약물 전달 시스템의 발전에서 리포솜(liposome)은 임상적으로 승인된 제형과 더불어 광범위하게 수용되고 있다. 이와 동시에 핵산 기반 치료법, 특히 메신저 리보 핵산(mRNA)과 짧은 간섭 리보 핵산(siRNA)은 표적화된 개인 맞춤형 의료 치료법을 위한 새로운 길을 열고 있다. 그러나 이를 이용한 효과적인 치료를 위해서는 여러 리보 핵산(RNA)을 동시에 전달할 수 있는 효율적인 전달 시스템을 개발해야 한다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 지질 나노입자(LNP)의 장점과 기존 리포솜 전달 시스템을 결합한 다중구조의 전달 시스템을 개발하였다. 다중 LNP는 리포솜의 내부에 캡슐화되어 여러 RNA를 동시에 전달한다. 이 연구는 다중 RNA 전달을 위한 유망한 플랫폼이며 핵산 기반 병용 요법 분야의 발전을 가져올 것으로 예상된다. In the field of drug delivery systems, liposomes have gained widespread acceptance through clinically approved formulations. Concurrently, the domain of nucleic acid-based therapeutics, particularly messenger RNA (mRNA) and small interfering RNA (siRNA), has opened new avenues for targeted and personalized medical interventions. However, realizing their full therapeutic potential depends on the development of efficient delivery systems capable of multi-delivering RNAs. Therefore, this paper presents an innovative approach that merges the advantages of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) with established liposomal delivery systems. This study underscores a promising platform for multiple RNA delivery and controlled releases, offering the potential for advancements in the field of nucleic acid-based combination therapy.
P-doping Effects of Tungsten Diselenide Transistors by Fluoropolymer Encapsulation

We show that the ambipolar charge transport of the WSe<sub>2</sub> transistor can be made into a unipolar p- type through Cytop fluoropolymer and thermal annealing. After doping, the charge transport can be controlled by thermal annealing temperature. The C-F bond is rearranged through thermal annealing, and the well-aligned dipole moment causes the Fermi level to be lowered, enabling the channel transport to be p-doped.
RNA helicase DEAD-box-5 is involved in R-loop dynamics of preimplantation embryos

Objective: R-loops are DNA:RNA triplex hybrids, and their metabolism is tightly regulated by transcriptional regulation, DNA damage response, and chromatin structure dynamics. R-loop homeostasis is dynamically regulated and closely associated with gene transcription in mouse zygotes. However, the factors responsible for regulating these dynamic changes in the R-loops of fertilized mouse eggs have not yet been investigated. This study examined the functions of candidate factors that interact with R-loops during zygotic gene activation. Methods: In this study, we used publicly available next-generation sequencing datasets, including low-input ribosome profiling analysis and polymerase II chromatin immunoprecipitation-sequencing (ChIP-seq), to identify potential regulators of R-loop dynamics in zygotes. These datasets were downloaded, reanalyzed, and compared with mass spectrometry data to identify candidate factors involved in regulating R-loop dynamics. To validate the functions of these candidate factors, we treated mouse zygotes with chemical inhibitors using in vitro fertilization. Immunofluorescence with an anti-R-loop antibody was then performed to quantify changes in R-loop metabolism. Results: We identified DEAD-box-5 (DDX5) and histone deacetylase-2 (HDAC2) as candidates that potentially regulate R-loop metabolism in oocytes, zygotes and two-cell embryos based on change of their gene translation. Our analysis revealed that the DDX5 inhibition of activity led to decreased R-loop accumulation in pronuclei, indicating its involvement in regulating R-loop dynamics. However, the inhibition of histone deacetylase-2 activity did not significantly affect R-loop levels in pronuclei. Conclusion: These findings suggest that dynamic changes in R-loops during mouse zygote development are likely regulated by RNA helicases, particularly DDX5, in conjunction with transcriptional processes. Our study provides compelling evidence for the involvement of these factors in regulating R-loop dynamics during early embryonic development.
Blue-light emitting electrochemical cells comprising pyrene-imidazole derivatives

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs), the next-generation lighting sources are the potential replacements for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In recent years, organic small molecules (SMs) have established the applicability in solid-state lighting, and considered as prospective active materials for LECs with higher device performance. Here, we describe the synthesis of pyrene-imidazole based SMs, <B>PYR1,</B> and <B>PYR2</B> that differ by one pyrene unit and their characterization by various spectroscopic methods. To investigate the thermal, photophysical, and electrochemical properties of the two synthesized compounds, we performed thermogravimetric, UV–visible, photoluminescence (PL), and voltammetric measurements. The photoluminescence (PL) emission spectra of <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B> measured in the acetonitrile solution, where <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B> emit in the blue spectral region with peaks aligned at 383 nm and 389 nm, respectively. The fabricated LEC devices exhibited broader electroluminescence (EL) spectra with a significant red shift of the emission maxima to 446 nm and 487 nm, with CIE coordinates of (0.17, 0.18) and (0.18, 0.25) for <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B>, respectively. The LECs based on <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B> produced maximum brightness values of 180 and 72 cd m<SUP>−2</SUP> and current densities of 55 and 27 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, respectively.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Pyrene-imidazole based SMs, <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B> were synthesized and characterized. </LI> <LI> PL emission spectra of <B>PYR1</B> and <B>PYR2</B> emit in the blue spectral region. </LI> <LI> LECs exhibited broader EL spectra with a significant red shift than PL spectra. </LI> <LI> The LECs based on <B>PYR1</B> produced maximum brightness than <B>PYR2.</B> </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

본 연구는 부모의 놀이신념, 부모의 놀이참여, 유아의 행복감의 관계를 알아보고, 부모의 놀이신념과 유아의 행복감 간의 관계에서 부모의 놀이참여의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 107명과 그들의 아버지, 어머니 각각 107명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 놀이 신념은 놀이지지 신념이 높게 나타났으며, 부모의 놀이참여는 주말 및 공휴일 놀이시간이 평일에 비해 높 았고, 대체로 부모는 자녀와의 놀이에 종종 참여하며 소극적인 수준으로 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리 고 만 5세 유아들은 대체로 높은 행복감을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 놀이신념과 유아 의 행복감은 정적 상관관계로서, 부모의 놀이지지 신념은 유아의 행복에 영향을 미쳤다. 부모의 놀이지지 신념은 부모의 평일 놀이참여 시간, 참여 빈도, 참여 수준과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 부모의 놀이지지 신념이 부모의 평일 놀이참여 시간에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 놀이참여와 유아 의 행복감은 정적 상관관계로서, 부모의 평일 놀이참여 시간은 유아의 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 부모의 평일 놀이참여 시간은 부모의 놀이지지 신념과 유아의 행복감의 관계를 완전 매개하 고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아의 행복에 대한 이해를 돕고, 유아의 행복감을 증진하는 방안 탐 색을 위한 기초를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purposes of this study were to examine a tendency of parents’ play beliefs, play participation and child’s happiness; to examine the relationship among the parents’ play beliefs, play participation and child’s happiness; to find the mediating effect of parents’ play participation in the relationship between the parents’ play beliefs and the child’s happiness. The subjects of this study were 107 5-year-olds children, and their 107 pairs of fathers and mothers. The results of this study were as follows. First, the parents’ play support beliefs showed highly, and the weekend and legal holiday play participation time appeared higher than the weekday play participation time. Most parents often participated in the play with the children passively. The 5-year-olds children tended to feel high happiness. Second, the parents’ play beliefs were positively correlated with the child’s happiness. The parents’ play support beliefs had a positive effect on the child’s happiness. The parents’ play support beliefs were positively correlated with the weekday play participation hour, frequency, and level of the parents. Especially the parents’ play support beliefs had an effect on the weekday play participation hour of the parents. The parents’ play participation was positively correlated with the child’s happiness. The weekday play participation hour of the parents had an effect on the child’s happiness. Third, the weekday play participation hour of the parents fully mediated the relationship between the parents’ play support beliefs and the child’s happiness. The parents’ play support beliefs had an effect on the weekday play participation hour of the parents, the child’s happiness. It means that parents’ beliefs are connected with the action and had an effect on the development of the children.
