자동차 응용분야를 위한 물리계층의 특성을 고려한 CAN 프로토콜 진단 장비의 구현에 관한 연구

This paper introduces an implementation of a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol analyzer including physical layer characteristics for an automotive application. CAN protocol analyzer is used to investigate plausibility of an internal network bus of an automobile. However, commercial CAN protocol analyzers tend to concentrate only on higher logical layer rather than physical layer which can not be neglected because many faults have been found to make troubles in physical aspects. This study analyzes requirements and designs an implementation of a CAN protocol analyzer for an automotive application. This analyzer can investigate not only messages and frames in logical layer but also signals in physical layer. It is implemented with a CAN controller and high speed ADC for logical and physical layers respectively. The experiment with an automotive CAN bus system with 100Kbps speed controlling 60 body electrical loads in a real passenger car is shown to validate feasibility of the implemented analyzer.

5000도 이상의 고열류 유동을 발생시키는 개량형 고온플라즈마 토치는 신소재, 환경 및 에너지 사업 등, 첨단 기술의 실험을 위한 아크젯 풍동의 핵심장비이다. 개량형 고온플라즈마 토치는 내부 아크의 분기현상이 없는, 균일한 고순도의 유동을 발생할 수 있지만 까다로운 구조 및 작동조건 때문에 상용화가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 개량형 고온플라즈마 토치를 이용한 플라즈마 발생 장치의 성능평가 실험을 수행하였다. 400kW급 플라즈마 발생 장치의 성능평가 결과, 전류 280 ~320 A 및 전압 250 ~ 1350 V 범위에서의 설계 성능을 확인하였다. An Enhanced Huels Type Plasma Torch that generates over 5000℃ plasma arc flow is the core equipment of arc-jet wind tunnel. It is applied to the high-tech areas such as a new materials development and eco-friendly industry. Although the Enhanced Huels Type Plasma Torch produce uniform flow of high purity, its complicated structure and operating condition makes the commercialization of it to be difficult. The 400kW arc-jet generator using the enhanced Huels type plasma torch was tested. The result of this study showed that the torch was operated in the range of 280~320 A and 250~1350 V.

2,3-Dichloronaphthoquinone reacts with toluidine, p-aminobenzoic acid, m-nitroaniline, 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole, sulfanilamide and sulfathiazole to afford 2-chloro-3-(toluidino)naphthoquinone (Ⅰ), 2-chloro-3-(p-carboxy anilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅱ), 2-chloro-3-(m-nitroanilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅲ), 2-chloro-3-(5-methylisoxazole-3-amino)naphthoquinone (Ⅳ), 2-chloro-3-(4-aminosulfonylanilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅴ) and 2-chloro-3-(sulfathiazolino)naphthoquinone (Ⅵ) in high yield. The new compounds(Ⅰ∼Ⅵ) have been synthesized and characterized by I.R and H-NMR. The probable mechanism for the formation of the derivatives is discussed.

2-[(4-Cyanophenyl)amino]-3-chloro-1, 4-naphthalenedione (NQ-Y15) was asssayed for its genotoxic potential by using Salmonella typhimurium reversion assay and in vitro chromosome aberration test on Chinese hamster lung cells. In the Ames test, NQ-Y 15 induced his+ revertants of Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 and TA1537, reaching levels twice the negative control values. But, NQ-Y15 induced only his^(+) revertants of Salmonella typhimurium TA1537 more than twice the control values under the condition with metabolic activation system. In the cytogenetic test on chinese hamster lung cells, NQ-Y15 showed significant chromosomal aberrations, but the incidence was significantly reduced in the presence of metabolic activation.
