이방인 선교는 하나님이 이스라엘에 대한 특별한 소명과 사역 위에다가 부과된 일종의 결과론이 아니다. 세계의 모든 백성들을 위한 선교는 하나님이 원하시는 것과, 또 이스라엘과 모든 믿는 자들이 부르심을 받고 해야하는 모든 것들의 중심에 있어 왔었다. 많은 구약의 독자들은 이 진리를 구약의 메시지의 핵심으로 포착하는데 실패 하였습니다. 하나님의 계획안에서는 구세주를 알아야하는 이방인의 충만한 수가 있었다(롬 11:11-12, 5-26). 사도 바울이 이방인 세계로 가서 자신의 백성을 얻기 위해 시도한 것과 마찬가지로 열심으로 이방인들을 얻기 위해 출발명령을 받은 것은 구약으로부터였다. 그러므로 이방인들을 얻기 위한 사역은 하나님의 계획이 최근에 고안되어 전환된 것이 아니라, 선교의 하나님이신 살아 계신 하나님의 영원한 계획이며 위임이었다.

This research presents the influence and sensitivity of United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) design spectrummatched multiple ground motions on the development of fragility functions for a base-isolated nuclear power plant (BI-NPP)structure using a new function. A multi-damping adjustment function called windowed tapered cosine adjustment function in timedomain is introduced as ground motion modification scheme and its sensitivity is quantified over linearly scaled ground motions(GMs). Spectrally matched and linearly scaled unmatched, both types of GMs are scaled to same PGA level to make sure they havethe same GM intensity during structural analysis. Time history analysis of a BI-NPP is carried out to evaluate the efficiency of thewindowed adjustment function in the context of seismic response prediction. Fragility curves are developed considering peak groundacceleration (PGA) as ground motion intensity measure using the maximum likelihood method. The lateral displacement of the leadrubber bearing (LRB) has been considered as prime response parameter. It is observed that the windowed adjustment function gives1.5-2.0 times higher responses found from the ratio of maximum displacement from spectrally matched to linearly scaled GMs.

There are various sources of control in society : religion, ethics, laws, moral conscience, education and rehabilitation programs. Controls for social crimes, however, are directed by criminal laws. Crime controls can be seen as social systems, strategies and general controls with the aim of following suit in normative areas. Crime control has many aspects to deal with, but it is interrelated with criminal philosophy and criminal theories. Social controls by criminal laws can be applied on the premise that the first step is taken, based on criminal and economic policies. The second step is taken for the prevention of crimes by potential criminals and the third step for the prevention of crimes by repeated criminals. One thing to be noticed here is that possible effects of penalty based on objects of the penalty of the crimes should be given attention. This means that schemes which are related to prevention of crimes at the individual and general levels are the direct result of the penalty imposed.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>For a polypyrrole micro-line synthesized with width down to 1.5 μ using a scanning probe microscope, the current–voltage characteristics evolve from ohmic to highly nonlinear as temperature is reduced to 50 K. We show that this nonlinearity agrees with the generic behaviour given by our full calculations for fluctuation-assisted tunnelling and thermal activation, and make a comparison with the behaviour in polypyrrole films and polyacetylene nanofibres.</P>
