농업유역 비점오염 관리를 위한 동진강 행정교 유역의 수문·수질 모니터링

This study was performed to investigate the stream water quality characteristics in Hengjeong Bridge Basin of Dongjin River during twelve months from October, 2010 to September, 2011. Also, pollutant loads were calculated on the basis of the water quality and runoff results. The results showed that ranges of water temperature, pH and EC were $6.2{\sim}23.90^{\circ}C$, 6.32~7.78, $84.4{\sim}126.5{\mu}S/cm$ respectively. The Concentration of DO, BOD, COD, SS, Tot-N and Tot-P were observed as 6.80~9.20 mg/L, 0.40~1.60 mg/L, 1.96~4.41 mg/L, 59.60~142.20 mg/L, 1.28~3.52 mg/L, 0.001~0.07 mg/L respectively. Tot-N showed correlativity with BOD, and Tot-P showed correlativity with SS. The runoff pollutant loading of Tot-N and Tot-P were 117.94 kg/ha and 2.06 kg/ha respectively, in Hengjeong bridge of Dongjin river watershed. In the case of the correlativity between runoff pollutant loads and concentrations, Tot-N and Tot-P show low significant relationships.
농업유역관리를 위한 도원천유역의 수질항목간 상관성 분석

This study was performed to investigate the stream water quality characteristics in the Dowoncheon basin of Dongjin River during the 12 months from January to December in 2005. Also, pollutant loads were calculated on the basis of the water quality and runoff results. The measured pH and EC of the stream water were ranged 6.48-7.32, $18.06{\sim}38.60{\mu}S/cm$, respectively. The concentration of DO, BOD, COD, SS, T-N and T-P were observed as 4.90-11.50 mg/L, 0.5-6.0 mg/L, 1.22-18.46 mg/L, 1.0-2,124.0 mg/L, 1.35-5.67 mg/L, 0.02-0.43 mg/L respectively. T-N showed low correlativity with other water quality parameters. However, T-P had very high correlativity with COD and SS. In the meantime, the runoff pollutant loads of T-N, T-P were estimated as 72,114 kg/yr, 5,027 kg/yr. In the case of the correlativity between runoff pollutant loads and concentrations, T-N did not show significant relationships, while T-P had significant relationships.

Chemical properties of soil in the proposed horticultural complexes of Saemangeun reclaimed tideland were studied for sustainable development of the newly reclaimed land resources. The soil texture of Gwanghwal, Gyehwa, Mangyeong and Okgu complex area were sandy loam. The pH and ESP (exchangeable sodium percentage) were 7.42 to 7.82 and 61.05 to 73.62 %, respectively. Compared to general agricultural land in Korea, the soil organic matter and other plant nutrients were low. The concentrations of heavy metals in the soil were found to be acceptable except several sites where they doesn't meet the warning standard of agricultural land contamination. Continuous monitoring and interception of external pollutants are suggested for water-soil-plant system conservation.

This study is focused on analyzing the deformation types of seaside armor stones based of field survey in order to establish the cause of abrasion following the deformation of seaside armor stones. 1. The deformation of seaside armor stone in saemangeum sea dike was classified as three different types: floating, deviation, and abrasion. 2. It was discovered that the stones floated to the extent of maximum 50 m, as the result of inspecting floating stones which were situated on different ten places. 3. The average number of deviation in the high ocean wave section was four times more than that in the ordinary ocean wave section, as a result of comparing the deviation number of the ordinary ocean wave section and that of the high ocean wave section for the purpose of inspecting the relation between the deviation of armor stones and the effects of ocean wave. 4. The angular shape of armor stones seen in the initial construction period has been abraded smoothly, as result of comparing of the shape change of armor stones for the purpose of inspecting abrasion state of seaside armor stones. 5. It was discovered that the abrasion of armor stone was severe in the section of many floating stones, as a result of analyzing the levels of abrasion and the cumulative sections of floating stones for the purpose of investigating the cause of abrasion.

Soil aggregation is an important part of influencing the soil behaviors in reducing rainfall-runoff and soil erosion, aeration, infiltration, and root penetration. Some inorganic materials such as clay minerals, Fe and Al oxides/hydroxides, and calcium carbonate can act as cementing agents within macroaggregates. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of different cementing agents (Fe, Mn, and Al) on soil aggregate formation in reclaimed tidelands. Water stable aggregate ratio and MWD (mean weight diameter) were higher in iron dioxides treatment than two other treatments. This result indicates significant correlation between soil aggregate formation and iron dioxides.

This study is on the stability re-evaluation of armor stones in saemangum seadike according to recently increased sea-level and frequent high wave incoming and the results are in the following. The field inspection of armor stones in the seadike revealed that damages of armor stones have been caused by higher waves than designed waves and that the reconstruction of armor stones and concrete grouting method have been used as the reinforcement work. The result of numerical simulation of wave channel conducted to estimate the safety weight of armor stones influenced by flows revealed that the safety weight of armor stones in the seadike No.4 was estimated as 5.47 tons by using the Isbash method, which is about 122 % more than 4.49 tons estimated by using Van der Meer method. Therefore, in designing armor stones which can be influenced by high waves such as the case of Saemangum seadike, it is necessary to apply the safety weight method of armor stones, based on the Isbash method, which produced the significant figures among the safety weight methods using flows as well as the safety weight method using high waves based on the Hudson method.
