        HMM과 연결 숫자음의 후처리를 이용한 음성 다이얼링에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 HMM과 연결 숫자음의 후처리를 이용한 음성 다이얼링에 관한 연구이다. HMM(Hidden Markov Model)은 좋은 결과를 보이면서 현재 음성 인식 분야에서 널리 사용되는 알고리즘이다. 그러나, HMM의 학습 방법인 maximum like-lihood estimation은 인식률을 극대화하는 모델의 파라메터 값을 생성하지 못하는 단점이 었다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 Segmental K-means 학습 과정에 후저리를 이용하여 인식 실험을 하였다. 한국어 연속 숫자음은 영어 연속 숫자음과 달리 연음 현상의 영향을 많이 받는다. Level Building 과정에서 연음에 의한 오류를 감소시키기 위해 연음에 의해 발생할 수 있는 단어를 별도의 모델로 추가하였다. 이렇게 추가된 단어 모델들에 대한 몇 가지 규칙을 인식 결과에 적용하여 출력을 다시 조정한다. 본 시 스템은 TMS320C30 프로세서를 내장한 DSP 보드와 IBM PC 상에서 구현되었고, 표준 패턴은 실험실 잡음 환경에서 남성 화자3명을 대상으로 작성하였다. 인식 실험 결과 21종 전화 번호 252개 데이타에 대하여 화자 종속의 경우 $91.6\%$, 회자 독립의 경우 $80.5\%$의 인식률을 나타내었다. This paper is study on the voice dialing using HMM and post processing of the connected digits. HMM algorithm is widely used in the speech recognition with a good result. But, the maximum likelihood estimation of HMM(Hidden Markov Model) training in the speech recognition does not lead to values which maximize recognition rate. To solve the problem, we applied the post processing to segmental K-means procedure are in the recognition experiment. Korea connected digits are influenced by the prolongation more than English connected digits. To decrease the segmentation error in the level building algorithm some word models which can be produced by the prolongation are added. Some rules for the added models are applied to the recognition result and it is updated. The recognition system was implemented with DSP board having a TMS320C30 processor and IBM PC. The reference patterns were made by 3 male speakers in the noisy laboratory. The recognition experiment was performed for 21 sort of telephone number, 252 data. The recognition rate was $6\%$ in the speaker dependent, and $80.5\%$ in the speaker independent recognition test.

        신경 회로망을 이용한 연속 음성에서의 keyword spotting 인식 방식에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 keyword spotting 기술을 이용한 247개의 DDD 지역명을 인식 대상으로 하여 화자 독립의 한국어 연속 음성인식을 위한 시스템을 제안하였다. 적용된 인식 알고리즘은 음성에서 시간축의 변화와 스펙트럼의 왜곡을 흡수할 수 있는 모델로 DP와 MLP로 구성된 동적 프로그래밍 신경회로망(DPNN)을 사용하였다. 이와 같은 실험을 위해 단어 모델을 만들고 이에 대한 단어 모델을 keyword 모델과 non-keyword 모델로 구분하여 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 잘못된 결과를 출력시키지 않기 위해서 후처리 과정을 두고 실험을 하였다. 실험결과, 단독어에 대한 화자 종속 실험은 93.45%의 결과를 보였고, 단독어에 대한 화자 독립 실험은 84.05%의 실험결과를 보였으며, 가장 중요한 간단한 대화체 문장의 keyword spotting 실험은 화자 종속으로 77.34%의 결과를 보였으며, 화자 독립 실험은 70.63%의 결과를 얻었다. This research proposes a system for speaker independent Korean continuous speech recognition with 247 DDD area names using keyword spotting technique. The applied recognition algorithm is the Dynamic Programming Neural Network(DPNN) based on the integration of DP and multi-layer perceptron as model that solves time axis distortion and spectral pattern variation in the speech. To improve performance, we classify word model into keyword model and non-keyword model. We make an experiment on postprocessing procedure for the evaluation of system performance. Experiment results are as follows. The recognition rate of the isolated word is 93.45% in speaker dependent case. The recognition rate of the isolated word is 84.05% in speaker independent case. The recognition rate of simple dialogic sentence in keyword spotting experiment is 77.34% as speaker dependent, and 70.63% as speaker independent.

        쾌적 이미지의 평가 및 인식구조에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand an appreciation and a perceptive structure of keijeok image by Semantic Differential Technique and Factor Analysis. The data used in this study was obtained by the questionnaire survey carried out in Pusan metropolitan city. 15 adjective pairs in the survey were evaluated by the Semantic Differential scales graded 7 ranges from 1(very good) to 7(very bad). A total of 452 samples were collected by the survey and analyzed for this study. The results are as follows; First, 15 variables comprehended to keijeok image were estimated as a positive conception(LT 4.0). What`s more, residents may perceive keijeok image as intangible and aesthetic aspect such as fresh, pleasant, clean`. Second, the result of factor analysis shows that factor I which express the major conceptual meaning of keijeok image tends to have intangible or aesthetic adjective pairs rather than concrete, whereas factor II which has the weaker meaning compared with factor I may represent a functional aspect of keijeok image. It can explain that the perceptive structure of keijeok image may be largely influenced by subjective sense, then added or concreted with objective conception or environmental situation. The results can be considered as an important matter which should be reflected at the stage of environmental planning for people`s amiable and desirable place.

        八堂上水源 水質改善의 便益評價에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this paper is to estimate the environmental benefit of water Quality improvement which is based on people's willingness-to-pay shown by the Questionnaire. Land use, industrial development, and citizens' activity in Lake Paldang watershed have been strictly limited by national regulations, which legislated to preserve water-related environmental management in Lake Paldang. The results that the mean-estimated WTP for the water Quality improvement is about 3,000 won per month for each person, and 70% of the respondents bids it between 1,000 and 5,000 won. Zero bidding is 20.2% of respondents, and the main reasons are refusal of payment by respondents' rejection symptom which result from hypothetical market in the study and lack of understanding in monetary valuation of environmental goods. Finally, the environmental benefit is about 700 billions won per year, which corresponds to 0.2% of the gross national product and 40.8% of the environmental budget in Korea respectively.

        헤도닉價格技法을 利用한 環境騷音 改善效果의 評價에 관한 硏究

        It is necessary that an administrative office in environmental affairs assesses the outcomes of environmental policies quantitatively, which is carried out so as to create a better living circumstances. Environmental noise is the one of factors that affect residents' living circumstances in urban area. The purpose of this study is to quantify the environmental benefit of environmental noise improvement at a residential district in Pusan metropolitan city. It is estimated by hedonic price function, which consists of land price-related factors. The results are as follows ; First, land price is mainly affected by land use, accessibility, environmental conditions. Second, semi-logarithm function type in hedonic price function is used to estimate environmental benefit of environmental noise improvement, because it is statistically significant. Third, it is obtained that one unit improvement in environmental noise at residential district will rise 0.63 point in average land price. To advance a living circumstances of residents, we need to plan environmental policies for the environmental noise improvement strategically.

        環境親和的 生活樣式의 實踐度 評價 및 關聯要因에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the degree of an act of the environment-friendly lifestyle and to find cause and effect of the relationship among some factors which have influenced on an act of the environment-friendly lifestyle. Data were collected from the questionnaire survey with 572 residents who live in Pusan Metropolitan City. This study was analyzed by reliability, frequency, t-test, path analysis through the SPSS PC? program package. The major findings are summarized as follows ; First, the residents’ general practice on the environment-friendly lifestyle is relatively good. There is especially found a tendency that some practical acts for the environmental evaluation may be depended on economical merits, whereas others might be unwillingly hestitated owing to an actual troublesomeness. Second, it is clearly proved that the group who knows a global environmental issues tend to act toward positive direction for the environment better than the others. Third, a model of the cause and effect on an act of environment-friendly lifestyle is formalized as the relationships among age, income and a degree of environmental knowledge. Age has an direct effect on an act of environment-friendly lifestyle as even positive direction. These findings emphasize the need of environmental education, which its program should be developed more systematic and detailed.
