덴트결함 배관의 하중지지능력은 굽힘응력 부가방식에 따라 변화하며 opening bending이 가해지는 경우가 closing bending에 비하여 더 높은 하중지지능력을 나타내며, 덴트결함 깊이와 내압 증가에 따라 굽힘응력 부가방식에 관계없이 TES 모멘트는 감소하며, 덴트결함 깊이 변화에 의한 TES 모멘트는 식 (1)을 이용하여 예측 할 수 있다.

The accuracy of Linear Motion bearing (LM Bearing) of a machine tool is very important to evaluate the performance of the machine. Laser interferometer measurement system is one of the most reliable equipment to measure the angular error. This system is widely used to measure the position and angular errors by using an optical separator and reflector. Recently, the importance of remanufacturing for circular economy for carbon-neutral has been increasing. In machine tools, it is necessary to determine whether old parts can be reuse by measuring the precision of LM bearing for remanufacturing. Angular error of the LM bearing was caused by the straightness error of the rail. In this paper, the angular error of used LM bearing was compared to the new one to determine if it’s either residual or vice versa. Using Renshaw’s laser interferometer, we measured the pitch and yaw angle of the THK’s new LM bearing and the old LM roller bearing belongs to old planner miller that was disassembled for remanufacturing. By providing the result of both comparisons, we intended to help the machine tool industry in implementing circular economy.

Hybrid composites made of carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) and glass fiber reinforced composite (GFRP) are widely used for weight reduction in aircraft, ships, and automobiles. Machining process of composites such as drilling and milling is required to connect each parts with bolts and rivets. Sharp carbon fiber chips and dust occurred in the process cause skin irritation or dermatitis of workers. And carbon fibers mainly reclaim land as industrial waste because they are not burned. Recently carbon fibers can be recycled such as base material reinforced fibers, and the longer the fiber length, the more recyclable in various fields through pre-treatment. When tool point angle of drill is 85°, the drilling process occurred short carbon fibers like dust and bundles of curl-shaped glass fibers. In addition, glass fibers entangled drill, it was scattered other chips and dust. Drilling with flat endmill occurred the bundle of carbon fibers and glass fibers whose length were about the radius of the tool. Drilling with flat endmill were occurred more long fibers and less dust scattering than drill on same hole size. For recycling and worker"s health drilling with flat endmill is preferable compared to conventional drill in the machining of FRP.
