MODIFIED HALPERN ITERATIVE ALGORITHMS FOR NONEXPANSIVE MAPPINGS

Halpern iterative algorithm is one of the most cited in the literature of approximation of fixed points of nonexpansive mappings. Different authors modified this iterative algorithm in Banach spaces to approximatexed points of nonexpansive mappings. One of which is Hu [8] and Yao et al [21] modification of Halpern iterative algorithm for nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. It is the purpose of this paper to thoroughly analyze this modification and its convergence conditions. Unfortunately, Hu [8] and Yao et al [21] control conditions imposed on the modified Halpern iterative algorithm to have strong convergence are found to be not suffcient. In this paper, counterexamples are constructed to prove that the strong convergence conditions of Hu [8] and Yao et al [21] are not suffcient. It is also proved that with some additional conditions on the control parameters, strong convergence of the defined iterative algorithm is obtained in different Banach space settings.

Recently, reliance problems of the real estate appraiser has emerged for unfair competition etc. The excessive competition between big appraisal company and small appraisal company bring the cause. we discussed against the code of ethics of real estate appraiser and proposed some idea for appraiser as followings ; First, an appraiser must have self-control dumping acceptance of an appointment. Second, as an expert the hazard which works must endeavor a professional knowledge systematically. Third, appraiser must get appraisal independence as the expert free from any others intervention. Fourth, appraiser follows in occupational conscience and ethics about under cabineting business about under controlling in law justice. Finally, Korean Association of Property Appraiser must strengthen appraisal ethics education and a business supervisor against the members.

This paper``s conclusion of the controversy on the adjustment of the other forces influencing real estate value is shown below. In condemnation appraisal, “changing of land characteristic form and quality or land classification” and “beneficial expenditure like land improvement. etc.” shall be excluded in other forces influencing real estate value. No comparable condemnation appraisal properties after the public notice of the recognition of the project shall be included in other forces influencing real estate value, except when these properties do not have development gains. The comparable condemnation appraisal properties caused by the same public project shall not be precedents of other forces influencing real estate value. However these precedents are available as reference materials of other forces in condemnation appraisals concerning other public projects or general appraisals. It is desirable to make “The Appraisal Regulations” refer that the reliable evidence shall be reported when other forces influencing real estate value are decided.

The ‘Appraisal Fee Standards’ enforced by Ministry of Construction, established in 1989 and amended in 2002. But recently an opinion that legal standards system must be abolished is appeared and opposition to it too is come in sight. This paper is to reappraise such discussions. The current Appraisal Fee Standards should be amended according to alterations and abolitions of related laws including it``s ‘the Public Notice to Values and Appraisal of Lands, etc. Act’. It is desirable that appraisal fee is assessed by amount of appraised value and supplementing difficulty of appraisal. It is not advisable for government to accept proposal of the fee liberalization and the Appraisal Fee Standards System is maintained. Accordingly, It is recommended that the minimum fee is increased to one point 200,000won and the discount rate on a large order in case of easy performance is added. Study of detailed improvement on all matters of the fee system will take a longtime.
예비유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감에 대한 다문화 감수성과 다문화교육 수용태도의 영향

This study as an empirical research aimed to analyze effects of multi-cultural sensitivity and attitude of accepting multi-cultural education on multi-cultural teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. In order to achieve the research goal, the study conducted a survey targeting a total of 315 pre-service early childhood teachers who were the students majoring in the Early Childhood Education. Results that the study had come up with were summarized as follows. First, the pre-service early childhood teachers who had experience in teaching multi-cultural infants and in leading a class on multi-cultural education were reported to have better understanding on multi-cultural sensitivity, attitude of accepting multi-cultural education and multi-cultural teaching efficacy than the ones who did not have such experience. Second, significantly positive correlations were observed among these variables of multi-cultural sensitivity, attitude of accepting multi-cultural education and multi-cultural teaching efficacy. Third, in terms of relative effects of multi-cultural sensitivity and attitude of accepting multi-cultural education on the pre-service early childhood teachers` multi-cultural teaching efficacy, the study learned that multi-cultural sensitivity has even a greater effect. In particular, it turned out that teachers` multi-cultural attitudes such as degrees of respecting cultural differences in multi-cultural sensitivity and of confidence in interaction as well as attitude of accepting multi-cultural education significantly affect multi-cultural teaching efficacy. In the light of that, the study now suggests that pre-service early childhood teachers should pay constant attention to multi-cultures if they want to improve their competences as early childhood teachers properly enough to keep up with this era of multi-cultures.
