processing like Adaptive Non-Maximal Suppression (ANMS) to retain the most relevant ones. In this paper, we present three new efficient ANMS approaches which ensure a fast and homogeneous repartition of the keypoints in the image. For this purpose, a square approximation of the search range to suppress irrelevant points is proposed to reduce the computational complexity of the ANMS. To further speed up the proposed approaches, we also introduce a novel strategy to initialize the search range based on image dimension which leads to a faster convergence. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Herein, we report a highly sensitive and selective H<SUB>2</SUB>S gas sensor based on graphene decorated with Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) and charged impurities fabricated using a simple wet chemical method. Doping on as-grown chemical vapor deposited graphene was achieved by immersion in an aqueous solution of AgNO<SUB>3</SUB>/Fe(NO<SUB>3</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB> for 4min followed by the decoration with adsorbed AgNPs and charged impurities. The AgNPs utilized in this process were formed by the reduction of Ag<SUP>+</SUP> ions, since the Ag<SUP>+</SUP>/Ag<SUP>0</SUP> reduction potential is higher than that of Fe<SUP>3+</SUP>/Fe<SUP>0</SUP>.</P> <P>The above treatment changed the electronic properties of graphene, achieving a dramatic resistivity change in the presence of H<SUB>2</SUB>S gas by generating surface sites for its adsorption and dissociation and thus allowing real time H<SUB>2</SUB>S level monitoring at ambient temperature with an immediate response.</P> <P>Doped graphene was demonstrated to selectively and repeatedly sense H<SUB>2</SUB>S gas within six minutes, with the limit of detection being below 100ppb. Modernization of the educational sector requires globalization, democratization, and the transition to an information technology society. The main goal of education at the present stage is to solve the problem of ensuring the priority of the development of education and science. In modern conditions, the quality of training of qualified specialists is becoming particularly relevant. The great role of teacher education is emphasized by its main goal, which is to train specialists who can ensure the versatile and innovative development of a person as a person and the highest value of society, its mental, physical and aesthetic abilities, high moral qualities, and, consequently, the enrichment on this basis of the intellectual, creative and cultural potential of the people. Among the strategic tasks of modernizing higher education is to ensure informatization of the educational process and access to International Information Systems. The essence of the concept of multimedia is clarified. In the context of media education, multimedia lists a number of functions: informational, interpretive, cultural, entertainment, and educational. The need to meet the needs outlined in the article in the conditions of informatization of the educational process requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the field of multimedia pedagogical technologies, knowledge of advanced methods and means of modern science. It is considered what relevant concepts of media education have been developed and are being developed in Ukraine and form an important basis for the modernization of education, which will contribute to the construction of an information society in the country and the formation of civil society. Distance learning is considered - the most democratic form of education that allows broad segments of society to get an education. Distance learning methods are used in higher education institutions, in school education, in the system of advanced training of teachers, in the system of training managerial personnel.
Simulation Study of the Three-Level Boost DC-DC Converter with Full ZVS for PV Application

This paper presents the full zero voltage switching three-level boost dc-dc converter. The boundary conduction mode and snubber capacitors provide zero voltage switching operation in the whole range of operation. Analytical estimation and simulation results have proved the proposed idea. In advance, it was demonstrated that the multi-cell structure along with an interleaved control technique provide high efficiency performance and continuous input current that makes it a promising solution for photovoltaic applications.
