<P>Mislabeling of fishery products continues to be a serious threat to the global market. Consequently, there is an urgent necessity to develop tools for authenticating and establishing their true origin. This investigation evaluates the suitability of stable isotopes and cytochrome oxidase I (COI) sequencing in identifying and tracing the origin of hairtail fish and shrimp. By use of COI sequencing, the hairtail fish samples were identified as <I>Trichiurus japonicus</I> and <I>Trichiurus lepturus</I>, while the shrimp samples were identified as <I>Pandalus borealis</I>, <I>Marsupenaeus japonicus</I>, <I>Fenneropenaeus chinensis</I>, <I>Litopenaeus vannamei</I>, <I>Penaeus monodon</I>, and <I>Solenocera crassicornis</I>. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) of stable isotopes further categorized the individuals of the same species based on the country of origin. Natural and farmed shrimp (from the same country) were distinctly differentiated on the basis of stable isotope values. Workaholism and work engagement both imply high involvement with work, a similarity that has led to some conceptual confusion. Although workaholism differs in important ways from work engagement, few studies investigate that distinction. This study applies the job demands-resources (JD-R) model of work engagement to workaholism and proposes an integrative workaholism model to demonstrate the conceptual and theoretical dissimilarity between workaholism and work engagement. It first demonstrates that job demands are positively related to workaholism. Second, job resources moderate the relationship between job demands and workaholism. Third, personal resources/ psychological capital moderate the relationship between job demands and workaholism. Finally, workaholism is negatively related to job performance.

Internet Contents’ Magnetization has become an important issue. This study finds the factors that affect the consumer's willingness to pay for the internet contents. Therefore, this study shows ways to increase the competitiveness of the internet contents. Specifically, this research analyzes the impact of the information quality and system quality of the internet contents on the consumer’s willing to pay for the internet contents and verifies the mediating role of the consumer’s perceived quality on the internet contents between the information quality (the system quality) and the consumer’s willingness to pay for the internet contents. The information quality of the internet contents is classified as informativeness and security on the basis of Lin (2007). As a result, each of the two variables(informativeness, security) has a positive impact on the consumer’s willing to pay for the internet contents. Also, system quality has a positive impact on the consumer’s willing to pay for the internet contents. Lastly, the results also revealed that the consumer’s perceived quality on the internet contents mediated the effect of these three variables (informativeness, security, system quality) on the consumer’s willingness to pay for the internet contents.

This research project investigates the antecedents of organizational commitment related to information privacy policy compliance by individuals. The results of this survey of 257 bank employees indicate that certain variables of management within organizations (referred to as POS and LMX) contribute to a social exchange process. This process is distinct from the formal compliance training procedures and is shown to influence employee perceptions of social exchange to engage in compliance activities, which contributes to behavioral intention to comply with information privacy policies. Implications for managers and researchers are discussed.

The existing online content providers have largely focused on the pay-contents such as adult magazines, music, games, sports, and other entertainment contents (Wang et al., 2005). Crosbie (2002) reported that only 12% of the U.S. population responded that they would pay for the online contents. However, as various types of media are increasing with the development of high-tech information technology like smart phones, etc, many ways to provide such contents were released. The worldwide content markets are expected to grow up to 1.87 trillion won in 2015 with the average annual growth rate of 5.7% (Seoul Economy, 2013.04.21). The annual income coming from the contents used for mobile handsets and tablets is expected to increase by almost $25 billion in the next three years, reaching $65 billion by 2016, a new report from Juniper Research. This study examines the infrastructure as an independent variable that may have an impact on the consumer’s purchase intention toward mobile contents. Specifically, this research confirms the impact of two infrastructure variables - ‘ease of accessibility with the mobile contents’ and ‘community’ on consumer’s purchase intention on mobile contents, select ‘perceived interactivity’ as a moderating variable that may add to this positive impact, and identify if ‘perceived interactivity’ can moderate the relationship between each independent variable and consumer’s purchase intention on mobile contents, which is a dependent variable. As a result, it was found that ‘perceived interactivity with the mobile contents moderate the relationship between each independent variable (‘ease of accessibility with mobile contents’ or ‘community’) and the consumer’s purchase intention on the mobile contents.
An organizational institutionalization model of software product line engineering

A software product line is a growing software engineering discipline to achieve extraordinary gains in the development performance. The whole institutionalization of new development methodology involves organizational culture and a superior’s leadership to motivate employees’ to acquire knowledge, skills, and motivations to effectively initiate, launch, and manage SPLs. This is the first study to show organizational culture or leadership type and clearly identify how this organizational culture or leadership type influences software product line performance through organizational commitment. The propositions that this study presents provide conceptual insights for managers who seek to organizational culture or leadership type which increases software product line performance.

Ultrawide bandgap gallium oxide (Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) semiconductors are known to have excellent photocatalytic properties due to their high redox potential. In this study, CO<sub>2</sub> reduction is demonstrated using nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst under ultraviolet (254 nm) light source conditions. After the CO<sub>2</sub> reduction, C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> remained as a by-product in this work. Nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst also showed an excellent endurance characteristic. Photogenerated electron-hole pairs boosted the CO<sub>2</sub> reduction to C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> via nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst, which is attributed to the ultrawide and almost direct bandgap characteristics of the gallium oxide semiconductor. The findings in this work could expedite the realization of CO<sub>2</sub> reduction and a simultaneous C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> production using a low cost and high performance photocatalyst.

<P>Fibroblasts synthesize and secrete dermal collagen, matrix proteins, growth factors, and cytokines. These characteristics of fibroblasts provide a potential way for fibroblast therapy to treat skin ulcers more effectively than conventional therapies such as cytokine therapy and negative pressure wound therapy. However, the obstacle to the commercialization of fibroblast therapy is the limited supply of cells with consistent quality. In this study, we tested whether human embryonic stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hESC-MSCs) could be differentiated into fibroblasts considering that they have characteristics of high differentiation rates, unlimited proliferation possibility from a single colony, and homogeneity. As a result, hESC-MSC-derived fibroblasts (hESC-MSC-Fbs) showed a significant increase in the expression of type I and III collagen, fibronectin, and fibroblast-specific protein-1 (FSP-1). Besides, vessel formation and wound healing were enhanced in hESC-MSC-Fb-treated skin tissues compared to PBS- or hESC-MSC-treated skin tissues, along with decreased IL-6 expression at 4 days after the formation of pressure ulcer wound in a mouse model. In view of the limited available cell sources for fibroblast therapy, hESC-MSC-Fbs show a promising potential as a commercial cell therapy source to treat skin ulcers.</P>

Various Cu ions are discharged into water from various industries, which results in a severe trouble for groundwater, soil, air, and eventually animals and humans. In this work, graphene oxide (GO) is introduced as a Cu removal absorber and the real-time monitoring method is demonstrated. The results show that GO is a very effective material to absorb Cu ions in the solution. In addition, the residual Cu ions in the solution is monitored via optical transmittance method, which well match with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) analysis.
