According to the development of the heat sink technology, the making of heat sink pin consist the heat sink is rapidly increased. But the current manufacture machine drops pins into the box directly, there is extra work to loading the pins and this will induce the lose of man cost and work time. So in this study, the target focused the economic part like cost and time by developing the radiator pin unloading system. In the beginning of the graduate project, the concept design was needed. First of all, the twisting angle of guide bar and the setup position of driving part was suitably designed. After making prototype, the reliability test of table and driving part (sensor, cylinder,1 solenoid valve) was performed. As a result, the performance of loading the radiator pin was shown over 3 times compare to the former days.

Nowaday, the semi-conductor technology and precision automation technology are become rapidly improving, so mechanical industries converting mechatronics industries which are combined mechanics, electrics and electronics. To manipulate these technology, the ability which can design precise machine and controller and the ability can program the operation software are needed In this study, rotary music player which can play the music, rotate the character and light the piano board according to the musical notes was developed. The concept design to arrange the piano board circularly was studied and the hardware technology with step motor control, photo sensing, serial port interface were used. And to generate the musical note, new conpact program for private use was developed. As a result, the rotary music player which is first in the worldwith for leisure was born.

NdBaCuO thin films were prepared on SrTiO_(3) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. These as-grown films were classified into 3type. The resistivit of the deposited films are usually lower than of the YBCO film. The Tc (onset) and Tc (R=0) in the optimized thin films are as high as 90 and 80k, respectively. These as-grown films are highly uniform and semi-trans parent and have a room temperature resistivity of 0.3 mΩcm

Much experience and knowledge is needed in welding because there are many working parameters and quantitative description is difficult. Therefore, introduction of expert system based on such data base has been required. In this study, welding heat and shape of bead was controlled by fuzzy inference with the welding condition, position error and voltage and current error of robot. For this, torch trajectory of robot was generated by modeling the working data with CAD and then welding was carried out through down loading to robot. And working error was controlled by on-line comunication.

최근 자동차 안전에 대한 수요자의 요구가 증대되면서 용접부에 대한 품질검사방식도 강화되고 있다. 이에 따라 시트구조물의 용접부 비드 형상치수를 육안검사 또는 수동검사에 의존하던 방식에서 전수기록검사에 의한 품질 관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시트프레임 용접부의 품질검사를 위하여 작업자가 용접비드를 측정하면 자동으로 계측되는 시스템을 LabVIEW를 이용하여 개발하였다. 용접부의 비드 폭과 길이에 대한 품질 기준을 입력하여 놓으면 측정 시 측정하고자 하는 대상이 비드길이 인지 폭인지를 자동으로 판단하여 측정되도록 하였으며 측정된 데이터는 포인트별로 저장 기록되어 용접부의 품질기록을 보존토록 하였다. 이러한 시스템을 자동차 시트 용접부에 적용하여 실험하였으며 품질관리 작업효율에 좋은 영향을 주었다. Recently, as consumer’s claim for car safety is increased, quality inspection method for welding zone is strengthened. Therefore, from the methods that depend on welding zone bead shape size of seat frame in macrography or passive examination, the quality control by whole recording inspection is required. In this study, the system that is measuring automatically if worker checks welding bead for quality inspection of seat frame is developed using LabVIEW. If the quality standard for the bead width and length of welding zone is inputted, the system measures automatically whether welding zone is bead length or bead width. Measured data is preserved by points and quality recording of welding zone is stored. The car seat frame welding zone is applied and experimented. The results gave good influence on the quality control of work efficiency.
자동차용 시트프레임의 용접성 향상을 위한 지그 시스템 개발

시트프레임은 탑승자와 차량을 연결되는 유일한 구조부품으로 안전성을 위해서는 용접부 품질 향상이 필수적이다. 일반적으로 시트프레임의 용접에는 로봇과 전용지그시스템이 사용되며 로봇과 지그시스템의 간섭으로 인한 용접누락부가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 업체에서 사용하고 있는 용접지그시스템의 용접누락부에 대해 분석하였고 이를 해결하기 위하여 사용된 3차원 모델링 및 설계변경에 대해 논하였다. 결론적으로 시스템의 용접생산성이 향상되었고 최적의 지그시스템 개발을 통해 수동용접지그가 불필요하게 됨을 알 수 있었다. Improvement of welding property of seat frame is necessary for safety because seat frame is a unique connecting structural part between the rider and vehicle. Generally the robot and jig system for own use is used for welding of seat frame and unwelded zone can be inspected because of the geometrical interference between robot and jig system. In this study the unwelded zone of the conventional welding jig system is analysed and the 3D modeling and design change to solve the problem is discussed. As a result the weldability of system is improved and the manual welding jig is unnecessary because of the optimal jig system.

Welding technique is widely applied to general industry such as pressure vessel for chemical plant, pipe system, heavy industry, and automobile. There are some points which must be considered when robot system is used in welding automation process for productivity improvement. Welding quality is governed by heat input, and this quantity can be different according to shape, property, and thick of material . For desired heat input , weld input parameters such as welding voltage, current, and welding velocity must be determined with those consideration. Until now these parameters have been determined mainly by experience of operator. In this study, the size of welding zone was predicted by fuzzy rules were constructed from the relation between welding variables and weld pool size. Inverse model method which welding control input for welder is determined with optimum voltage and current by fuzzy controller is validatied by computer simulation.

The interest about noise and vibration which occurs in buildings is increasing by a living level elevation recently. Particularly, the vibration which occurs from the elevator cage of the building is possibility of damage to the users of the building continuously. So, the purpose of this study is a place where it examines closely the vibrating unit of the elevator and propose the countermeasure of it.
