The compactness in a Pythagorean fuzzy topological space generalizes the notion of a subsetof a closed space. In this study, a Pythagorean fuzzy G∗compact space was defined and itsproperties were investigated. Further application of the Pythagorean fuzzy G∗compact spaceis anticipated for examining preferred cities in India using real-time data by considering thetemperatures of the cities.

<P>Abstract</P><P>Aim: </P><P>This study has been aimed (i) to isolate and identify diazotrophs from Korean rice varieties; (ii) to examine the long-term effect of N and compost on the population dynamics of diazotrophs and (iii) to realize the shot-term inoculation effect of these diazotrophs on rice seedlings.</P><P>Methods and Results: </P><P>Diazotrophic and heterotrophic bacterial numbers were enumerated by most probable number method and the isolates were identified based on morphological, physiological, biochemical and 16s rDNA sequence analysis. Long-term application of fertilizer N with compost enhanced both these numbers in rice plants and its environment. Bacteria were high in numbers when malate and azelaic acids were used as carbon source, but less when sucrose was used as a carbon substrate. The combined application promoted the association of diazotrophic bacteria like <I>Azospirillum</I> spp., <I>Herbaspirillum</I> spp., <I>Burkholderia</I> spp., <I>Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus</I> and <I>Pseudomonas</I> spp. in wetland rice plants. Detection of <I>nif</I>D genes from different diazotrophic isolates indicated their nitrogen fixing ability. Inoculation of a representative isolate from each group onto rice seedlings of the variety IR 36 grown in test tubes indicated the positive effect of these diazotrophs on the growth of rice seedlings though the percentage of N present in the plants did not differ much.</P><P>Conclusions: </P><P>Application of compost with fertilizer N promoted the diazotrophic and heterotrophic bacterial numbers and their association with wetland rice and its environment. Compost application in high N fertilized fields would avert the reduction of N<SUB>2</SUB>-fixing bacterial numbers and their association was beneficial to the growth of rice plants.</P><P>Significance and Impact of the Study: </P><P>The inhibitory effect of high N fertilization on diazotrophic bacterial numbers could be reduced by the application of compost and this observation would encourage more usage of organic manure. This study has also thrown light on the wider geographic distribution of <I>G. diazotrophicus</I> with wetland rice in temperate region where sugarcane (from which this bacterium was first reported to be associating and thereon from other plant species) is not cultivated.</P>
Quality of Service using Min-Max Data Size Scheduling in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) plays an important role in our everyday life. WSN is distributed in all the places. Nowadays WSN devices are developing our world as smart and easy to access and user-friendly. The sensor is connected to all the resources based on the uses of devices and the environment [1]. In WSN, Quality of Service is based on time synchronization and scheduling. Scheduling is important in WSN. The schedule is based on time synchronization. Min-Max data size scheduling is used in this proposed work. It is used to reduce the Delay & Energy. In this proposed work, Two-hop neighboring node is used to reduce energy consumption. Data Scheduling is used to identify the shortest path and transmit the data based on weightage. The data size is identified by three size of measurement Min, Max and Medium. The data transmission is based on time, energy, delivery, etc., the data are sent through the first level shortest path, then the data size medium, the second level shortest path is used to send the data, then the data size is small, it should be sent through the third level shortest path.

Service Discovery is done based on Keyword Match, Simple Semantic Description Services, and Rich Semantic Description Service. Web Services raise the web to a new level by integrating computational aspects. Web Services are accessed by computer programs but these still need help by humans. Web-services should be described in a formal, semantic way, so programs can find, compose and invoke them automatically. Existing system discover the service based on QoS (Quality of Service). It uses the Agent to discover the service, but normalization & classification are not done by Agent here. Existing system are using the selection algorithm, which works in association with QoS value, based on consumer requirements. So In our proposed system we proposed the Normalized, Classification, & Ranking of the QoS parameter based on minimization maximization criteria using agent based architecture. We rank the services according to their QoS levels and their services matching.

p-Pheneylendiamine functionalized rGO/Si heterostructure Schottky junction for UV photodetectors

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, we report on p-Phenylenediamine (PPD) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Si hybrid-structure designed for UV photodetector applications (PD). The hybrid-structure was characterized by using Fourier Transform-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to confirm the formation of nano-hybrid structure and the experimental results confirmed the covalent bond between rGO and PPD. The diode parameters such as barrier height, series resistance, and ideality factor were estimated for both PPD functionalized rGO (PrGO)/Si and rGO/Si heterostructure by using I-V characteristics. The time-resolved photocurrent spectroscopy used to examine the photoresponse properties of both PrGO/Si and rGO/Si samples with UV light (λ = 382 nm). The experimental results showed that PrGO/Si exhibited significant UV photoresponse than that of rGO/Si PD. The PrGO/Si heterostructure device exhibited photoresponsivity of 1.4 × 10<SUP>−3</SUP> A/W, which is 15 times higher than rGO/Si. The high photoresponse was attributed to the synergistic effects originated from the charge transfer between PPD and rGO.
