This paper introduces a method for improving the design of an arm bracket for the vehicle suspension using topology optimization. Among the suspension parts, the arm bracket is a functional part that directly supports the load from the road surface, and for the stability of the suspension, durability is the most important and requires a robust design for the vulnerable area. In this paper, the topology optimization method was applied to improve the durability of the arm bracket, and the effectiveness of the design improvement was verified through analysis.

With the increasing demands for fast, effective, and reliable mold design in automotive casting product, the Computer Aided Engineering(CAE) plays an important role in reducing cost and development time of a product and achieving high quality products in a competitive market. Through the CAE application, the casting processes such as solidification and filling can be simulated for predicting the microstructure and shrinkage defects In the products. in this paper, the subject of study is reducing about the armrest frame of the interior part in the part of the automobile. Through the numerical simulations carried out using the Anycasting soft, casting conditions of displacement, stress and shinkage select through the response surface method to optimize. After design optimization, the displacement and stress was reduced by about 13%, 33% compared to the initial design of the Mg frame.

Based on recent advances in technology, many robots are developed and they are used in a hazardous environment such as military operation, fire, and building collapse and so on. Among them, reconnaissance robot should be able to perform various missions which people can not do. So it needs the capability of moving with hiding its position on rough terrain, overcoming obstacles, and guaranteeing its efficiency of reconnaissance. For this reason there are in progress of researching biomimetic robots. Therefore in this paper we proposed robot mechanism, two modules based on the screw and wheel mechanism which mimic snake, and the spiral climbing method was considered for overcoming the situation when moving on the trees.

This paper introduces a study on the design improvement of the NVH reinforcement rails of the rear subframe, a vehicle suspension component. The NVH reinforcement rails directly reduce excessive behavior of parts in certain modes in which the NVH problem occurs in the vehicle. The rear subframe is a heavy component and requires an optimal design in terms of the weight and performance of the NVH reinforcement rail to improve NVH performance of the vehicle. In this paper, the performance and weight of the NVH reinforcement rail were optimized, and the effect of the improvement design was verified in terms of its natural frequency.

Around view Monitor is the system for helping driver find exact position while parking the car, reflecting visual aspects from four-outside cameras around the vehicle. Front and rear, left and right, there are two couples of distinguished cameras settled in order to reveal the obstacles outside the vehicle. The object appeared around the vehicle is captured artificially as if we look around the vehicle in the view above it, like in the sky, in real-time. Problem occurred on the angle of camera on the present monitoring system, which is determined and distinguished according to length and width of each vehicle model. Several vernacular approaches for deciding angles of monitoring camera were in common. Because of physical volume of each vehicle, four-point camera setting was customized only for the only model of the vehicle. Instead, a size-oriented approach for automatic deciding angles of camera is presented in this paper. This approach calls for the determination of available angle configurations and calibrations, which is based on the link and joint coordinate systems and robot arm mechanism. These adjustments are presented in two accurate mathematical ways to permit the production of mounting construction indicators and their relative motion equations. The construction indicators, (representing adaptive lengths and angles of settlement links) are configured by factory setup for the purpose of jointing four cameras for monitoring. This paper describes on the calculation of a simplified three-dimensional mathematical model of vehicle cameraattachments for the purpose of developing real-time parking guide system, and applying the parking environment to several different characteristics of vehicle models. Several vehicle models include three fixed scales which are representing the car-length, car-width, and height of cameras. Determination of positions of the four cameras can be presented in the form of matrix calculation of kinematics and motion variables as well as angle-sequenced graphics in the modeling of ghost view frames of the occupant configuration within the vehicle exterior system.

중등 교육에서 인공지능 교육은 교과 내 교육뿐만 아니라 다양한 프로그램과 행사로 진행하고 있다. 하지만 전국적으로 많은 학생들에게 인공지능 교육에 대한 경험은 부족한 편이고, 2022년 국가 정책 지원 하에 지역 단위 학교에서 연사 초청 교육으로 이루어지고 있는 편이다. 인공지능의 다양한 범위를 고교 교육과정을 이수하고 있는 학생 수요자 입장에서 충분히 다루고 이해하기는 쉽지 않다. 하지만 많은 초청 교육이 인공지능의 원리와 역사 위주로 이루어지고 있고, 초청 강연이 이루어질 수 있는 시간이 한정적이기 때문에 충분한 실습을 동반한 교육은 이루어지기 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 학생들의 진로 희망 분야를 조사하고, 해당 분야에서 미래 인공지능의 활용에 대해 논의하고 실습을 구상하여 직접 코드를 만들어보고 구현하는 인공지능 실습 교육의 사례를 다룬다.
