21세기는 지식 정보화와 병행하여 문화의 세기가 될 것으로 예견된다. 문화상품의 고부가가치를 창출하기 위하여 영동군이 보유하고 있는 국악 인프라와 연계하여 국가 문화산업의 전략적 우위를 도모하고 전통문화의 전승과 발전에 일익을 담당코저 한다. 난계 박연 선생의 탄생지인 심천면 고당리 일원에 국악을 테마로 하는 체험촌 조성이 필요하였다. 영동군에서는 한국의 정신세계를 재조명하고 전통문화에 대한 이해와 접근이 용이한 관광자원으로 국악체험촌을 건립하여 관광명소를 육성하고자 한다. The 21st century is predicted to be the century of knowledge and information and culture. To create high value of cultural goods, in conjunction with Korean Classical Music infrastructures which Yeongdong County has, this proposal was planning to be contributed to the development of traditional culture and folklore. Yeongdong County revisited in the spirit world and build an understanding of Korea and Experience Music Village with easy access to the traditional culture and tourist resources and to foster the attractions.

Innovation is especially recognized as a key driver in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in our field. The generation and refinement of creative ideas by organization members are in turn influenced by organizational culture (Cannon et al., 2010; Grand and Berry, 2011). Thus organizational culture, often shaped by national culture, has become a crucial factor for achieving the success of innovation (Huang et al., 2011). This study intends to empirically investigate the effect of organizational culture on product and process innovation performance, with a focus on the moderating effect of national culture.

본 연구는 중남미에서 게임 사업을 영위하고 있는 한국 기업의 사례 분석이다. 분석 대상인 K사는 한국 게임을 유통하면서 꾸준히 확보한 유저 풀을 활용해 신규 사업을 모색하는 기업이다. 한동안 게임 산업은 비디오 플랫폼으로 어려움을 겪어왔다. K사도 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 플랫폼 기업으로의 변신을 시도했지만, 블록체인을 활용한 핀테크 기업으로의 대전환을 다 시 시도하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 최근 블록체인과 암호화폐를 새로운 방식으로 활용하고자 하는 콘텐츠 기업들의 전략을 구체적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 콘텐츠 유통이 핀테크와 어떻게 연결되어 있는지 확인하고, 이러한 사례들의 공통적 실패 요인과 성공 요인을 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. This study is a case analysis of a Korean company that is running a game business in Latin America. Company K, the target of the analysis, is a company that is seeking new businesses by utilizing the user pool it has steadily secured while distributing Korean games. For some time, the game industry has been struggling with video platforms. Company K also tried to transform into a platform company that provides various contents, but then again attempted a major transformatio n into a fintech company using blockchain. The purpose of this study is to analyze in detail the strategies of content com panies that are looking for new ways to use blockchain and cryptocurrency recently. Through this, we want to check how content distribution is connected to fintech, and to identify the failure and success factors of these cases.
MODEL ON THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF CONDUCTIVE FERROMAGNETIC MATERIAL WITH NEGLIGIBLE COERCIVITY

Differential equations governing dynamic behavior of toroid-shaped ferro-magnetic material having a small gap of uniform width were derived incorporating Maxwell equations of electromagnetic induction relevent to the system and Newtonian equation of motion. Once the external uniform magnetic field was applied within the material through dc-circuit around the toroid, gap begin to change which lead to the abrupt variation of field in the material and gap according to thc differential equations already derived. Characteristics of current and electromotive force with respect to time in the circuit consisting of inductance and resistance in series could be predicted from numerical solutions of these equations. As current in the circuit increases, magnetic field in the material increases, thus, the gap starts to shrink due to increased attractive force between the gap surfaces. As current decreases the gap become to expand due to reduced attraction between gap and clastic restoring force in the material. With an appropriate selection of elastic constant of toroidal ferromagnetic material and design of gap structure it is possible to obtain the specified in both linear and nonlinear magnetic characteristics , such as current dependent and independent inductance.

The concept of co-benefits is playing a significant role in forest carbon-offsetting programmes, which aim to achieve carbon sequestration through market mechanisms. However, there is little research investigating the implications of co-benefits for forest carbon-offsetting in Korea. In particular, this paper investigates how co-benefits can be categorized and integrated into the carbon-offsetting standards, as well as examining whether or not there is a premium in the market for a project with co-benefits. One of the main findings is that market price increases when forest carbon projects are tagged with extra co-benefit standards. The results of this study have implications for future forest carbon-offsetting programmes in Korea. Co-benefits should be taken into account in the process of developing carbon offsetting standards. In addition, appropriate incentives should be designed to internalize the benefits of forest carbon-offsetting which are not reflected in the market price (positive externality).

Typically, a Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) uses a PID feed-back system, and it often adopts a wind feed-forward system because of its easier implementation than a feed-forward system based on current or wave. But, because a ship's drifting motion is caused by wind, current, and wave drift loads, all three environmental loads should be considered. In this study, a motion predictive control for the PID feedback system of the DPS is proposed, which considers the three environmental loads by utilizing predicted drifted ship positions in the future since it contains information about the three environmental loads from the moment to the future. The prediction accuracy for the future drifted ship position is ensured by adopting deep learning algorithms and a replay buffer. Finally, it is shown that the proposed motion predictive system results in better station-keeping performance than the wind feed-forward system.

<P>Re-deposition of manganese compounds on LiMn<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> electrode after Mn dissolution and its impact on the positive electrode performances are studied by a control experiment, in which the spinel electrode is stored in its charged state at elevated temperature (60°C) to accelerate Mn dissolution. Upon storage with Li foil, the re-deposition of manganese species is marginal since the dissolved Mn<SUP>2+</SUP> ions move to the Li foil to be deposited. When stored without Li foil, however, under which the chance for re-deposition of Mn species on the spinel electrode is rather high, the dissolved Mn<SUP>2+</SUP> ions are deposited as oxide and fluoride. The depth-profiling X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope studies illustrate that Mn-O species are deposited in the earlier period of storage, whereas the Mn-F compounds (MnF<SUB>2</SUB>) in the later stage. Due to the deposition of highly resistive MnF<SUB>2</SUB> phase, the electrode stored for a longer period of time shows a severe cell polarization and capacity loss.</P>
