Collaborative Optimization Design of Event-based Asynchronous Filter for Discrete-time T-S Fuzzy Markov Jump Systems

        Huiying Chen,Weifeng Xia,Zheng-Guang Wu,Zuxin Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2024 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.22 No.3

This article is primarily concerned with the collaborative optimization design issue of the asynchronousfilter and the event-based trigger for discrete-time nonlinear Markov jump systems modeled by the Takagi-Sugenofuzzy model. In the network environment, an event-based trigger is introduced to reduce communication consumption while the hidden Markov model approach is utilized to express the asynchronous phenomenon between thefilter and the plant. Based on this framework, using the parameter-dependent Lyapunov function and matrix inequality techniques, the H∞ and L2 −L∞ asynchronous filter design schemes are developed such that the resultingfiltering error dynamic system can be randomly mean square stable and satisfy a preset noise attenuation performance. Furthermore, an iterative optimization algorithm is presented to collaboratively solve the optimal parametersof the filter and the trigger. At last, a tunnel-diode circuit is employed to verify the validity of our design schemes.

      • Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Active Gold Nanoparticles Decorated on a Porous Polymer Filter

        Chen, Lei,Yan, Huiying,Xue, Xiangxin,Jiang, Dayu,Cai, Yuxi,Liang, Dongmei,Jung, Young Mee,Han, Xiao Xia,Zhao, Bing SAGE Publications 2017 APPLIED SPECTROSCOPY Vol.71 No.7

In this work, we designed a process to assemble gold nanoparticles onto a three-dimensional (3D) polymer surface, which can then be monitored using surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). This work is the first demonstration of the assembly of gold nanoparticles on a filter film and in situ measurement with Raman spectroscopy. Herein, a polyhexamethylene adipamide (Nylon66) film embedded in the organic filter film was used as a template to fabricate a tunable SERS-active substrate. A 'hotspot''-rich gold-nanoparticle-decorated polymer substrate for SERS was prepared; this substrate exhibited high sensitivity in trace detection of targets. The study was conducted using 4-mercaptobenzoic acid as a probe molecule with the aim of comparing the scattering efficiency and the homogeneity of the Raman signal on selected substrates. In addition, we used the gold-decorated polymer film to detect a biotin-avidin complex. The most powerful advantage of the proposed microanalytical device is the in situ SERS application. The 3D nanoporous structures described in this work hold strong potential for use in various applications such as environmental monitoring and biomolecule detection.

      • The Analysis of Reverse Logistics Model in the E-commerce Models

Lingling-Chen,Wei-Li,Huiying-Zhan 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.9

The computer networks have rapidly developed, and its field of application is also vigorously rising for the past many years, especially electronic commerce. However, due to each link of the supply chain will return a large number of products, so e-commerce model in reverse logistics becomes the first difficult problem. In order to solve the problem of the return of enterprise products, we apply the principles of efficiency savings, and allow more businesses to benefit. Meanwhile Reverse Logistics Model concept came into being. This paper focuses on the background of reverse logistics and the current problems, in the same time, conduct a detailed analysis of reverse logistics model. We adopt QS_R strategies to improve and provide case which let people understand easily. Through this research we hope that government agencies and businesses can make more highly valued the importance of reverse logistics, and have a preliminary understanding reverse logistics models. Our aim is to better make outstanding contributions to our social-economic.

Study on Spinnability of PP/PU Blends and Preparation of PP/PU Bi-component Melt Blown Nonwovens

        Yanfen Zhou,Liang Jiang,Huiying Jia,Xiaolu Xing,Zhenhua Sun,Shaojuan Chen,Jianwei Ma,Stephen Jerrams 한국섬유공학회 2019 Fibers and polymers Vol.20 No.6

Melt blown polymer blends offers a good way to combine two polymers in the same fiber generating nonwovenswith new and novel properties. In this study, polypropylene (PP) and polyurethane (PU) were blended to prepare PP/PU bicomponentmelt blown nonwovens. The spinnability of PP/PU composites was investigated and PP/PU bi-componentnonwovens with compositions of 95/5, 90/10, 80/20 and 70/30 were prepared by using the melt blowing technique. The meltblown fibers exhibited a ‘sea-island’ structure with PP as the continuous phase and PU as the dispersed phase. When thecontent of PU in the blend was above 40 %, PP/PU melt blown nonwovens could not be produced due to fiber breaking. ForPP/PU (90/10) nonwovens, it was found that the average fiber diameter decreased with increasing die to collector (DCD) andelevated hot air pressure.

Modification of Polytetrafluoroethylene-fiberglass Composite Film Using Polydopamine Deposition with Improved Hydrophilicity

        Zhiqing Jiang,Liang Jiang,Huiying Jia,Yanfen Zhou,Jianwei Ma,Shaojuan Chen 한국섬유공학회 2018 Fibers and polymers Vol.19 No.8

The surface of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-fiberglass composite film was modified with polydopamine (PDA) in order to improve hydrophilic properties and hence to expand its perspective usage for biomedical and blood-contacting applications. Scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and fourier transform infrared spectra were employed to analyse the surface morphology and the chemical structures of the modified PTFEfiberglass composite films. Hydrophilic property of PTFE-fiberglass composite films was investigated by using water contact angle measurement. The effect of treatment time on the surface morphology and hydrophilicity of PTFE-fiberglass composite films was investigated. The results showed that a dense layer of PDA was formed on PTFE-fiberglass composite films, the water contact angle decreased gradually with the increase in modification time. Moreover, the fastness of PDA layers deposited on the PTFE-fiberglass composite films was studied by using UV/VIS/NIR spectrometer. It was revealed that the PDA layer was stable in distilled water, 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution and alcohol, but had a poor resistance to 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution.

A novel compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene in a pedigree with Gitelman syndrome and literature review

        Minglan Yang,Ying Dong,Jianqing Tian,Li Yan,Yawen Chen,Huiying Qiu,Wei Liu,Yaomin Hu 한국유전학회 2020 Genes & Genomics Vol.42 No.9

Background Gitelman syndrome (GS) is a tubulopathy characterized by hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalciuria and metabolic alkalosis, which is caused by mutations in SLC12A3 gene. Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the mutation of SLC12A3 gene in a pedigree with GS and analyzed the clinical manifestations. Methods Next-generation sequencing and Sanger sequencing were performed to explore the mutations of SLC12A3 gene in a GS pedigree that included a 59-year-old male GS patient and a total of 11 family members within three generations. Results A novel compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene (c.1712T>C in exon14 and c.2986_2987ins GCT in exon26) was identifed by genetic testing in the proband. Moreover, we demonstrated that two brothers shared the same heterozygous mutation with the proband, but only one brother had the GS related symptoms. His nephew was the carrier of one mutation (c.1712T>C), and one of his brother, his sister and niece were carriers of the other (c.2986_2987ins GCT). Conclusions This is the frst study to report the novel pathogenic compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene in GS. Our result further supports the lack of phenotype–genotype correlations in GS. Further functional studies are required to investigate pathophysiologic mechanisms of GS.

Protective Effects of Gypenosides against Fatty Liver Disease Induced by High Fat and Cholesterol Diet and Alcohol in Rats

        Renan Qin,Hong Nie,Jianyu Zhang,Chuyuan Li,Xiaoqi Zhang,Aihua Xiong,Feng Huang,Zhen Yin,Kongyan Li,Wenyu Qin,Mingzhen Chen,Shubing Zhang,Lingyi Liang,Huiye Zhang,Wencai Ye 대한약학회 2012 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.35 No.7

In the present study, the protective effects of gypenosides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum on fatty liver disease (FLD) were examined in rats treated with high fat and cholesterol diet and alcohol. Male SD rats were divided into seven groups: control, model, lovastatin, silymarin, gypenosides high-, medium- and low-treatment groups. The latter 6 groups were fed high-fat and cholesterol diet and administered alcohol intragastricly once a day. Body weight was measured every week for 10 weeks, and the hepatic index was measured after 10 weeks. Compared with model group, levels of serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), free fatty acid (FFA), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) level, malondialdehyde (MDA), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity, and hepatocyte apoptosis were significantly decreased in gypenosides groups; while serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in both serum and hepatic tissue and mRNA and protein level of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPAR-α) were significantly increased. Moreover, hepatic steatosis and mitochondrial damage were improved. These results suggested that gypenosides could prevent liver fatty degeneration in fatty liver disease through modulating lipid metabolism, ameliorating liver dysfunction and reducing oxidative stress.
