본 연구는 현미 급여에 대한 닭고기의 도체 및 육질 특성을 구명하기 위하여, 육계 대조구 사료(T1)에서 옥수수를 현미로 50% 대체한 대조구 사료(T2)와 100% 현미(T3) 대체구로 구분하여 사육하고, 도축 후 닭고기의 육질 특성을 평가하였다. 도체 무게는 대조구 사료만 급여하였을 때보다 현미급여 수준을 증가시켰을 때 점차 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 부분육에서 가슴살 생산율은 대조구 사료 및 100% 현미 대체구에서 17.3~17.9%를 나타낸 반면, 50% 현미 대체 대체구는 18.6%로 생산율이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 육색에서 명도(L*)는 대조구 사료만 급여하였을 때보다 현미 급여수준을 높였을 때 점차 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 황색도(b*)도 대조구 사료 급여구가 8.25, 50% 현미 대체구 4.84, 100% 현미 대체구 4.47으로 현미 수준이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다(P < 0.05). 전단력은 대조구사료만 급여했을 때보다 현미 급여수준이 높아질수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 가열감량은 대조구 사료에서 22.90%, 50% 현미 대체구 23.49%, 100% 현미 대체구 24.50%로 현미의 수준이 높아질수록 약간씩 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 지방산 조성에서 필수지방산인 linoleic acid( $C_{18:2}$, n6) 함량은 대조구 사료 급여구가 33.21%, 50% 현미 대체구 31.89%, 100% 현미 대체구 27.89%로 현미 급여 수준이 높아질수록 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며(P < 0.05), 불포화지방산 총량(UFA)은 대조구 사료 급여구가 76.85%, 50% 현미 대체구 77.22%, 100% 현미 대체구 75.49%로 나타났으며, n6/n3의 비율에서는 대조구 사료 급여구의 경우 19.89%로 비교적 높았고, 현미 50% 대체구 17.73%, 현미 100% 대체구 17.01%으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이상에서 언급한 바와 같이 도체무게, 육색, 전단력, 지방산등을 고려할 때 현미 급여 수준을 대조구사료의 옥수수를 50%까지 대체하여도 닭고기 품질을 저해하지 않는 것으로 사료된다.다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the carcass and meat quality of broiler chicken when slaughtered after treating with different source of grain(T1, 100% corn; T2, 50% corn + 50% brown rice; T3, 100% brown rice) in broiler diet. The carcass weight was decreased when feeding level of rice increased. The yield of breast was higher in T2(18.6%) than T1(17.3%) and T3(l7.9%). The L values(L *) and b values(b*) in meat color were decreased as the feeding level of rice increased when compared to T1(P < 0.05). Warner-Bratzler shear force(WBS) values were higher in T2 and T3 compared to T1. Cooking loss(%) was increased for T2(23.49%) and T3(24.50%) compared to T1(22.90%). In fatty acid composition, linoleic acid(C18:2, n6) contents were significantly lower in T2(31.89%) and T3(27.89%) when compared to TI(33.21%)(P < 0.05), and the total contents of unsaturated fatty acids(UFA) were 76.85%(T1), 77.22%(T2), or 75.49%(T3). The ratio of n6/n3 was decreased as the level of rice increased in the feed(T1 19.89%, T2 17.73%, and T3 17.01%). In conclusion, the meat quality was not significantly different between T1 and T2 from the results of carcass weight, meat color, WBS, and fatty acid composition; therefore, brown rice can be substituted for 50% of corn in the broiler diets.

Some new Mappings in Bitopological Spaces

쌍위상공간상에서 몇개의 새로운 사상들을 도입하고 그들의 성질들을 알아보며 도입된 새로운 사상들과 기존 사상들과의 관계를 연구한다. 끝으로 그들 상호간의 포함관계를 알아본다. The authors introduce some new mappings in bitopological spaces and obtain some of their properties and study their relationship with some known mappings. A diagram of implications is given.

雙위상공간상에서 準개집합을 정의하고 또한 準T₁공간을 정의하여, 일반위상공간상에서 만족되는 정리(T₁공간이 되기위한 필요충분조건은 singleton subset 모두가 closed이다)가 雙위상공간상에서도 마찬가지로 만족됨을 보인다. In a bitopological space, we define a quasiopenset and a quasi T₁-space as well. And we show that the theorem satisfied in a general topological space (A topological space is T₁-space iff every singleton subset is closed) is also constitued in the bitopological space.

정칙개집합과 정칙반개집합의 정의에 의하여, 우리는 그들의 제 성질들을 알아보고, 정칙개집합의 분할에 관한정리, 즉 정칙개집합이 되기 위한 필요충분조건은 개집합이고 동시에 정칙반개집합임을 보인다. 끝으로 새로운 분리공리들을 정의하여 그들 상호간의 포함관계를 알아본다. By definitions of a regular open set and a regular semiopen set, we find their properties and show the theorem on the decomposition of a regular open set, that is, a set is regular open if and only if it is open and regular semiopen. Finally, we define new separation axioms and find the implications between them in the part 'application'.

In this paper, the preparation of BSCCO superconducting wire by electrophoretic deposition method and the effect of suspension medium used with various solvent solutions of acetone ethanol. toluene and buthanol for electrophoretic deposition were studied. The preheating technique in vacuum system for the superconducting powders coated on Ag wire was also investigated. As a result, it was confirmed that the preheating technique was very useful to remove the influence of remains affected to the surface condition of superconducting wire. And the adsorbed solvent solution which was existed between and on the deposited particle surfaces was almost disappeared at the treating conditions of about 10-³ Torr and around 200℃ in bell-jar system. By measurement of 4-point prove method, the critical current density(Je) of BSCCO superconducting wire was obtained at the value of more than 10⁴A/㎠ in liquid N₂(77K, OT).
