      • Research on Complex Products based on Digital Layout Design and Simulation Modeling

        From the point of view of digital product development, this paper makes a deep discussion and research on the key technologies of pipeline layout design, pipeline layout optimization, and assembly simulation in the process of complex product development. We introduce an automatic pipe layout techniques based on improved rapidly exploring random tree, it could able to quickly establish the framework model of pipeline system, on this basis are discussed a pipeline of the simulated annealing algorithm based on automatic optimization algorithm, and interactive pipeline layout method, using computer artificial intelligence and design personnel manual intervention method to improve the quality of pipe layout. Also, we make the system realization of automatic layout of pipe line, and put forward related Suggestions.

      • Research on the Urban Landscape Design based on Digital Multimedia Technology and Virtual Simulation

        New media technology creates a new feeling, new experience and new ways of thinking, nowadays, life everywhere is full of digital signal, urban landscape as we live the main environmental space, with its highly sensitive of science and technology and unavoidable by the impact of digital technology. In this paper, we analyze the application of digital multimedia technology and virtual simulation in urban landscape design. On the one hand, the computer digital mapping tools provide a more effective way to deal with three-dimensional space, so it is very popular in the landscape design. On the other hand, the advent of digital technology makes urban landscape design no longer simply rely on real physical space, modern city landscape design always made use of digital multimedia technology, makes the urban landscape design space is more complex. In addition, the digital multimedia technology not only brings the technical support to the urban landscape design, but also reflects its value in the aspect of appearance, color and so on.

      • Research on Nonlinear Thinking of Landscape Architecture Design based on Computer-aided Parametric Model

        With the development of information technology, computer technology has been fully penetrated into every field of life, the computer technology in architectural design also developed from aided design to parametric design. In this paper, the authors analyze the application of parametric design in nonlinear landscape architecture, and realize the dynamic simulation of nonlinear design. By using 3D digital technology, the engineer can simulate the real information of the nonlinear building; and this technology is an important technical support for the construction of complex structures. The results show that in the face of the construction of the complex structure building, the nonlinear shape building is not only dependent on the computer software technology, but also depends on the computer aided manufacturing technology.

        Expression and characterization of a novel microbial GH9 glucanase, IDSGLUC9-4, isolated from sheep rumen

        Objective: This study aimed to identify and characterize a novel endo-β-glucanase, IDSGLUC9-4, from the rumen metatranscriptome of Hu sheep.Methods: A novel endo-β-glucanase, IDSGLUC9-4, was heterologously expressed in <i>Escherichia coli</i> and biochemically characterized. The optimal temperature and pH of recombinant IDSGLUC9-4 were determined. Subsequently, substrate specificity of the enzyme was assessed using mixed-linked glucans including barley β-glucan and Icelandic moss lichenan. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry analyses were conducted to determine the products released from polysaccharides and cello-oligosaccharides substrates.Results: The recombinant IDSGLUC9-4 exhibited temperature and pH optima of 40°C and pH 6.0, respectively. It exclusively hydrolyzed mixed-linked glucans, with significant activity observed for barley β-glucan (109.59±3.61 μmol/mg min) and Icelandic moss lichenan (35.35±1.55 μmol/mg min). TLC and HPLC analyses revealed that IDSGLUC9-4 primarily released cellobiose, cellotriose, and cellotetraose from polysaccharide substrates. Furthermore, after 48 h of reaction, IDSGLUC9-4 removed most of the glucose, indicating transglycosylation activity alongside its endo-glucanase activity.Conclusion: The recombinant IDSGLUC9-4 was a relatively acid-resistant, mesophilic endo-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.4) that hydrolyzed glucan-like substrates, generating predominantly G3 and G4 oligosaccharides, and which appeared to have glycosylation activity. These findings provided insights into the substrate specificity and product profiles of rumen-derived GH9 glucanases and contributed to the expanding knowledge of cellulolytic enzymes and novel herbivore rumen enzymes in general.       • Clinical Study of Tumor Angiogenesis and Perfusion Imaging Using Multi-slice Spiral Computed Tomography for Breast Cancer

        Objectives: To explore the correlation between multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) perfusion parameters and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) as well as matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in breast cancer. Methods: Forty five breast cancer patients and 16 patients with benign breast tumor, both confirmed by pathology examination, were enrolled. All underwent MSCT perfusion imaging to obtain perfusion maps and data for parameters including blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV) and permeability surface (PS). Cancer patients did not receive treatment prior to surgery. The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 were examined with both immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results: The levels of VEGF and MMP-2 by immunohistochemistry were significantly higher in the breast cancer group (P < 0.01) than the benign tumor group. Relative OD values from Western blotting were also higher in cancer cases (P < 0.05). Similarly, the mean MSCT perfusion parameters (BF, BV, PS) were significantly higher in the breast cancer group (P < 0.01), BF and BV positively correlating with VEGF expression (r = 0.878 and 0.809 respectively, P < 0.01); PS and VEGF and MMP-2 expression were also positively correlated (r= 0.860, 0.786 respectively, P < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between breast cancer MSCT perfusion parameters and VEGF andMMP-2 expression, which might be useful for detection of breast lesions, qualitative diagnosis of breast cancer, and evaluation of breast cancer treatment.

        In situ Copolymerized Toughened Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) with Highly Transparency for Support Film of Polarizers

        In this study, a series of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) copolymer films were prepared via solutionpolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with butyl acrylate (BA) and lauryl methacrylate (LMA) as monomers. Mechanical properties, hydrophobic properties, and optical properties of the films were intensively investigated. The rheological results showed that the fluidity of the copolymer was considerably enhanced. When the monomer ratio ofMMA:BA:LMA was 100:30:10, the copolymer film S4 showed the best overall performance with perfect optical transparency maintained. The results of the dynamic mechanical and thermal analysis suggested that the glass transition temperature (Tg) moved towards lower temperature, with enhanced ductility of the PMMA films. A large number of yieldfolds and crazes appeared on the cross-sectional surface of copolymer films through morphological observations, displaying the obvious characteristics of toughness fracture and obeying the energy dissipation mechanism of cracks shearband. The present study provided a facile way of preparing PMMA films with high toughness and light transmittanceby appropriate selection of the monomers, which will be of practical significance for further studies on the replacementof triacetyl cellulose as a support film of polarizers.

        Visualization of Peripheral Pulmonary Artery Red Thrombi Utilizing Optical Coherence Tomography

        Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new imaging technique capable of obtaining high-resolution intravascular images and has been used in interventional cardiology. However, an application of OCT in pulmonary arteries had seldom been documented. In this case, OCT imaging is performed in peripheral pulmonary arteries and shows mural red thrombi. Subsequently, the red thrombi are aspirated and confirmed by a histological examination. These findings suggest that OCT may be a useful tool to depict peripheral pulmonary artery thrombi.
