      • Evaluation of China’s B2C E-commerce Website : An Analysis of Factors that Influence Online Buying Decision

        This paper adopts a qualitative method to study influencing factors, expands the field research, processes data based on factor analysis, and finally finds out primary factors that influence online buying decision. On the basis of primary factors, it builds up an evaluation system for B2C e-commerce websites to assess the representatives in each industry. The assessment results include current situation of China’s B2C e-commerce websites and their advantages and disadvantages. In terms of those findings, targeted strategies and recommendations are proposed to promote the development of China’s e-commerce websites.

        Dynamic stress of impeller blade of shaft extension tubular pump device based on bidirectional fluid-structure interaction

        Current research on the stability of tubular pumps is mainly concerned with the transient hydrodynamic characteristics. However, the structural response under the influence of fluid-structure interaction hasn’t been taken fully into consideration. The instability of the structure can cause vibration and cracks, which may threaten the safety of the unit. We used bidirectional fluid-structure interaction to comprehensively analyze the dynamic stress characteristics of the impeller blades of the shaft extension tubular pump device. Furthermore, dynamic stress of impeller blade of shaft extension tubular pump device was solved under different lift conditions of 0° blade angle. Based on Reynolds-average N-S equation and SST k-ω turbulence model, numerical simulation was carried out for three-dimensional unsteady incompressible turbulent flow field of the pump device whole flow passage. Meanwhile, the finite element method was used to calculate dynamic characteristics of the blade structure. The blade dynamic stress distribution was obtained on the basis of fourth strength theory. The research results indicate that the maximum blade dynamic stress appears at the joint between root of inlet side of the blade suction surface and the axis. Considering the influence of gravity, the fluctuation of the blade dynamic stress increases initially and decreases afterwards within a rotation period. In the meantime, the dynamic stress in the middle part of inlet edge presents larger relative fluctuation amplitude. Finally, a prediction method for dynamic stress distribution of tubular pump considering fluid-structure interaction and gravity effect was proposed. This method can be used in the design stage of tubular pump to predict dynamic stress distribution of the structure under different operating conditions, improve the reliability of pump impeller and analyze the impeller fatigue life.

        Intelligent techniques and optimization algorithms in textile colour management: a systematic review of applications and prediction accuracy

        Based on a selection of 101 articles published from 2013 to 2022, this study systematically reviews the application of intelligent techniques and optimization algorithms in textile colour management. Specifically, the study explores how these techniques have been applied to four subfields within textile colour management: colour matching and prediction, colour difference detection and assessment, colour recognition and segmentation, and dye solution concentration and decolourization. Following an introduction to intelligent techniques and optimization algorithms in textile colour management, the study describes the specific applications of these techniques in the field over the past decade. Descriptive statistics are used to analyse trends in the use of these techniques and optimization algorithms, and comparative performances indicate the effectiveness of the techniques and algorithms. The study finds that the primary intelligent techniques used in the field of textile colour management include artificial neural networks (ANN), support vector machines (SVM) such as SVM, LSSVM, LSSVR, SLSSVR, FWSVR, fuzzy logic (FL) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS), clustering algorithms (e.g., K-means, FCM, X-means algorithms), and extreme learning machines (ELM) such as ELM, OSLEM, KELM, RELM. The main optimization algorithms used include response surface methodology (RSM), genetic algorithms (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and differential evolution (DE). Finally, the study proposes a comparison of the performance of intelligent techniques and optimization algorithms, summarizes the relevant research trends, and suggests future research opportunities and directions, besides stating the limitations of this paper.

      • Cyr61/CCN1 Overexpression Induces Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition Leading to Laryngeal Tumor Invasion and Metastasis and Poor Prognosis

        Background: To examine the expression of cysteine-rich 61 (Cyr61/CCN1) protein in laryngeal squamouscell carcinoma (LSCC) tissues, and its relationship with the tumor epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), invasion, metastasis, and prognosis. Materials and Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Cyr61, Vimentin (Vim), and E-cadherin (E-cad) in 88 cases of LSCC tissues and 30 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Vim and E-cad were used as mesenchymal and epithelial markers, respectively, to determine the relationship between Cyr61 expression and the EMT of LSCC cells. In addition, clinical and histopathological data were combined to analyze the relationship between the positive-expression rates of Cyr61, Vim and E-cad and LSCC invasion, metastasis and prognosis. Results: In LSCC tissues, Vim expression rate was significantly higher than that of the tumor-adjacent tissues, whereas E-cad expression rate was significantly lower than that of the tumor-adjacent tissues. The Vim expression rate was significantly higher in stages T3 and T4 than in stages T1 and T2 LSCC tissues, whereas E-cad expression rate was significantly lower in stages T3 and T4 than in stages T1 and T2 LSCC tissues. Compared to the group without lymph node metastasis, the Vim expression rate was significantly higher and the E-cad expression rate was significantly lower in the group with lymph node metastasis. The expression rate of Cyr61 was significantly higher in LSCC tissues than in the tumor-adjacent normal tissues. In addition, the Cyr61 expression rate was higher in stages T3 and T4 than in stages T1 and T2 LSCC, and higher in the group with lymph node metastasis than in the group without lymph node metastasis. The Vim expression rate was significantly higher in the Cyr61 positive group than in the Cyr61 negative group, whereas the E-cad expression rate was significantly higher in the Cyr61 negative group than in the Cyr61 positive group. Survival analysis indicated that survival rates of Cyr61 positive, Vim positive and E-cad negative groups were significantly lower than that of Cyr61 negative, Vim negative and E-cad positive groups, respectively. Conclusions: Cyr61 expression is closely associated with LSCC invasion and lymph node metastasis. Overexpression of Cyr61 may induce EMT and therefore leads to LSCC invasion and metastasis and poor prognosis. Cyr61 may become a new maker for clinical prediction of LSCC invasion and metastasis and a new target for LSCC treatment.

        Utility-based Resource Allocation with Bipartite Matching in OFDMA-based Wireless Systems

        In order to efficiently utilize limited radio resources, resource allocation schemes in OFDMA-based wireless networks have gained intensive attention recently. Instead of improving the throughput performance, the utility is adopted as the metric for resource allocation, which provides reasonable methods to build up the relationship between user experience and various quality-of-service (QoS) metrics. After formulating the optimization problem by using a weighted bipartite graph, a modified bipartite matching method is proposed to find a suboptimal solution for the resource allocation problem in OFDMA-based wireless systems with feasible computational complexity. Finally, simulation results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

        Controlled canard configuration study for a solid rocket motor based unmanned air vehicle

        This paper presents an aerodynamic study for a target unmanned air vehicle with controlled canard, at cruise Mach number between 0.7 and 0.85, using a solid rocket motor as power. The results of semi-empirical method (DATCOM), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were compared with wind tunnel tests to evaluate perdition accuracy. Here DATCOM shows big discrepancy in pitching-moment coefficient; the CFD estimation of static aerodynamic force and moment agree well with wind tunnel data. An analysis was focused on the longitudinal data for complicated controlled canard-elements interactions and canard vortex behavior. The canard vortex interaction with tail wing of initial configuration concept with a thick canard (NACA0012) and the final improved configuration with a thin canard (NACA0007) were reviewed. It is proved that the stability and control characteristics of whole TUAV are sensitive to the thickness of canard in transonic peed regime because of different canard vortex intensity and effect generated.

        Hypolipidemic Effect of Proteoglycans Isolated from Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas LAM) in Hyperlipidemia Rats

        Effects of sweet potato proteoglycans (SPG) inrats fed high lipid diets were investigated. Serum lipidindices for SPG were evaluated. SPG had hypolipidemiceffects that were correlated with dosage. There were nosignificant (p>0.05) differences in hypolipidemic effectsbetween SPG varieties of different molecular weights. SPG-1 (Mw value: 508.3 kDa) significantly (p<0.05)reduced serum total cholesterol (TC), triacylglyceride(TAG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), andapolipoprotein (Apo) B levels, and the arteriosclerosisindex (AI), and induced serum high density lipoproteincholesterol (HDL-C), ApoA-I, lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT), and liver lipoprotein lipase (LPL)activities, compared with controls. The whole blood viscosityand red blood cell (RBC) membrane microviscosity werealso decreased. Hypolipidemic effects were mediated viaelevation of the serum HDL-C concentration by inductionof LACT activity, an increased ApoA-I concentration, anda reduction in the serum lipid concentration due toregulation of LPL activity.

        Regenerative Er-doped Fiber Amplifier System for High-repetition-rate Optical Pulses

        A regenerative Er-doped fiber amplifier system for a high-repetition-rate optical pulse train is investigated for the first time. A signal pulse train with a wavelength tuning range of 18 nm is produced by a passive mode-locked fiber laser based on a nonlinear polarization rotation technique. In order to realize the amplification, an optical delay-line is used to achieve time match between the pulses’ interval and the period of pulse running through the regenerative amplifier. The 16 dB gain is obtained for an input pulse train with a launching power of -30.4 dBm, a center wavelength of 1563.4 nm and a repetition rate of 15.3 MHz. The output properties of signal pulses with different center wavelengths are also discussed. The pulse amplification is found to be different from the regenerative amplification system for CW signals.

        Two birds with one stone: The route from waste printed circuit board electronic trash to multifunctional biomimetic slippery liquid-infused coating

        Finding appropriate usage of waste printed circuit board (WPCB), a kind of electronic trash, is an importanttask from background of environment protection and waste management. Due to the intrinsic highhindrance barrier capability, recycled epoxy resin in rich source from WPCB gives opportunity for corrosionprotection of metals based on Two birds with one stone ideology. One stone in this ideology is to applywaste as resource, and two birds respectively indicate using PCB waste as valuable material and inhibitingmetal corrosion. In this paper, by combining biomimetics strategy, we adopt a three-step methodincluding anodic oxidation, hydrophobic treatment and infusion of composite containing epoxy resinfrom WPCB and dimethyl silicone oil to finally form WPCB based slippery liquid-infused porous surface(W-LIS). Morphology, composition, wettability and electrochemical properties are characterized bysophisticated techniques. Adding recycled hydrophobic/oleophilic epoxy resin from WPCB into oil phasecan effectively increase the barrier effect and raise anticorrosion ability. Moreover, W-LIS delivers antifreezingadhesion and biofouling inhibition property, which is obviously superior to LIS and lotus inspiredsuperhydrophobic (SHS) coating. The various excellent performances of W-LIS indicate epoxy resin fromwaste printed circuit board can act a versatile role in field of metal corrosion prevention.
