Analysis of the PUBLIC VALUE of Celebrity Hair Color Trend in Milbon Collection

Purpose: ‘Hairstyles express visual beauty, so images can be perceived differently. This study conducted a study on Milbon s color hair dye that can create public value through changes in appearance according to hair color. Although there are many studies related to brands such as Wella, Amos, and L Oreal in the preceding stud-ies related to hair color trends, the current research related to Milbon is very insufficient. Method: The characteristics of S/S and F/W Milbone hair trends from 2016 to 2019 were examined, and the color trend of Milbone was analyzed by examining prior research and Internet data. For the empirical method, 500 photos of actresses who appeared in dramas aired from 2016 to 2019 were collected based on 8 colors of the Milbone color trend, and the final 24 photos were selected and analyzed among 40 photos about hair color and Milbone color trend. Results: As a result of analyzing through an empirical method based on the consideration of previous studies, 2016 expressed softness in a natural atmosphere, healthy and strong, 2017 expressed sophistication that can add natural and modernity, and 2018 It expresses a casual atmosphere and beautiful dignity. And 2019 ex-pressed luxury, maturity, and conservative but stylish. Conclusion: It was found that the hair color of the celebrities who appeared in the selected drama best ex-pressed the image and feeling from the concept, texture, and hair color appearing in the Milborn color trend. As a result of comparative analysis from a subjective point of view, there is a limit to securing universality, and we hope that there will be follow-up studies on hair color trends in the future, and we want to become a cornerstone of data that can be used by predicting future hair trends.

<P>A previous study showed that macelignan extracted from <I>Myristica fragrans</I> has anti-inflammatory properties using hippocampal neuronal and primary microglial cells. Subsequently, a study using animals with chronic lipopolysaccharide (LPS) infusion into the brain showed that oral treatments of macelignan reduced the hippocampal microglial activation and hippocampal-dependent spatial memory impairments induced by LPS. However, the molecular mechanisms responsible for the anti-inflammatory activity of macelignan have not been elucidated in the microglia. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine if mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) activities are related to the anti-inflammatory effects of macelignan on LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglial cells. The results show that macelignan suppresses both the phosphorylations of MAPKs and the degradation of inhibitory-kappa B (IκBα) and increases of nuclear NF-κB in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglial cells. These results suggest that macelignan has an anti-inflammatory effect on the affected brain through regulation of the inflammation through the MAPK signal pathway.</P>
Research on the method for producing complex SiCP/Al composite disk brake castings

The casting properties of a SiCP/Al composite are analyzed in this paper and the methods for producing complex castings of SiCP/Al composite disk brake together with their difficulty are discussed. An adjustable vacuum pressure casting method is established on the basis of a normal adjustable pressure casting method. The SiCP/Al composite disk brake casting is made with the established method. The results show that the adjustable vacuum pressure casting is a successful casting method for producing SiCP/Al composite castings of large dimensions and complex structures, which gives few defects as confirmed by Xray real- time image system. MJM1968, an actinomycete showing potent antifungal activity, was isolated and identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis as Streptomyces malaysiensis. MJM1968 showed strong antifungal activity on phytopathogenic fungi such as Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizoctonia solani, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Fusarium chlamydosporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides KACC 40693, Alternaria mali KACC 40026, and Pestalotia spp. KACC 40501, in vitro. An antifungal compound was isolated from culture filtrate of strain MJM1968 by a series of chromatographic methods. Treatment of agricultural soil with strain MJM1968 mycelia reduced the native fungal population by more than 60% after 14 days. Treatment of soil with 10 mg/mL partially purified extract lowered native fungal density by more than 80% after 14 days. The compound, which exhibited antifungal activity in a broad range of pH and temperature, was identified as azalomycin F complex by $^1H$ and $^{13}C$ NMRs. This is the first report on the isolation of azalomycin F complex from S. malaysiensis, demonstrating a broad-spectrum suppression of fungal pathogens in agricultural soil.

Spectral representation method (SRM) is the most classical one for the simulation of wind velocity. It is inefficiency when applied to large-scale non-stationary wind velocities with large simulation points. There are two reasons: numerous Cholesky decomposition and summation of Trigonometric terms. In order to improve the efficiency while ensuring accuracy, two aspects of work have been in this paper. (1) An adaptive interpolation-enhanced scheme is devised, which uses "average resolution" as the quantization index. This scheme can automatically realize the non-uniform distribution of interpolation points in two dimensions of time and frequency simultaneously, and improve the accuracy of interpolation. (2) The non-stationary wind velocities were reconstructed in time, frequency and space domain. Firstly, interpolation in time and frequency domain is directly applied to the H matrix, then proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) technology is introduced to decouple the wind velocities at spatial interpolation points, so as to obtain the time-dependent principal coordinates and space-dependent intrinsic mode function (IMF). Finally, IMF is reconstructed in the space domain to obtain the complete wind velocities. The above methodology is carried out to a super high-rise building containing 100 wind velocities simulation points and, results show that the proposed approach saves about 88% of the computational time compared with the classical SRM; saves about 47% of the computational time compared with the time-frequency interpolation based method. This paper achieves the rapid construction of large-scale non-stationary wind velocities.
