소비자 조사와 착의 실험을 통한 온도감응형 기능성 의류개발을 위한 기초연구

In this research, consumer awareness investigation and wearing test were carried out for obtaining useful data on the development of thermo-sensitive functional clothing material. A survey involved 216 people in Seoul and Kyeonggi- do, and 200 questionnaires data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and frequency using SPSS 17.0. Four healthy men in twenties were participated for wearing test. Subjects in normal loungewear were exposed to temperature change from the initial temperature 30oC down to 5oC for an hour in a climate chamber. The environmental temperature, surface temperature of garment and skin were measured. As a result, most of respondents have all season clothing products such as underwear, hosiery, and jogging suit for loungewear. Also, thermo regulator y functional clothes are frequently used as underwear and sweat shirt. The consumer awareness investigation on thermo regulatory functional clothing showed that the most important key buying factor is quick climate temperature response, easy maintenance, design and cost, in that order. Surface temperature of garment went down with the cooling down of environmental temperature. The lower environmental temperature, the greater temperature difference by body part showed. Skin temperature change by environmental temperature showed similar tendency of garment surface temperature. In comparison between garment surface and body skin, temperature difference became larger under the lower environmental temperature.

<P>An aerobic, Gram-stain-negative, yellow-pigmented bacterium, designated strain ATAX6-5(T), was isolated from a marine red alga, Asparagopsistaxiformis, in South Korea. Cells were non-motile rods showing catalase-and oxidase-positive reactions. Growth of strain ATAX6-5(T) was observed at 5-35 degrees C (optimum, 30 degrees C), at pH 6.0-9.5 (optimum, pH 7.0) and in the presence of 0-6.0% (w/v) NaCl (optimum, 2 %). Ubiquinone-10 was detected as the sole isoprenoid quinone and C-18:1 omega 7c, C-16:0 and C-17:1 omega 6c were identified as the major cellular fatty acids. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, sphingoglycolipid, phosphatidylcholine, an unknown phospholipid and four unknown glycolipids were detected as polar lipids. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 60.4 mol%. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain ATAX6-5(T) formed a tight phylogenic lineage with Parasphingopyxis lamellibrachiae JAMH 0132(T) with a 100% bootstrap value. Strain ATAX6-5(T) was most closely related to P. lamellibrachiae JAMH 0132(T) with a 96.9% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity. Based on phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and molecular features, strain ATAX6-5(T) clearly represents a novel species of the genus Parasphingopyxis, for which the name Parasphingopyxis algicola sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ATAX6-5(T) (= KACC 18993(T) = JCM 31719(T)). An emended description of the genus Parasphingopyxis is also proposed.</P>

본 연구는 초등학교 중학년(3~4학년)의 창의성 교육이 효과적이고 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 창의성 교육의 혁신방안을 마련하여 교육과정 개선작업에 도움을 주기 위해 실시되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초등학교 3, 4학년의 교육과정과 국어, 수학, 과학 교과목에서 창의력 계발 목표, 수업활동 및 평가 등을 1단계로 분석하였으며, 2단계로 250여명의 현직교사들을 대상으로 창의성 교육에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 창의성 교육이 효율적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 각 교과별 창의성에 대해서 교사의 인식, 교수ㆍ학습 방법, 그리고 평가에 대한 전문성을 갖추기 위한 교사교육과 교수ㆍ학습 프로그램 및 평가 프로그램 등의 자료개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 학교교육과정에서 다루게 되는 창의성의 요소들은 매우 한정적이고, 교사들은 창의성의 중요성은 인식하지만 교사의 창의성 교육을 지원할 수 있는 프로그램, 수업방안, 평가방법에 대한 구체적인 지원 부족하여 어려움을 겪고 있다고 보고하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교과서 개정, 교수-학습 방법 및 평가 방법의 구안을 비롯하여 창의성 교육을 위한 전반적인 교육과정 개선 작업에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to guide the curriculum development of the 3rd-4th graders to improve creativity. The curriculums of Korean language, Math, and Science and the survey data of 250 teachers were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. First, the professional developments of teachers about teaching and evaluation methods and program developments to enhancing students' creativity were needed. Second, resource systems to supporting teachers’ teaching activities such as lesson plans and experts of creativity education were needed. Finally, it is urgent to revise the curriculum to improve students' creativity, including text books and teachers' guide books.
