      • Impact-Angle-Constraint Look Angle Guidance for Miniature Missile

        An engagement dynamic model is set up for the miniature missile guidance solution under the constraints of field-of-view angle and terminal impact angle. The impact-angle constraint guidance law design is converted into an optimal control problem subjected to terminal constraints. Then a look angle guidance solution without line-of-sight rate is detailed to satisfy the requirement on field-of-view and impact angles. The relation between the required maximal look angle and the terminal impact angle is analyzed and formulated. The proposed method is simulated and validated. The results show that a miniature missile could intercept a stationary target with the required impact angle.

        The essential control characteristics for a two and three-loop acceleration autopilot of tactical missile were presented from a frequency analysis perspective. The basic limitation of right-half-phase pole and zero from airframe aerodynamics was analyzed using an open-loop crossover frequency inequality, which showed a consistent conclusion with the final overall stability condition in nature. To reveal the feedback control capability, the rate feedback, rate plus attitude feedback, and linear acceleration feedback, were calculated and simplified based on engineering requirement, respectively. Then an equivalent actuator dynamics were introduced to compute the stability condition at high frequency. Such that the global stability condition was obtained in explicit formulation. The results showed that the autopilot control capability is dominated by actuator bandwidth, and a compromise should be determined between the flight performance and the actuator requirement for a statically instable missile.

      • PKM2 Regulates Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition and Migration upon EGFR Activation

        Pyruvate kinase isozyme type M2 (PKM2) was first found in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and its expression has been thought to correlate with prognosis. A large number of studies have demonstrated that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a crucial event in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and associated metastasis, resulting in enhanced malignancy of HCC. However, the roles of PKM2 in HCC EMT and metastasis remain largely unknown. The present study aimed to determine the effects of PKM2 in EGF-induced HCC EMT and elucidate the molecular mechanisms in vitro. Our results showed that EGF promoted EMT in HCC cell lines as evidenced by altered morphology, expression of EMT-associated markers, and enhanced invasion capacity. Furthermore, the present study also revealed that nuclear translocation of PKM2, which is regulated by the ERK pathway, regulated ${\beta}$-catenin-TCF/LEF-1 transcriptional activity and associated EMT in HCC cell lines. These discoveries provide evidence of novel roles of PKM2 in the progression of HCC and potential therapeutic target for advanced cases.

        Overseas Chinese Students’ Perceptions of the Influence of English on their Language and Culture

        The English language today functions as a lingua franca with the largest number of learners and users of any language. As an international language, it has attracted much attention in terms of its impacts on other languages. As another key language with the largest number of native speakers, the Chinese language has also demonstrated a global status, with an increasing number of language learners and users. This paper investigates Chinese overseas students’ perceptions of the influence of English on the Chinese language and culture. By adopting a series of qualitative interviews, this paper researches the attitudes of overseas Chinese students studying in the UK towards the influence of English on the Chinese language. In order to explore how the uses of English influence the Chinese language in the Chinese context, the paper investigates students’ attitudes towards the Gaokao reform, the influence of English on Chinese language and culture, and the future use of English in China. It concludes that, although the Chinese language is developing quite rapidly with both L1 and L2 speakers, English represents an important channel for people’s personal development, and English as a lingua franca will continue to be used for a range of purposes in many Chinese people’s lives for some time to come.

      • A Hybrid Differentiator for Strapdown Guidance System

        A strapdown guidance system for low-cost precise guided munitions is presented using strapdown small field-of-view (FOV) seeker and miniature inertial measurement unit (MIMU). The three-dimension line-of-sight (LOS) dynamics are described using the missile-target geometric transformation. Due to the weakness of strapdown seeker, a hybrid differentiator is then introduced to obtain and filter the inertial LOS rate for proportional guidance law. The analysis and trajectory simulation results verify the performance of the proposed algorithm.

        CO2 capture from flue gases using a fluidized bed reactor with limestone

        The CO2 capture from flue gases by a small fluidized bed reactor was experimentally investigated with limestone. The results showed that CO2 in flue gases could be captured by limestone with high efficiency, but the CO2 capture capacity of limestone decayed with the increasing of carbonation/calcination cycles. From a practical point of view, coal may be required to provide the heat for CaCO3 calcination, resulting in some potential effect on the sorbent capacity of CO2 capture. Experiment results indicated that the variation in the capacity of CO2 capture by using a limestone/coal ash mixture with a cyclic number was qualitatively similar to the variation of the capacity of CO2 capture using limestone only. Cyclic stability of limestone only undergoing the kinetically controlled stage in the carbonation process had negligible difference with that of the limestone undergoing both the kinetically controlled stage and the product layer diffusion controlled stage. Based on the experimental data, a model for the high-velocity fluidized bed carbonator that consists of a dense bed zone and a riser zone was developed. The model predicted that high CO2 capture efficiencies (>80%) were achievable for a range of reasonable operating conditions by the high-velocity fluidized bed carbonator in a continuous carbonation and calcination system.

      • Control Analysis for a Non-minimum Phase Static Unstably Missile

        A novel control evaluation approach for tactical missile is detailed. The characteristics of non-minimum phase and static instability of a tail-controlled tactical missile are presented firstly. Then the frequency-domain controllable analysis is derived. Due to the limitations of traditional stability margins, the vector margin (VM) is introduced and compared with sensitivity function to show their essential relationship. A longitudinal three-loop autopilot is designed to stabilize the non-minimum phase static unstably missile dynamics and used as the baseline for all the tan available linear autopilot topologies given with the identical closed-loop characteristic equation and time-domain step response. Then vector margin method is adopted to compute and evaluate the stability of all available autopilots. The analysis and computation results show that the vector margin method could give better evaluation on system stability.

        중국 고등교육 학술부패의 원인과 방지 대책

        이 논문은 중국 고등교육에 있어서 학술부패의 원인을 찾아보고, 그 방지대책을 모색하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 중국에서 학술부패란 "학자나 학술단체가 학술활동 중에 고의적으로 학술도덕과 학술규범을 어긴 부도덕한 欺騙의 행위, 혹은 비이성적이고 비규범적인 행위"로 규정되며, 최근 한국에서 문제가 되는 연구윤리 분야에 해당한다. 중국에서 일어나는 가장 흔한 학술부패의 현상은 크게 두 가지로 유형화할 수 있다. 첫째 논문의 盜用이고, 둘째 연구과제 신청과 선정과정에서 생겨나는 부패현상이다. 그리고 이러한 학술부패가 발생하는 원인으로는 불합리한 학술 평가기준과 체제, 官·學 일체화와 學位 지상주의, 실리주의 사상, 불건전한 심리작용 등을 지적할 수 있다. 학술부패를 방지하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 먼저 정확한 연구평가 체제의 건립이 필요하다. 그리고 학술 誠信제도와 관리제도가 구축되어야 할 것이다. 그렇지만 연구자 개인의 도덕의식이 고양되지 않는 한 제도의 정립은 무의미하다. 이러한 점에서 윤리도덕교육이 강조될 수밖에 없다.

        디즈니 애니메이션 엔칸토에서 갈등에 의한 비적대적 캐릭터간의 행동 동기 및 의도의 계열체적 불일치성 분석

        Background The animation character in the background of the study determines the inner driving force of the character's behavior based on the motive, which is the reason for the action, and the intention, which is the goal of the action in the narrative. This paper analyzed the inconsistency of motivation and intention in order to grasp the conflict in the actions of non-hostile characters with common goals in animation as motivation and intention. In previous studies, based on psychology and motivation psychology, the concept of non-hostile characters were understood, and also motivation, intention were distinguished, more over conflict is identified. In particular, systematicity was established through the relationship between the characters appearing in the latest theater feature Disney animation Encanto. Methods In previous studies, based on psychology and motivation psychology, the concept of non-hostile characters was understood, motivation and intention were distinguished, and conflict was identified. Therefore, in motivation psychology, motivation (M) was classified into approach motivation (AcM) and avoidance motivation (AvM), intention (Int) was identified according to motivation, approach motivation was identified as recommended intention (EInt), and avoidance motivation was identified as prevention intention (PInt). In this regard, a system of analysis was established through semiotics as an affiliate and an integrator. As a qualitative research method, events (E) were sequentially extracted from the central narrative (N) through the latest theatrical feature animation Encanto (2021), and analyzed from act (A) to motive (M) and intention (Int). Result Mirabel had a high recommended intention of approach motivation, and grandmother had a high intention of preventing avoidance motivation. Therefore, a conflict between the main character and the non-hostile character was triggered. Conclusion The motivation for approach and avoidance influenced the conflict over the behavior of the animation character, resulting in an affiliated inconsistency (PaD) between the behavioral motivation and intention of the character. This paper sets the scope of the study only of motivation and intention as the central element of the conflict against non-hostile characters. For example analysis, the latest animation in which there are no villains and conflicts between families, is selected as a qualitative research method. Therefore, I analyzed the Disney animation Encanto. In future studies, as a study on non-hostile characters in animation, I intend to conduct in-depth follow-up studies on the theme of the absence of villain characters.
