본 연구에서는 다양한 발사체 추진기관 공급계 배관 자재 중 STS 300 계열의 금속보다 강도가 높고 용접성이 우수할 것이라고 판단되는 21-6-9 합금소재를 이용하여 산화제 주배관의 시편을 제작하였다. 제작된 시편은 내압 시험을 수행하여 요구되는 내압 강도를 유지할 수 있는지를 확인하였다. This article deals with the manufacturing and performance evaluation on the specimen pipes which have large size diameter and thin thickness. This specimen is for LOX main pipe of KSLV-II propulsion feeding system. The material of specimen is 21-6-9 alloy. 21-6-9 alloy has higher strength and better weldability rather than STS-300 class pipes. We found that the specimen using 21-6-9 alloy satisfied the requirement by pressurization tests.

A blue phosphorescent Ir(dfpypy)3 (dfpypy:fluorinated pyridine-pyridine ligand) complex with meridional configuration has been synthesized by newly developed effective method and its solid state structure and photoluminescence are characterized. For this complex, mer-Ir(dfpypy)3, the glass-transition and decomposition temperatures appear at 160 oC and 384 oC respectively in TGA and DSC experiments, which indicates that this complex has high thermal stability. In a crystalline structure, an average Ir-C bond length of mer-Ir(dfpypy)3 is slightly longer than that of fac-Ir(dfpypy)3, which assumed to be due to the weak trans-influence. The absorption and emission spectra are observed more red-shifted in mer-Ir(dfpypy)3 than fac-Ir(dfpypy)3. In addition, the former is readily oxidized than the latter in electrochemical behavior.

Pancreatic metastasis from any primary tumor is rare and tumors that most commonly metastasize to the pancreas are lung, kidney and breast cancers. There is currently very limited experience with the surgical resection of isolated pancreatic metastasis (isPMs). Metastasis only to the pancreas is commonly associated with a relatively good prognosis because in such patients this localization typically develops a prolonged period after the initial renal cell carcinoma (RCC) diagnosis. The authors report a case of RCC of the right kidney with solitary metachronous metastasis to the pancreas which occurred 39 months after radical nephrectomy.

<P> Recently, a high-efficient next generation infrastructure system that uses high-tech information and communication technology is required to surmount the limits of water resource management. As a result, Smart Water Grid (SWG) has lately been developed in an attempt to solve the regional imbalance of water resources through efficient distribution, manage and delivery of them. In this paper, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) service system is a software program that can support various platforms and multiple communication standards interfaces on the basis of the systematic analysis and design of AMI service was developed in this study. In addition, certifying tests were commissioned (to the third party) the software for AMI operation to know the efficiency of the program. </P>
