Study of One Kind of Extended Proportional Guidance Law

One kind of extended proportional guidance law is presented. This guidance law can be used without restriction about the motion speed of missile and target, and this is a different point with the classical proportional guidance law. In the case of random alter the tracking target curvature radius, compared with classical proportional guidance law under the proper random quantity, the normal overload of trajectory is relatively small, and has certain advantage, so the study has significant reference value in actual application. And interception time and normal overload have good performance. Tracking performance for high maneuverability target is better than the classical proportional guidance law. A target intercepting simulation based on MATLAB of the proportional coefficients and line-of-sight angular velocities is generated to analyze the trajectory properties. The effect of guidance coefficients on trajectory properties is studied. Through simulation, we simplify the problem by ignoring the actual factors so that a certain level of error is expected. The situation in practical requires more in-depth analysis and research.

The metal surface topology contains abundant information related to the health states of the cutting tool as well as the cutting operation. In this paper, we attempt to adopt 2D digital images of the machined metal surface, acquired via non-contact photo-imaging techniques, as the monitoring media. A Wallis filter based dodging algorithm is applied to cure the uneven contrast phenomenon caused by imperfect lighting illumination. 3D digital models were derived and retrieved from the digital image using a wavelet enhanced Shape from shading (SFS) transform. The minimization based SFS is presented to retrieve the 3D digital surface from the milled workpiece. The dual tree complex wavelet transform is adopted to enhance SFS such that the interfering noise can be suppressed. In the end, quantitative surface roughness indicators are utilized to estimate the surface roughness numerically. A milling cutting experiment of aero-material of aluminum alloy 7075 was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The comparison results demonstrate that the proposed approach was capable of retrieving 3D surfaces of high precision. With the approach, the digital image emerges as a promising vehicle for machining condition monitoring of CNC machines.

The breeding of domestic rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) for human consumption has a long tradition in China. Infections that can affect the production of meat or even be transmitted from animals to humans are important to monitor, especially for public health reasons as well as for their impact on animal health. Thus, a total of 1,132 domestic rabbit sera from 4 regions in China were collected for serological screening for Encephalitozoon cuniculi and for Toxoplasma gondii by ELISA and modified agglutination test (MAT), respectively. Antibodies to E. cuniculi were detected in 248/1,132 (21.9%) sera tested while antibodies against T. gondii revealed a seroprevalence of 51/1,132 (4.5%). We believe that the present results are of epidemiological implications and public health importance due to the acknowledged susceptibility of humans to E. cuniculi and T. gondii infections. Therefore, routine screening tests of domestic rabbits are proposed considering the zoonotic potential of these parasites.
VvMYBA6 in the promotion of anthocyanin biosynthesis and salt tolerance in transgenic Arabidopsis

Transcription factor MYB is a critical factor involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis and abiotic stress resistance of plants. This paper reports the functions of codon-optimized transcription factor VvMYBA6 expressed in transgenic Arabidopsis plants. VvMYBA6 overexpression resulted in significant increase of anthocyanin content, which also enhanced salt and mannitol tolerance in transgenic Arabidopsis plants. Besides, real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis showed that overexpression of VvMYBA6 promoted the expression level of genes involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis, abscisic acid (ABA) synthesis, proline synthesis, stress responses and ROS scavenging under salt and mannitol stress. According to further analysis under salt and mannitol stress, overexpression of VvMYBA6 significantly increased ABA and proline content, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), as well as reduced the content of H2O2 and malonaldehyde (MDA). The results demonstrated that the overexpression of VvMYBA6 enhanced salt and mannitol tolerance based on increasing synthetic levels of anthocyanin and ABA in transgenic Arabidopsis plants. Therefore, the overexpression of VvMYBA6 could be widely used in promoting salt tolerance in plants.

High temperature preheated air and steam as gasifying agent and coal gasification was performed in a pressurized turbulent circulating fluidized bed (CFB) gasification pilot plant to investigate the pressurized gasification process and estimate its potential. Within the scope of this paper this test facility as well as its operation behavior was described. Furthermore, the parameter pressure has been investigated regarding its influence on the syngas composition and was presented and discussed in the following. The results show that the gasification quality is improved at higher pressure because of the better fluidization in the reactor. Coal gasification at a higher pressure shows advantages in lower heat value and carbon conversion. With the gasifier pressure increased from 0.1MPa to 0.3MPa, the gas heating value is increased by 15%. Increasing the gasifier pressure would increase the carbon conversion from 57.52% to 76.76%. Also, the dry gas yield and efficiency of cold gas increase little with the increase of the gasifier pressure. The operating parameter of pressure exists at optimum operating range for this specific CFB coal gasification process.

Natamycin is widely used in food, medical and health, agriculture, and animal husbandry. In this study, Streptomyces natalensis HW-2 was used as the research object, and a mutant DES-26 with stable genetic characters was selected by UV-ARTP-DES compound mutation. The natamycin yield was 1.64 g/L, 86.36% higher than original strain. Differential expression genes were analyzed by transcriptomics, and results showed that 295 and 860 genes were significantly differentially expressed at fermentation for 48 h and 72 h. GO and KEGG analysis showed that compound mutagenesis had a significant impact on glycolysis, pentose phosphate, TCA cycle, fatty acid metabolism pathways, and several key enzyme genes in the pathways were up-regulated, and genes related to natamycin biosynthesis (pimB-pimI) and transcriptional regulator (pimR) were also up-regulated. qRT-PCR results confirmed that expression levels of these genes were consistent with transcriptional changes of RNA-Seq.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has contributed to advanced breast cancer development over the past decades. However, the mechanism underlying this contribution is poorly understood. In this study, we determined that high glucose enhanced proteasome activity was accompanied by enhanced proliferation, migration and invasion, as well as suppressed apoptosis, in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Proteasome inhibitor bortezomib (BZM) pretreatment mitigated high glucose-induced MCF-7 cell growth and invasion. Furthermore, high glucose increased protein kinase C delta ($PKC{\delta}$)-phosphorylation. Administration of the specific $PKC{\delta}$ inhibitor rottlerin attenuated high glucose-stimulated cancer cell growth and invasion. In addition, $PKC{\delta}$ inhibition by both rottlerin and $PKC{\delta}$ shRNA significantly suppressed high glucose-induced proteasome activity. Our results suggest that $PKC{\delta}$-dependent ubiquitin proteasome system activation plays an important role in high glucose-induced breast cancer cell growth and metastasis.
3.2-kW 9.7-GHz Polarization-maintaining Narrow-linewidth All-fiber Amplifier

We present a Yb-doped narrow-linewidth polarization-maintaining (PM) all-fiber amplifier that achieves a high mode-instability (MI) threshold, high output power, and 9.7-GHz spectral linewidth. Six wavelength-multiplexed laser diodes are used to pump this amplifier. First, we construct a high-power fiber amplifier based on a master oscillator-power amplifier (MOPA) configuration for experiments. Subsequently, we examine the MI threshold by individually pumping the amplifier with wavelengths of 976, 974, 981, 974, and 981 nm respectively. The experimental results demonstrate that the amplifier exhibits a high MI threshold (>3.5 kW) when pumped with a combination of wavelengths at 974 and 981 nm. Afterward, we inject an optimized phase-modulated seed with a nearly flat-top spectrum into this amplifier. Ultimately, laser output of 3.2 kW and 9.7 GHz are obtained.
Bidirectional Link Resource Allocation Strategy in GFDM-based Multiuser SWIPT Systems

In order to enhance system energy efficiency, bidirectional link resource allocation strategy in GFDM-based multiuser SWIPT systems is proposed. In the downlink channel, each SWIPT user applies power splitting (PS) receiver structure in information decoding (ID) and non-linear energy harvesting (EH). In the uplink channel, information transmission power is originated from the harvested energy. An optimization problem is constructed to maximize weighted sum ID achievable rates in the downlink and uplink channels via bidirectional link power allocation as well as subcarriers and subsymbols scheduling. To solve this non-convex optimization problem, Lagrange duality method, sub-gradient-based method and greedy algorithm are adopted respectively. Simulation results show that the proposed strategy is superior to the fixed subcarrier scheme regardless of the weighting coefficients. It is superior to the heuristic algorithm in larger weighting coefficients scenario.

This work presents a digital graphic scanning (DGS) method, based on computer scanning graphics, to generate a grinding profile avoiding the difficulties appeared from the complex equations of the contact line. First the enveloping surface between the forming tool (rotor) profile and its corresponding cutting locus was developed, then based on Bresenham algorithm, the best possible pixels of the enveloping surface in the pixel matrix of screen were demonstrated using a specified color. Finally, the grinding profile data of the rotor (forming tool) were collected by scanning the pixel matrix of screen, capturing the coordinates of the indicated color of the best possible pixels. Comparing the analytical gearing envelope method and the DGS method, the feasibility of the DGS method was indicated. The DGS method was shown as a precise, rapid, efficient and stable computing tool to generate a grinding profile. In addition, such an approach can be applied in designing other similarly conjugated products such as gears, perpetual screws and milling cutters.
