Purpose: Research on the behavior of using digital banking services plays an important role for banks in the context of increasingly competitive banks, not only for domestic banks but also for foreign banks. Along with the development of science and technology brings new approaches to banking industry, digital banking increases the effectiveness of banking activities. Besides, information safety brings different feeling about digital banking system. Therefore, this research evaluates the relationship between Information safety and Intention to use banking services in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: With 329 Vietnamese customers using digital banking, reliability test, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis method. Results: the research shows that information safety has directly effects on perceived ease of use (PU), perceived risk (RIS) of customers to digital banking services. Perceived trust (TRU) has a negative impact on RIS. Perceived of usefulness (PEU) has a positive impact on attitude towards service (ATT), and RIS has a negative impact on ATT. RIS, PEU, ATT, convenience and enterprise image have positive effects on intention to use digital banking service. Conclusions: From the research results, the authors also propose some recommendations to enhance the intention to use digital banking services in Vietnam.

Stepping into the technological boom time, Vietnam has integrated into the trends of using Fintech applications as a new means of payment. This article evaluates the relationship between perceived security (including service security and platform security), knowledge, confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, attitude and lastly enterprise’s images regarding the service and continuous intention to use Fintech services. The survey results of 352 Vietnamese customers using Fintech services, reliability test and extended post-acceptance model (EPAM) which is based on PAM and ECT models. From the survey, we further found out that perceived security (BSS) has no direct impact on continued intention to use, while perceived security (BSS) has positive impact on confirmation (CON), similarly, perceived usefulness (PU) and user’s satisfaction (SES). Knowledge of the Mobile Fintech payment service (KNOW) has a positive impact on perceived security (BSS). Confirmation (CON) has a positive influence on perceived usefulness but in the meanwhile it has created a negative impact on user’s satisfaction (SES). From the survey it can also tell that user’s attitude (ATT) and enterprise image (IMG) both have a positive impact on continual intention to use Fintech services. From the research results, we also propose some recommendation to enhance the continual intention to use Fintech services in Vietnam.
Preprocessing for High Quality Real-time Imaging Systems by Low-light Stretch Algorithm
Dat Ngo,Bongsoon Kang 한국전기전자학회 2018 전기전자학회논문지 Vol.22 No.3
Consumer demand for high quality image/video services led to growing trend in image quality enhancement study. Therefore, recent years was a period of substantial progress in this research field. Through careful observation of the image quality after processing by image enhancement algorithms, we perceived that the dark region in the image usually suffered loss of contrast to a certain extent. In this paper, the low-light stretch preprocessing algorithm is, hence, proposed to resolve the aforementioned issue. The proposed approach is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively against the well-known histogram equalization and Photoshop curve adjustment. The evaluation results validate the efficiency and superiority of the low-light stretch over the benchmarking methods. In addition, we also propose the 255MHz-capable hardware implementation to ease the process of incorporating low-light stretch into real-time imaging systems, such as aerial surveillance and monitoring with drones and driving aiding systems.

Haze removal is an object of scientific desire due to its various practical applications. Existing algorithms arefounded upon histogram equalization, contrast maximization, or the growing trend of applying machine learning inimage processing. Since machine learning-based algorithms solve problems based on the data, they usuallyperform better than those based on traditional image processing/computer vision techniques. However, to achievesuch a high performance, one of the requisites is a large and reliable training database, which seems to beunattainable owing to the complexity of real hazy and haze-free images acquisition. As a result, researchers arecurrently using the synthetic database, obtained by introducing the synthetic haze drawn from the standarduniform distribution into the clear images. In this paper, we propose the enhanced equidistribution, improving uponour previous study on equidistribution, and use it to make a new database for training machine learning-basedhaze removal algorithms. A large number of experiments verify the effectiveness of our proposed methodology
Smart Dynamic Pricing in Cognitive Radio Systems
Dat Vo 한국산업정보학회 2012 한국산업정보학회논문지 Vol.17 No.2
Smart Dynamic Pricing has been introduced to address the under-utilised network resources problem in mobile telecommunications systems. In this paper, we investigate the applicability of Smart Dynamic Pricing and its signalling models into Cognitive Radio Systems. Cognitive Radio System is defined as one in which cognitive radios are employed to access shared spectrum and/or dynamically allocated spectrum. Network elements, protocols, traffic and control channels, and system architecture are proposed for the implementation of Smart Dynamic Pricing in Cognitive Radio System. It is found that Smart Dynamic Pricing and its signalling models can be applied to Cognitive Radio Systems.
