In this paper, we deal with the Euler-Maruyama (EM) \linebreak scheme for stochastic differential equations driven by $G$-Brownian motion ($G$-SDEs). Under the linear growth and the local Lipschitz conditions, the strong convergence as well as the rate of convergence of the EM numerical solution to the exact solution for $G$-SDEs are established.

In this paper, we deal with a class of one-dimensional reflected backward stochastic differential equations driven by a Brownian motion and the martingales of Teugels associated with an independent L$\acute{e}$vy process having a stochastic Lipschitz coefficient. We derive the existence and uniqueness of solutions for these equations via Snell envelope and the fixed point theorem.
Location Selection of an LNG Bunkering Port in Korea

Purpose - The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has promulgated strict regulations on emissions in the maritime shipping industry. LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is, therefore, recognized as the optimal fuel alternative solution. The aim of this study is to select the most suitable location for an LNG bunkering port. This is formulated as a multiple-criteria ranking problem regarding four candidate ports in South Korea: the ports of Busan, Gwangyang, Incheon, and Ulsan. Design/Methodology/approach - An analysis employing the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR) methodology is carried out, and the multiple-criteria evaluation of various factors influencing the location selection, such as the average loading speed of LNG, the number of total ships, the distance of the bunkering shuttle, and the degree of safety is performed. Then, based on the combination of both the collected real data and experts’ preferences, the final ranking of the four ports is formulated. Findings - The port of Busan ranks first, followed by the ports of Gwangyang and Ulsan, with the port of Incheon last on the list. Originality/value - The Korean government could proceed with a clear vision of the candidate ports’ ranking in terms of the LNG bunkering terminal selection problem.
Esophageal/Gastric Cancer Screening in High-risk Populations in Henan Province, China

Objective: To summarize the endoscopic screening findings in high-risk population of esophageal and gastric carcinoma and analyze influential factors related to screening. Methods: In seven selected cities and counties with high incidences of esophageal carcinoma, people at age of 40-69 were set as the target population. Those with gastroscopy contradictions were excluded, and all who were voluntary and willing to comply with the medical requirements were subjected to endoscopic screening and histological examination for esophageal, gastric cardia and gastric carcinoma in accordance with national technical manual for early detection and treatment of cancer. Results: In three years, 36,154 people were screened, and 16,847 (46.60%) cases were found to have precancerous lesions. A total of 875 cases were found to have cancers (2.42%), and among them 739 cases had early stage with an early diagnosis rate is 84.5%. Some 715 patients underwent prompt treatment and the success rate was 81.8%. Conclusions: In a high-risk population of esophageal and gastric carcinoma, it is feasible to implement early detection and treatment by endoscopic screening. Screening can identify potential invasive carcinoma, early stage carcinoma and precancerous lesions, improving efficacy through early detection and treatment. The exploratory analysis of related influential factors will help broad implementation of early detection and treatment for esophageal and gastric carcinoma.
An analysis for Chinese airport efficiency using weighted variables and adopting CFPR

The demands of air services in China have increased significantly in the past 免w decades due to rapid economic growth. Unsurprisingly, huge pressure has been placed on Chinese airports by the increasing demand for air transportation. Hence, it is meaningful to analyze the efficiency of Chinese airports as well as to determine which factors are most vital to improve airport efficiency. To do so, a widely used methodology, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), which is used for measuring efficiency in multiple areas, has been adopted. By means of the DEA method, the efficiency of 27 Chinese airports during the period from 2014 to 2018 was identified. Nine variables, including six input and three output variables, have been identified. Notably, the integration of the fuzzy MCDM method and the DEA approach proved to be optimal for developing a solid and reliable analysis. Therefore, an integrated CFPR/DEA-Window-AR model was developed to evaluate the airport efficiency of Chinese airports. In addition, a comparison of efficiency levels with and without defined criteria weights was conducted. The results proved that considering weights using the CFPR approach is both practical and reliable.
Connection Analysis of Container Ports of the Bohai Rim Economic Circle (BREC)

The Bohai Rim Economic Circle (BREC) is an emerging economic area that has been developing rapidly and has benefited from support from the Chinese government; however, due to the unique geographic location and the late start of development, the cargo volumes and capacities of the ports in the Northern Region are comparatively smaller than the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta. To resolve this issue, one effective strategy is to create additional connections with ports and container ports of nearby countries. Consequently, a Social Network Analysis (SNA), including degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and hub and authority centrality, was used to analyze the route networks of the top three ports (ports of Tianjin, Qingdao, and Dalian) of BREC. A list of ports that are highly influential to these three ports in building additional connections to obtain higher cargo volumes is provided.
Network Connection Strategy for Small and Medium-sized Ports (SMPs)

Small and medium-sized ports (SMPs) have been challenged by inadequate capacity and trade volume due to the worldwide economic boom. One of the strategies used to solve this problem is creating new routes with applicable nearby ports. However, the correct and influential ports to connect with must be identified. Hence, we used Social Network Analysis (SNA), including degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality, to analyze the maritime container transportation route network of the Port of Incheon in South Korea. Five ports were finalized as candidates after combining the SNA method, local political policies, and the port’s current connection status.
