A study on satisfaction of nurses for inventory assets management of medical supplies The purpose of this study is to suggest an dfficient method of inventory assets management of medical supplies. This study used the data of nurses who are working at national hospitals, university hospitals, medical corporations, and private hospitals. The data were used to get the understandings and satisfactions of the nurses about inventory assets management of medical supplies. The results are as follows ; 1. Understandings(p<0.001) and satisfactions(p<0.05) of the nurses about their works grow over ages. There was a difference between a big city and a smaller one and there were also differences in each position of the nurses(p<0.001). According to a multiple comparisons test, the higher their position, the higher understandings and satisfaction of their works. In a case of the office in a hospital, the satisfaction of hardworking nurses in an operation room or emergency room was low(p<0.05). In a case of their working years, there was some difference in understandings and satisfactions by the type of a hospital is a private hospital, a university hospital, a medical corporation, and a national hospital, although not having a statistic significance. In the scale of a hospital, understandings and satisfactions were over 500, 3001-499, below 300 rooms, orderly, but this result was not significant, too. 2. The status of inventory assets management of medical supplies was 301-499, over 500, below 300, orderly, and the order by the type of a hospital was a private hospital, a medical corporation, a national hospital, a university hospital without the statistic significance. 3. Satisfactions had a strong positive correlation with understandings like satisfactions and inventory assets management of medical supplies. As well, the correlation coefficient of understandings and inventory assets management of medical supplies was positive as 0.525. and all of them were significant statistically(p<0.01). 4. Both the status of inventory assets management of medical supplies and understanding were significant, and this result show that each of inventory assets management of medical supplies and understanding had an effect on satisfactions. E. coli A_2 diarrhea causing bacteria of pigs was anaerobically inoculated with 10^5/ml into prereduced YS medium (10% reconstituted skim milk+0.1% yeast extract), and then lactic acid bacteria were inoculated with 10^5/ml and 10^7ml into previous inoculated samples of E. coli A_2. Inoculated samples cultured at 37℃, were tested to determine changes in viable numbers of organisms and pH. The experimental results are summerized as follows: 1. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. casei YIT9018, E. coli A_2 decreased after 36 hours from incubation. 2. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. acidophilus, E. coli A_2 drastically decreased after 24 hours from incubation and was almost disappeared after 72 hours from incubation. 3. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and L. bulgaricus, E. coif A_2 drastically decreased after 24 hours from incubation and was almost disappeared after 72 hours from incubation. 4. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli A_2 and Str. thermophilus, E. coli A_2 decreased after 12 hours from incubation. 5. When the pH value of the mixed culture, was, 4. 5 below, E. coli A_2 decreased.

유연한 곁사슬을 갖는 방향족 Poly(ether-ether-ester)의 합성 및 성질

알콕시 곁사슬을 갖는 유연한 곁사슬을 갖는 전방향족 Poly(ether-ether-ester)가 ether기로 연결된 triad diol과 2,5-dialkoxyterephthalic acid로부터 direct polycondensation에 의하여 합성되었다. 중합체의 구조와 물리적 성질은 1H-NMR, FT-IR, DSC, TGA를 이용하여 조사되었다. 연구결과에 의하면, 용매로서 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane(TCE)를 사 용하여 측정된 고분자의 고유점성도는 0.45~0.86 dl/g의 값을 나타내었으며, 질소 분위기하에서 측정된 초기열분해온 도는 378~418 ℃를 나타내었다. 중합체 대부분은 측정에 사용된 유기용매에 용해되었고, 용융전이온도(Tm)는 곁사슬 의 길이가 길수록 감소되었으며 홀수-짝수 효과를 나타내었다. A series of wholly aromatic Poly(ether-ether-ester)s with flexible side chain was synthesized by direct polycondensation from ether linkaged triad diol and 2,5-dialkoxyterephthalic acid. The chemical structures and physical properties of these polymers were investigated by using ¹ H-NMR, FT-IR, DSC and TGA. As results of investigations, the inherent viscosities(ηinh) measured at 40 ℃ in 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane(TCE) were 0.45~0.86 dl/g and initial decomposition(Td) in TGA occurred at 378~418 ℃ in N2 gas. The majority of these polymers were soluble in organic solvents used in this experiments at elevated temperatures. Melting temperatures(Tm) decreased with increasing the length of the side chain and showed odd-even effects.

Comparing internal ureteroneocystostomy with external ureteroneocystostomy, the later is simple, utilizes minimal donor ureteral length, avoids two large cystostomy, and brings watertight anastomosis. Special attention should be paid on circulatory status to donor ureter while performing donor nephrectomy. The external ureteroneocystostomy as described by MacKinnon is the preferred technique to urinary reconstruction in clinical renal transplantation.

액정 고분자와 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)블렌드의 결정화 거동

폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)와 액정 폴리에스테르의 블렌드를 등온 결정화 거동에 대하여 연구하였다. 블렌드내의 PET의 결정화 거동을 나타내주는 결정화 속도나 결정이 어떤 모양으로 성장하는가에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 Avrami 식을 이용하였다. 블렌드내 PET의 결정화는 결정화온도에 무관하게 높은 결정화도에 이르기까지 Avrami 식에 잘 적용됨을 알 수 있었으며 Avrami 지수값, n이 2를 나타냄으로써 블렌드내의 PET의 결정이 I차원적으로 성장함을 알 수 있었고, 결정화 온도가 높을수록 결정화 속도가 느려짐을 조사 결과 확인하였다. The isothermal crystallization behavior of blends of poly(ethylene terephthalate) and liquid crystalline polymers(LCP) was studied. The Avrami analyses were applied to obtain the information on the crystal growth geometry and factors controlling the rate of crystallization. The crystallization kinetics for the blends followed the classical Avrami equation up to a high degree of crystallization regardless of crystallization temperature, The values of Avrami exponent, n, for PET in the blends were estimated to be around 2, which indicate that the polymer crystals grow into one-dimensional linear or fiber-like crystallization mode. The crystallization rate, as expected, decreases with increasing the crystallization temperature.

유연한 곁사슬을 가지고 있는 copoly(ether-ether-ester)가 중축합반응에 의하여 합성되었다. 테트라클로로에탄 중에서 측정된 중합체의 고유점성도 값은 0.42~0.78 dl/g을 나타내었다. 합성된 고분자의 구조는 1H-NMR과 FT-IR에 의하여 조사되었으며, 열적성질과 액정성은 DSC, TGA, POM, XRD에 의하여 측정되었다. 조사된 결과에 의하면 합 성된 공중합체들은 모두 단독중합체보다 낮은 용융전이온도를 나타내었으며, 공중합체 내의 비페닐렌 단위의 함량이 60 mol %이상일 때 네마틱액정상이 관찰되었으며, 합성된 중합체의 액정성은 비페닐렌 함량에 의존하였다. Copoly(ether-ether-ester)s having flexible side chain were synthesized by polycondensation. Intrinsic viscosities of polymers were between 0.42 and 0.78dl/g in tetrachloroethane. The polymer structures were investigated by 1H-NMR and FT-IR, and thermal and liquid crystalline properties of polymers were measured by DSC, TGA, POM and XRD. As results of investigations, synthetic copolymers exhibited lower melting temperature than homopolymers. When the biphenylene units contents in copolymer were more than 60 mol %, nematic mesophase was observed, and the mesophase of synthetic polymers was dependent upon biphenylene content.

주사슬에 방향족 고리와 펜타메틸렌 그룹을 포함하고 있는 반유연성 폴리에스터가 direct polycondensation에 의하여 합성되었다. 합성된 중합체의 구조는 1H-NMR과 FT-IR에 의해, 상전이거동에 대해서는 DSC, TGA 및 직교된 편광현미경에 의하여 관찰되었다. 합성된 중합체의 고유점성도 (ηinh)는 0.46에서 1.30 dL/g 사이의 값으로 측정되었고, 분자사슬 중 강직사슬그룹의 선형성이 클수록 용융전이온도 (Tm)는 높았으며, 용해도 조사에 사용된 유기용매에 대한 용해도는 감소되었다. 그리고, 중합체들 중 P-H, P-mH, P-4H는 넓은 비등방성 영역에서 열방성 네마틱 액정상을 나타내었으나 P-R, P-C, P-2B는 액정상을 나타내지 않았다. Semi flexible polyesters containing aromatic rings and pentamethylene groups in the main chain were synthesized by direct polycondensation reaction. The structures of these polymers were investigated by 1H-NMR and FT-IR and the phase transition behavior was characterized with DSC, TGA and crossed polarizing microscope. Inherent viscosities (ηinh) of polymers measured in phenol/p-chlorophenol/1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane were between 0.46 and 1.30 dL/g. As increasing the linearlity of rigid moieties in polyster, melting transition temperatures (Tm) increased and solubilities in organic solvents decreased. P-H, P-mH and P-4H of the polymers formed turbid melts that showed stir-opalescence and nematic phase at the broad anisotropic region, However, P-R, P-C and P-2B did not exhibit any textures related to the liquid crystallinity.
