Fretting damage under high temperature corrosion and wear condition is one of the main factors that cause the failure of thekey parts of mechanical and electrical equipment, and laser cladding wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating is the maintechnology to repair these failure key parts. In this paper, the layered 50Cr6Ni2/Stellite X-40 multi-material was prepared bydirect laser deposition (DLD) using wear-resistant Fe-based alloy and corrosion-resistant Co-based alloy, to meet the needsof repair and remanufacturing of key parts with fretting damage. The results show that the layered 50Cr6Ni2/Stellite X-40composite material retains their respective microstructures and excellent properties. The microstructure of the 50Cr6Ni2layer mainly contains martensite and granular bainite, the microstructure of the Stellite X-40 layer consists of dendrite andeutectic structure. The layered 50Cr6Ni2/Stellite X-40 composite material has both good wear resistance (wear mass loss is1.0 mg) and good corrosion resistance (− 0.37549 of Ecorrand 0.00032 of icorr). The DLD layered 50Cr6Ni2/Stellite X-40composite material could meet the demand of short stress path rolling mill remanufacturing.
Research on Feature Extraction based on Deep Learning

With the development of deep learning, it has achieved impressive results in feature extraction field. This paper drives research in feature extraction based on deep learning. First, this paper gives a brief introduction on the world's research status on deep learning and principle of Restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM). Then this paper conducts reducing experiment based on RBM for handwritten digits. According to the analysis based on the results of the experiments, this paper tries to get a proper dimension which handwritten digits reduced to achieve better performance. Finally, this paper finds that it reach the goal when handwritten digits is reduced to half dimensional raw digits. This is an important foundation of deep learning layering and offers help to researchers in feature extraction based on deep learning.

Fleagrass, a herb known for its pleasant aroma, is widely used as a mosquito repellent, antibacterial agent, and for treating colds, reducing swelling, and alleviating pain. The antifungal effects of the essential oils of fleagrass and carvacrol against Candida albicans were investigated by evaluating the growth and the mycelial and biofilm development of C. albicans. Transmission electron microscopy was used to evaluate the integrity of the cell membrane and cell wall of C. albicans. Fleagrass exhibited high fungicidal activity against C. albicans at concentrations of 0.5% v/v (via the Ras1/cAMP/PKA pathway). Furthermore, transmission electron microscopy revealed damage to the cell wall and membrane after treatment with the essential oil, which was further confirmed by the increased levels of β-1,3-glucan and chitin in the cell wall. This study showed that fleagrass exerts good fungicidal and hyphal growth inhibition activity against C. albicans by disrupting its cell wall, and thus, fleagrass may be a potential antifungal drug.

<P>Directional antennas can divide the transmission range into several sectors. Thus, through switching off sectors in unnecessary directions in wireless networks, we can save bandwidth and energy consumption. In this paper, we will study a directional virtual backbone (VB) in the network where directional antennas are used. When constructing a VB, we will take routing and broadcasting into account since they are two common operations in wireless networks. Hence, we will study a VB with guaranteed routing costs, named α Minimum rOuting Cost Directional VB (α-MOC-DVB). Besides the properties of regular VBs, α-MOC-DVB also has a special constraint - for any pair of nodes, there exists at least one path all intermediate directions on which must belong to α-MOC-DVB and the number of intermediate directions on the path is smaller than α times that on the shortest path. We prove that construction of a minimum α-MOC-DVB is an NP-hard problem in a general directed graph. A heuristic algorithm is proposed and theoretical analysis is also discussed in the paper. Extensive simulations demonstrate that our α-MOC-DVB is much more efficient in the sense of VB size and routing costs compared to other VBs.</P>
Research on Braking Process of High-speed Train with Aerodynamic Brake

The speed is higher, the kinetic energy is greater. In order to ensure the safety of a new generation train running in a high speed, it is necessary to research on its braking performance. In this paper, the braking force, running resistance, braking time, braking distance and the deceleration generated by the train with two kinds of braking wings were analyzed while the high-speed train was doing deceleration movement. And the results were compared and analyzed between the train with and without braking wing, and between the two kinds of braking wings. The results showed that the high speed train with braking wings made much contribution to the acceleration in the braking process, especially the train is in high speed.
