This paper is intended to study 〈Jumong Myth〉 which's written by many writers newly. It seems to me that there are characters which are represented images of Jumong and Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉 in their works. First of all, it seems that they showed aspects of Jumong or Yoohwa as the Hero of the founder or the Hero's supporter of wisdom in their poems 『Dongmaeng』 and 『The Four Pillars and Eight Characters of Go, Ju-mong as the founder of Goguryeo Dongmyeongsungwang』by Seo, Jeong-ju, 『Lady Yoohwa』by Song Su-kwon and 『The sky of Jumong』 by Yoon Keum-cho. Only Seo‘s characters are expressed a destiny and a right but Song and Yoon's are represented the Hero itself in the narrative process through agony of realities. The secondly, it seems that Lee, Kwang-su showed aspects of Jumong as a so n?a husband?a father through the life of the Hero in his work 『Dongmyeongwang of love』. And Song Ha-chun showed aspects of Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉 through a woman as a unusual birth of process and preservation of life in his work 『Daughters of Haback』. In conclusion, it seems that their works either poems or novels are represented and recreated various images of Jumong and Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉.

Protective Effect of Curcumin and Aqueous Extract of Onchengyeum on CCl_(4)-induced Hepatotoxicity

An aqueous extract of oriental herbal composition named Onchengyeum and curcumin, an antioxidant isolated from turmeric (Curcuma longa Linné) reduced hepatotoxicity induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_(4)). Improved liver function was observed by measuring the activities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CRE), total cholesterol (TCHO), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-CHO), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CHO), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and total bilirubin (BIL) in serum. Hepatic parameters monitored were levels of cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), malondialdehyde (MDA) and content of cytochrome P450 (CYP), level of glutathione (GSH), activities of NADPH-CYP reductase, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione S-transferase (GST), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione peroxidase (GPx). The histopathological examination showed that the treatment of Onchengyeum and curcumin relieved the ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes which had been generated by CCl_(4). The results suggested that hepatoprotective effects of Onchengyeum and curcumin possibly are due to their promising antioxidative activity.

Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.

여대생의 체중조절 프로그램에서의 영양교육의 효과

본 연구는 식사조절, 운동. 행동수정요법을 중심으로 한 체중 조절 프로그램에서 영양교육의 효과를 보기 위해서 수행되어졌다. 8주 동안 진행된 이 프로그램의 교육내용으로는 저칼로리 영양에 대한지식, 운동, 식습관 교정, 적절한 체중을 유지하는 방법과 비만을 예방하기 위한 전략 등이었다. 7명의 덕성여대생이 프로그램에 참가하였다. 모든 참가자는 8주 동안 1㎏에서 4.5㎏까지 감량을 하였고, 감량된 체중을 3개월 후까지도 유지하였다. 8주 동안 Body Mass Index(BMI)는 유의적인 수준으로 감소(p<0.05)되었다. Triglyceride는 낮아지는 경향을 보였으나 total-cholesterol과 HDL-cholesterol은 변화하지 않았다. 프로그램 진행 동안 영양지식은 변화하지 않았으나 식습관은 유의적으로 증진이 되었다(p<0.05). 변화된 식습관은 3개월 후 까지도 지속되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 과학적인 체중조절 프로그램에서 영양교육을 실시함으로써 안전한 체중감량과 식습관을 개선할 수 있도록 함을 보여주었다. This study attempted to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education on the multidisciplinary weight management program. The major components of this weight control program, held for 8 weekly sessions, were the nutrition information about a low calorie diet, the way to increase physical activity, an awareness of eating habits and the strategies for the maintenance of Proper body weight and other information related to prevent obesity. Seven students of DukSung Women's University participated in this Program. All of Participants lost (from 1㎏ to 4.5㎏) of body weight at the end of the weight control program. The reduced body weight of participants was maintained for the three-month follow-up period During the weight control period, body mass index(BMI) significantly decreased (p<0.05), whereas the level of total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol did not. Nutrition knowledge scores did not change, however, their eating habits were significantly improved after the 8-week session (p<0.05) . The changed eating habits maintained for the three-month follow-up period. The results of this study suggest that the weight control program should be based on well-planned nutrition education in order to maintain the reduced body weight and changed eating habits.

지방재정교부금이 지방정부지출에 미치는 영향에 관한 최근 연구경향과 평가

본 논문에서는 정액교부금이 지역소득보다 지방정부의 지출에 미치는 효파가 크 다는 끈끈이 효과(flypaper effect)에 관한 선행연구들을 재정착각모형을 중심으로 살펴본 다음, 선행연구의 문제점과 향후 실증적 연구를 위한 시사점을 제시했다.본 논문에서 제시된 향후 연구를 위한 시사점으로는 첫째, 상위정부가 하위정부 에 교부하는 교부금에서 정률교부금을 제외하고 정액교부금만을 분석대상으로 해야 하며, 둘째, 시계열분석 또는 통합시계열분석을 실시해야 하며, 셋째, 끈끈이 효과의 원인을 규명할 수 있는 이론적 측면이 모형에 포함되어야 하며, 넷째, 사회경제적 및 인구통계학적 변수들과 같은 외생변수들이 정부지출에 미치는 영향을 통제해야 하며, 다섯째, 정상상태균형이 달성될 수 있는 동태적 과정을 포함해야 하며, 여섯 째, 시계열자료에 대한 단위근검정과 공적분검정을 실시해야 한다는 점이다.

공공부문의 상대적 효율성 평가를 위한 자료포락분석

선진국들은 국가경쟁력을 높이기 위해 정부개혁을 활발하게 수행하고 있으며, 우리나라도 행정개혁을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 정부개혁이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 공공부문의 성과를 객관적이고 과학적으로 평가하지 않으면 안된다. 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis: DEA)은 공공부문의 상대적 효율성을 평가할 수 있는 관리과학(management science)적 방법론이다. 본 논문에서는 자료포락분석의 토대가 되는 효율성 측정 개념을 비롯, 지금까지 국내외적으로 가장 많이 사용된 규모에 대한 수익불변(CRC) 자료포락분석모형의 수리적 모형과 자료포락분석의 특성 및 적용시 고려사항을 살펴보고 예시적 적용례를 제시했다.

20세기 초 이탈리아의 실험예술 의상에 관한 연구

This study concentrates on the relationship between the early 20th century Italian artists and their works in the field of clothing design. They advocated the creation of art for lif? and introduced a new type of work of art which I will call 'experimental clothing far art'. The experimental clothing far art showed its dynamic characteristics in the fields of line and farm, color, pattern, and material. The Italian artists made simple and functionalistic dresses, using asymmetric, geometric cuts in patters making. They employed dynamic patterns in textile design and favored brilliant colors which they debunked as stodge and traditional. With regard to material, they used unusual materials such as metal, net, wire, and paper and inexpensive materials. The investigations of the visual expression of experimental clothing for art in Italy have led us to the internal expressions which are avant-garde, dynamic & speed, functionality & popularity, ephemeral & transformable, and warlike. As a result of the reflection of the times and the artists' will and roles the experimental clothing for art in Italy implicated contemporary clothing in the early twentieth century and it was only laboratory art that underwent various experiments in canvas but a model of efferts for the art of living, which was anti-traditional, It offered a new future and created a new environment.

지방정부의 성과평가를 위한 확률생산변경함수모형

세계화와 지방화시대를 맞이하여 지방정부의 서비스의 질과 경쟁력을 제고해 나가기 위해서는 지방정부의 관리운영과정예서 발생하는 비효율성을 정확하게 측정함으로써 조직단위의 성과를 객관적이고 과학적으로 평가하고 관리개선을 지속적으로 추구하지 않으면 안 된다. 지방정부에 있어서 관리운영상의 효율성을 분석한 연구들은 거의 대부분 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis: DEA)을 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 자료포락분석은 이상치(outliers)에 대한 민감성과 가설검정의 불가능성 그리고 측정오차나 통계적 잡음이 존재하지 않는다고 가정하는 등 상당한 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 자료포락분석의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 효율성 측정방법이 바로 확률변경분석(Stochastic Frontier Analysis: SFA) 이다. 확률변경분석은 공공부문의 관리운영의 효율성을 평가할 수 있는 모수적(parametric) 방법론으로 확률생산변경함수와 확률비용변경함수로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 확률생산변경함수모형의 기본모형과 적용사례를 중심으로 지방정부의 성과평가를 위한 방법론을 고찰하였다.
