Teaching through Chaoxing become a new direction and trend of the reform and development of corporate crime investigation teaching. Chaoxing is the product of the deep integration of Internet technology and education, the embodiment of the development of educational ideas and teaching methods to a new stage, and a very effective and practical teaching mode. The teaching mode of corporate crime investigation based on Chaoxing highlights students' dominant position and teachers' leading role, and realizes the reform and innovation of traditional corporate crime investigation teaching in teaching means, teaching process, teaching evaluation, etc., which makes students develop in the direction of active learning, deep learning and personalized learning.

Massive open online course's teaching reform path of integrating ideological and political elements into the general education course of corporate crime investigation

The investigation of corporate crimes is a key course in public security colleges, which has high application, sociality, practicality and theory. With the rapid development of modern information technology, “Internet + education” has become the main direction of undergraduate teaching reform. It is extremely important to combine massive open online course with the teaching of corporate crime investigation. On the premise of expanding college students' professional knowledge and subject knowledge, general education can shape students' thinking paradigm in line with socialist core values and ensure students to develop scientific three views. Taking the general course “Investigation of Corporate Crime Cases” in public security colleges as an example, this paper discusses the necessity, problems and relevant countermeasures of integrating ideological and political elements into the online teaching of general education courses, and provides reference for the design and practice of ideological and political courses in the online teaching of general education courses.

Visualizing Religious Extremism Research Trend of International Academic Community

중국의 “일대일로” 이니셔티브는 인프라구축을 통해 주변국가와 협력해 나가고 있다. 하지만 일부 중국과 협력하고 있는 주변국가들은 종교적 극단주의(Religious extremism)로 고통을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 “일대일로” 배경하에 국제 학술계(International academic community)가 종교적 극단주의에 대한 연구성과를 대상으로 분석하였다. 우선 문헌통계분석(Bibliometrics)을 통해 Web of Science 데이터베이스의 관련문헌을 필터링(Filtering)한 다음 정리한 데이터를 Citespace 소프트웨어를 통해 시각화(Visualization) 시켰고 이를 기반으로 국제학술계가 종교적 극단주의에 관한 연구트렌드를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 일대일로가 종교 극단주의를 예방하기 위한 어드바이스도 제시하였다. The research significance of this paper lies in its preliminary clarification of the current international academic community’s research status, that is, most scientific research findings are contributed by scholars in developed countries and the Chinese academic community should enhance their cooperation and exchange with international counterparts.

Anti-terrorism Situation and Cooperation Strategy Faced by the Four Places across the Taiwan Strait

The development trend of terrorist crimes facing the four places across the Taiwan Straits is increasingly harmful, the subject of crimes is becoming more and more complicated, the objects of crimes tend to be more extensive, the means of crimes tend to be more diversified, and crimes are highly intelligent. Through the phenomenon, we can sum up the causes including religious causes, ethnic causes and cultural causes. Through the phenomenon, we can also see that the current anti-terrorism situation in the four places across the Taiwan Straits is urgent and grim. Only by studying the antiterrorism cooperation in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can we promote the improvement and internal harmony of China’s anti-terrorism measures.

Mst1/2-ALK promotes NLRP3 inflammasome activation and cell apoptosis during Listeria monocytogenes infection

Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) is a Gram-positiveintracellular foodborne pathogen that causes severe diseases,such as meningitis and sepsis. The NLR family pyrindomain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome has been reportedto participate in host defense against pathogen infection. However, the exact molecular mechanisms underlyingNLRP3 inflammasome activation remain to be fully elucidated. In the present study, the roles of mammalian Ste20-like kinases 1/2 (Mst1/2) and Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase(ALK) in the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome inducedby L. monocytogenes infection were investigated. Theexpression levels of Mst1/2, phospho (p)-ALK, p-JNK, Nek7,and NLRP3 downstream molecules including activated caspase-1 (p20) and mature interleukin (IL)-1β (p17), were upregulatedin L. monocytogenes-infected macrophages. TheALK inhibitor significantly decreased the expression of p-JNK,Nek7, and NLRP3 downstream molecules in macrophages infectedwith L. monocytogenes. Furthermore, the Mst1/2 inhibitormarkedly inhibited the L. monocytogenes-induced activationof ALK, subsequently downregulating the expressionof p-JNK, Nek7, and NLRP3 downstream molecules. Therefore,our study demonstrated that Mst1/2-ALK mediatedthe activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome by promotingthe interaction between Nek7 and NLRP3 via JNK duringL. monocytogenes infection, which subsequently increased thematuration and release of proinflammatory cytokine to resistpathogen infection. Moreover, Listeriolysin O played akey role in the process. In addition, we also found that the L. monocytogenes-induced apoptosis of J774A.1 cells was reducedby the Mst1/2 or ALK inhibitor. The present study reported,for the first time, that the Mst1/2-ALK-JNK-NLRP3 signalingpathway plays a vital proinflammatory role during L. monocytogenesinfection.

원남과 티베트는 중국 남서 국경 지역에 위치하고, 여러 민족과 종교가 혼재되어 있어 중국정부가 통치하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 국경선의 길이가 길어 국가의 중요한 방어구역이기도 하다. 하지만 이 지역에 대한 학계의 관심과 연구는 상대적으로 빈약하다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 이 지역들의 소속민족의 발전 및 건설 그리고 이들 지역의 고토수비(守土固边)에 대해 연구한다. 문헌연구를 통해 국가안보차원에서 소수민족 마을에 대한 건설과 고토수비현황에 대해 기초시설, 경제발전, 민생발전, 생태문명 등 네 가지 분야로 깊이 고찰한 다음, 이를 통해 문제점을 발견하고 해결책과 발전방안을 제시하였다. Yunnan and Tibet are located on the southwest border of China, and various ethnicities and religions are mixed. It is difficult for the Chinese government to rule. It is also an important defense zone for the country due to its long border. However, academic interest and research in this area are relatively poor. In this situation, This research aims to observe the development and construction of ethnic groups and the ancient soil defense of these areas. Through literature review, This research aims to investigate and analyze that the construction and high land defense status of minority villages were deeply considered in four areas: basic facilities, economic development, people s livelihood development, ecological civilization, and then problems are discovered and solutions and development plans are presented.

North Korean Nuclear Issue in Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Diplomacy: A Study Based on PEST-SWOT Analysis

Since 1990s, despite the strong opposition of the international community, North Korea has frequently conducted nuclear weapons tests and missile tests, and the DPRK nuclear issue has become an important factor affecting the security and stability of the Asia-Pacific region. As an extremely important multilateral organization in the Asia-Pacific region, ASEAN has gradually increased its influence in the Asia- Pacific region with the advancement of integration in recent years. In order to further enhance its influence and enhance its participation in Asia-Pacific affairs, ASEAN has been trying to give its voice on the Korean nuclear issue. The ASEAN Regional Forum and ASEAN Summit are the most important platforms for ASEAN to express its position and views. Since the North Korean nuclear issue became prominent, the North Korean nuclear issue has been a key topic discussed in the ASEAN Regional Forum and ASEAN Summit. Judging from the conference documents produced by the conferences over the years, ASEAN s attitude towards the Korean nuclear issue is still being fine-tuned. Although the international community has repeatedly issued policies to condemn North Korea and impose economic sanctions, ASEAN is generally neutral and conservative in its attitude towards the DPRK nuclear issue, and it is also very cautious in its actions. Recently, with China and Russia following the United States, they began to impose severe economic sanctions on North Korea, and their words changed to severe condemnation, and ASEAN s attitude towards North Korea also changed subtly. To some extent, the changes of the Korean nuclear issue in ASEAN reflect the constant fine-tuning of ASEAN s foreign policy. This paper aims to find out the fine-tuning of ASEAN s foreign policy and its influence on ASEAN by combing the changes of ASEAN s Korean nuclear issue and the potential reasons behind the changes.
