오늘날 티켓 유통 시장은 몇몇 대형 플랫폼이 독과점하고 있다. 대형 플랫폼은 공연 기획사에 티켓을 플랫폼에 위탁 판매해 주는 대가로 수수료를 청구한다. 이로 인해 플랫폼과 공연 기획사 간 이해관계 문제가 존재하며 종이 티켓으로 인하여 허위 판매 또는 암표 거래 등 불법 판매 피해사례가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 블록체인 양방향 매표 플랫폼을 제안한다. 블록체인 기술의 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 특징으로 중개 수수료 문제를 해결하고, 거래 기록을 장부에 저장해 위·변조를 어렵게 하여 무결성을 보장한다. ERC-721 기반의 토큰을 티켓으로 발행하여 티켓이 대체 불가능하고 고유한 가치를 가지도록 하며 해당 인터페이스를 이용한 티켓 소유권 확인 및 티켓의 양도, dynamic QR 코드를 이용한 전자 티켓 발급 통해 암표거래가 불가능하게 함으로써 기존의 매표 시스템을 보완할 것으로 기대한다.

ACF and WO_3 modified TiO_2 composites (ACF/WO_3/TiO_2) were prepared using a sol-gel method. The composites were characterized by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis. A methyl orange (MO) solution under visible light irradiation was used to determine the photocatalytic activity. The degradation of the MO was determined using UV/Vis spectrophotometry. An increase in photocatalytic activity was observed and attributed to an increase of the photo-absorption effect by the WO_3 and the cooperative effect of the ACF.

간호대학생의 건강신념, 안전동기, 안전환경이 감염관리 표준주의 수행도에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of health beliefs, safety motivations, and safety-climate on the performance of taking standard precautions of nursing college students with clinical practice experience. Methods: The subjects of this study were 173 students in the 3rd and 4th grades of nursing college located in Daegu Metropolitan City with clinical practice experience, and data were collected from September 7th to September 25th, 2020 using a structured questionnaire. Results: As a result of the study, the health belief of nursing college students was 3.60 (±0.75) points, safety motivation 22.40 (±5.33) points, safety-climate 4.79 (±1.90) points, and the performance of taking standard precautions was 3.21 (±0.63) points. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed with the presence or absence of infection management education, health belief, safety motivation, and safety-climate as independent variables to identify the factors that affect the performance of taking standard precautions. Factors affecting the performance of taking standard precautions are health belief (β=0.33, p=0.003), safety motivation (β=0.28, p=0.003), safety-climate (β=0.20, p=0.009). Conclusions: According to this study, health belief, safety motivation, and safety-climate influenced the performance of taking standard precautions. These results suggest that it is necessary to emphasize the importance of practicing standardism, motivate nursing students, and provide a safer hospital practice environment in order to improve the performance of taking standard precaution when nursing college students are in hospital practice.
Synthesis of Methylated Anthranilate Derivatives Using Engineered Strains of Escherichia coli

Anthranilate derivatives have been used as flavoring and fragrant agents for a long time. Recently, these compounds are gaining attention due to new biological functions including antinociceptive and analgesic activities. Three anthranilate derivatives, N-methylanthranilate, methyl anthranilate, and methyl N-methylanthranilate were synthesized using metabolically engineered stains of Escherichia coli. NMT encoding N-methyltransferase from Ruta graveolens, AMAT encoding anthraniloyl-coenzyme A (CoA):methanol acyltransferase from Vitis labrusca, and pqsA encoding anthranilate coenzyme A ligase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa were cloned and E. coli strains harboring these genes were used to synthesize the three desired compounds. E. coli mutants (metJ, trpD, tyrR mutants), which provide more anthranilate and/or S-adenosyl methionine, were used to increase the production of the synthesized compounds. MS/MS analysis was used to determine the structure of the products. Approximately, 185.3 μM N-methylanthranilate and 95.2 μM methyl N-methylanthranilate were synthesized. This is the first report about the synthesis of anthranilate derivatives in E. coli.
