Design of Real-Time Monitoring System on Raw Milk Transport Process

With a purpose to guarantee the quality safety of raw milk during the transport process, based on the internet of things, this paper made the raw milk transport process as the research objective. As the key technologies like GPS, GPRS and RFID were applied and STM32F103 Singlechip was adopted to fulfill the hardware design of system. Real-time collection and storage of the information on transport vehicle location and milk box temperature as well as real-time monitoring on raw milk transport process could be conducted to achieve the visualization of the whole process from livestock farm/milk station to processing factory, thus the transparency of raw milk in transportation could be ensured, which provided guarantees for raw milk quality and safety and was of great significance for the healthy development of the dairy products- business in our country.
Hydrogen Peroxide produced by Two Amino Acid Oxidases Mediates Antibacterial Actions

The antibacterial actions of two amino acid oxidases, a D-amino acid oxidase from hog kidney and a L-amino acid oxidase from the venom of Agkistrodon halys, were investigated, demonstrating that both enzymes were able to inhibit the growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and that hydrogen peroxide, a product of their enzymatic reactions, was the antibacterial factor. However, hydrogen peroxide generated in the enzymatic reactions was not sufficient to explain the degree to which bacterial growth was inhibited. A fluorescence labeling assay showed that both of these two enzymes could bind to the surfaces of bacteria. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report regarding the antibacterial activity of the D-amino acid oxidases.

Copper (Cu)-transporting P-type ATPase (CTPA) genes have been documented to play an important role in resistance to heavy metals. However, our understanding of roles of CTPA genes of the filamentous fungi was based only on sequence similarity prediction before. In a previous study, we isolated a Penicillum janthinellum strain GXCR of higher tolerance to Cu (200 mM). In this study, we cloned the partial cDNA of CTPA gene, named PcpA, from the strain GXCR. Sequence alignment indicated that the cloned cDNA sequence has the highest identity (94.4%) with a predictive CTPA gene of Aspergillus clavatus. The PcpA- encoded protein, termed PcpA, has classical functional domains of CTPAs, and shows differences from reported CTPAs in some specific sequence motifs and transmembrane regions. Expression of the PcpA was induced by extracellular Cu, cadmium (Cd), and silver (Ag). PcpA RNA interference (RNAi) mutants with a reduced level of PcpA mRNA were more sensitive to Cu, iron, Cd, and Ag than the wild-type (WT) strain GXCR. When grown in the presence of Cu, iron, and Cd, intracellular Cu and iron contents in the PcpA RNAi mutant were significantly (P<0.05) lower than those in the WT; However, intracellular Cd content in the mutant was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that in the WT. Taken together, it can be concluded that the PcpA functions in Cu uptake and homeostasis, iron uptake, and Cd export from the cytosol to the extracytosol.

The aim of this study was to report the effect of Korean medicine treatments and vestibular rehabilitation practice on an stroke patient with dizziness. The patient received Korean medicine treatments, such as acupuncture and herbal medication, and vestibular rehabilitation practice. The effects of treatments were assessed with the Korean dizziness handicap inventory, Korean activities-specific balance confidence scale, Korean vestibular disorders activities of daily living scale. Researchers conducted gait analysis for evaluation patient’s gait disturbance’s improvement during treatments. The intensity of dizziness were significantly reduced after the complete treatment. After treatment with traditional Korean medicine and vestibular rehabilitation practice, the patient showed significant improvements in symptoms and gait parameters. This case proved that combined therapy of Korean medicine treatment and vestibular rehabilitation practice can be useful for stroke patients who suffered from dizziness. however, studies of larger populations are required in the future. Slab analysis of large cylindrical shell rolling considering mixed friction

Large cylindrical shell rolling is an advanced plastic-forming technique that has unequal speed and radius of both its upper and lowerrolls. A theoretical model for a large cylindrical shell rolling that is based on the slab method is proposed, in which the non-uniform normaland shear stresses that act on the vertical sides are considered. A mixed friction model of combined Coulomb and sticking friction isused to present interface friction, to improve the accuracy of the proposed model. The rolling pressure, rolling force, and torque as well asfriction stress can be rapidly and easily calculated through the proposed model at different rolling conditions. The predicted rolling forceis consistent with the experimental result. The research results provide valuable guidelines for both the design and optimization of rollingproduct, process, and equipment.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Constitutive heterochromatin undergoes a dynamic clustering and spatial reorganization during myogenic differentiation. However the detailed mechanisms and its role in cell differentiation remain largely elusive. Here, we report the identification of a muscle-specific long non-coding RNA, ChRO1, involved in constitutive heterochromatin reorganization. ChRO1 is induced during terminal differentiation of myoblasts, and is specifically localized to the chromocenters in myotubes. ChRO1 is required for efficient cell differentiation, with global impacts on gene expression. It influences DNA methylation and chromatin compaction at peri/centromeric regions. Inhibition of ChRO1 leads to defects in the spatial fusion of chromocenters, and mislocalization of H4K20 trimethylation, Suv420H2, HP1, MeCP2 and cohesin. In particular, ChRO1 specifically associates with ATRX/DAXX/H3.3 complex at chromocenters to promote H3.3 incorporation and transcriptional induction of satellite repeats, which is essential for chromocenter clustering. Thus, our results unveil a mechanism involving a lncRNA that plays a role in large-scale heterochromatin reorganization and cell differentiation.</P>

<P>The development of active water oxidation catalysts is critical to achieve high efficiency in overall water splitting. Recently, sub 10 nm-sized monodispersed partially oxidized manganese oxide nanoparticles were shown to exhibit not only superior catalytic performance for oxygen evolution, but also unique electrokinetics, as compared to their bulk counterparts. In the present work, the water oxidizing mechanism of partially oxidized MnO nanoparticles was investigated using integrated in situ spectroscopic and electrokinetic analyses. We successfully demonstrated that, in contrast to previously reported manganese (Mn)-based catalysts, Mn(III) species are stably generated on the, surface of MnO nanoparticles via a proton-coupled electron transfer pathway. Furthermore, we confirmed as to MnO nanoparticles that the one-electron oxidation step from Mn(II) to Mn(III) is no longer the rate-determining step for water oxidation and that Mn(W)=O species are generated as reaction intermediates during catalysis.</P>
Thermal Field Balance and Efficiency Analysis of Plate Type Electromagnetic Induction Heating

Owing to flat plate induction heating can’t guarantee to heat equally, especially the existence of no heated zone, it haven’t been used in these industrial fields like SMD which require high accuracy and easy to control while heating. But some places need its characteristic of contact heating, eco-friendly and high efficiency, for this reason, it is fundamental to research the heating style further as well as the no heating zone. Because induction heating is based on eddy current, firstly, the relationship between eddy current and induction heating is explained and several factors which would influence the eddy current are put forward. Then finite element analysis and calculation of eddy current field is mainly done. At last, the conclusion is obtained by analyzing the results of calculation. Due to the analysis above, after improving the structure of the iron plate, the problem of no heating zone is solved. At the same time, the efficiency evaluation is brought out. It can make the following research more easily.
Research on Rapid Detection Method of Protein and Fat in Raw Milk Based on Mid-infrared Spectrum

In this paper raw milk was taken as the research object, using mid-infrared spectrum analysis method rapidly tests protein and fat content in raw milk through establishing quantitative analysis model. First of all, researchers collect 84 kinds of raw milk which is different areas and varieties in Heilongjiang province, and classify 84 samples into calibration sets and validation sets by standard chemical testing and spectral scanning on protein and fat, and calibration sets contain 64 samples, and validation sets contain 20 samples. Then, denoising by second derivative method which window size is 17 points, and selecting method by comparing SPA and GA characteristic wavelength respectively, and establishing PLS model and model demonstration. Eventually, researchers draw the conclusion that SPA wavelength selection method which value of m_max is 10 and GA wavelength selection method which value of Evaluat is 10d can effectively improve validation set model precision, but precision of the former is higher and characteristic wavelength is least, and its characteristic wavelength point reduces from 220 to 4, R2 of protein model validation set is 0.8010929, RMSEP is 0.0207505, R2 of fat model validation set is 0.91007989, RMSEP is 0.045329, relative standard deviation RSD<3%. These prove that the method for rapid testing of raw milk components is feasible.
