      • Run Time Fault Detection System for Web Service Composition and Execution

        K.Jayashree,Sheila Anand 한국산학기술학회 2015 SmartCR Vol.5 No.5

Composite web services are a group of web services which together offer service functionality. Faults can occur during composition or execution of any of the services that make up the composite services. Run-time monitoring of web service execution enables real-time detection of faults concurrent with the service execution. This paper extends our previous work on fault detection of single web services to detect faults in composite web services. Fault handler has been proposed to detect faults during composition of web services for static, semi dynamic and dynamic compositions. Policies have been used to denote the intended run-time behavior of web services. Web service execution has been monitored against these policies to detect run-time faults. The proposed work has been tested using a sample web service application and the results are presented

Class Based Dynamic Feature Centric Data De-duplication Scheme for Efficient Mitigation of Side Channel Attack in Cloud

        Narayana K. E.,Jayashree K. 대한전기학회 2024 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.19 No.3

Towards efcient data storage and maintenance in cloud, diferent privacy preservation and data deduplication schemes are presented in literature. However, the methods sufer to mitigate side channel attacks in cloud which challenges the data security. To handle this, an efcient Class based Dynamic Feature Centric Data De-duplication (CDFC-DD) is presented in this article. The method classifes the data and features under several classes according to their sensitivity. In this way, the method enforces efective access restriction scheme in class level using Class based Access Restriction Scheme (CARS) with the use of client profle. The method would compute the class level trust measure (CLTM) based on which access restriction is performed. Similarly, the method maintains a feature matrix, which contains the class of feature and indexes belongs to the feature, scheme and key. By computing Legitimate Access Measure (LAM) value, the method performs data deduplication. Also, the data has been involved in two way data encryption which encrypts the data with the feature key by the user where it has been re-encrypted using class key to improve the security performance. The proposed CDFC-DD scheme improves data security and improves the QoS of the environment. The Proposed method fnds the data identifying a specifc owner, and validation ensures that authenticated data at least corresponds exactly to a set of users in cloud storage. Simulation results show the Access restriction (AR), Encryption/Decryption Performance and Time Complexity (T) for increasing performance based on the CDFC-DD better than the existing method.

Mediation effect of cord blood cortisol levels between maternal prepregnancy body mass index and birth weight: a hospital-based cross-sectional study

Selvam Nisanth,K Jayashree,Mithra Prasanna 대한소아청소년과학회 2022 Clinical and Experimental Pediatrics (CEP) Vol.65 No.10

Background: Changes in maternal weight affect the maternal and fetal hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, influencing birth weight and contributing to the fetal origin of adult diseases (Barker’s hypothesis). This study primarily focused on cord blood cortisol levels and identified the association between maternal prepregnancy body mass index (pre-BMI) and birth weight. It also assessed cord blood lipid profile changes related to maternal pre-BMI, birth weight, and cord blood cortisol levels.Purpose: To study the mediation effect of cord blood cortisol level between maternal pre-BMI and birth weight and its correlation with cord blood lipid profile. Methods: A total of 169 maternal-neonatal pairs were included at 2 tertiary care centers. Mediation analysis was used to estimate the extent of the association between maternal weight changes and birth weight. Results: For each unit increase in maternal pre-BMI, birth weight increased by 90.5 g; for every kilogram increase in gestational weight, birth weight increased by 128.44 g. No considerable mediation effect of cortisol was found between pre-BMI and gestational weight gain or between rate of weight gain and birth weight. Pre-BMI and birth weight had a significant negative correlation with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels, i.e., HDL-C was decreased by 1.1 mg/dL for every unit increase in BMI (P=0.017) and for every 100-g increase in birth weight, HDL-C decreased by 0.6 mg/dL (P=0.046). A significant positive correlation was found between cord blood lipid profile and cortisol levels, especially HDL-C (P=0.041).Conclusion: Cord blood cortisol levels did not mediate the association between maternal weight change and birth weight. A positive correlation was noted between cord blood cortisol levels and HDL-C level. Cord blood HDL-C level was negatively correlated with maternal pre-BMI and birth weight.

Studies of structural, microstructural, optical and dielectric properties of GdMnO3

        Priyadarshinee Supriya,Pati Jayashree,Mahapatra Ranjita,Mohanty Pragyan,Mishra D. K.,Mohapatra Jyoshnarani 한국세라믹학회 2023 한국세라믹학회지 Vol.60 No.1

GdMnO3 has been synthesized by modified solid state reaction route followed by reaction sintering at 950 °C. Characterizations such as XRD, Raman, SEM, EDAX, FTIR, UV–Visible and dielectric have been carried out for the structural, microstructural, optical and dielectric studies. Orthorhombic structure with pbnm space group of GdMnO3 sample has been confirmed from XRD analysis. Uniform distribution with small amount of porosity has been confirmed from SEM analysis. John–Teller mode is observed at 616 cm−1 (B1g) in the Raman spectrum of GdMnO3 sample. The optical band gap value of the synthesized GdMnO3 sample is found to be 3.22 eV which indicates the insulating behavior of the sample. An elevated dielectric constant value with increase in temperature and a very negligible dielectric loss is observed for the synthesized sample which makes its applications in memory storage devices. The room temperature dielectric constant value of GdMnO3 is found to be 649 with dielectric loss factor of 1.73 at 1 kHz frequency which is comparatively higher that of the dielectric constant values already reported. The dielectric constant value at 500 °C is found to be 44,112 with loss factor 1.04 at 1 kHz frequency that it has more significant high temperature applications. Complex impedance and modulus studies confirm the relaxation mechanism as Non-Debye type relaxation.

A Novel Grasshopper Optimization-based Particle Swarm Algorithm for Effective Spectrum Sensing in Cognitive Radio Networks

        Ashok J,Sowmia K R,Jayashree K,Priya Vijay 한국인터넷정보학회 2023 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.17 No.2

In CRNs, SS is of utmost significance. Every CR user generates a sensing report during the training phase beneath various circumstances, and depending on a collective process, either communicates or remains silent. In the training stage, the fusion centre combines the local judgments made by CR users by a majority vote, and then returns a final conclusion to every CR user. Enough data regarding the environment, including the activity of PU and every CR's response to that activity, is acquired and sensing classes are created during the training stage. Every CR user compares their most recent sensing report to the previous sensing classes during the classification stage, and distance vectors are generated. The posterior probability of every sensing class is derived on the basis of quantitative data, and the sensing report is then classified as either signifying the presence or absence of PU. The ISVM technique is utilized to compute the quantitative variables necessary to compute the posterior probability. Here, the iterations of SVM are tuned by novel GO-PSA by combining GOA and PSO. Novel GO-PSA is developed since it overcomes the problem of computational complexity, returns minimum error, and also saves time when compared with various state-of-the-art algorithms. The dependability of every CR user is taken into consideration as these local choices are then integrated at the fusion centre utilizing an innovative decision combination technique. Depending on the collective choice, the CR users will then communicate or remain silent.
