Conclusively, we present suitable model in electrical engineering by correction of problems.

The study was performed to investigate the antibody distributions of 4 swine respiratory disease including M hyopneumoniae, P multocida, A pleuropneumoniae serotype 2 arid 5 in Daegu area by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). 1. The overall sero-positive rates were 55.6% in June, 48.0% in August, 51.3% in October and 25.4% in November. 2. The positive reaction rates to M hyopneumoniae, P multocida, A pleuropneumoniae serotype 2 and 5 were found to be 50.0%, 36.5%, 55.0%, and 42.0% respectively. 3. The antibody titers were distributed on range 20~80 in M hyopneumoniae, 20~80 in P multocida, 160~640, 20~80 in A pleuropneumoniae serotype 2 and 5.
Inhibitory actions of the antidepressant/antipanic drug phenelzine on brain GABA transaminase

Brain GABA transaminase is inactivated by preincubation with antidepressant/antipanic drug pheneizine (${\beta}$ethylphenylhydrazine) (mixing molar ratio 10:1) at pH 7.4. The reaction of enzyme with phenelzine was monitored by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopic methods. The inactive enzyme was fully reconstituted by addition of cofactor pyridoxal-5-phosphate. This result implies that the blocking of 1 mol of pyridoxal-5-phosphate per enzyme dimer is needed for inactivation of the enzyme. The time course of the reaction is significantly affected by the substrate .alpha.-ketoglutarate, which afforded complete protection against the loss of catalytic activity. The kinetic studies shows that phenelzine reacts with the cofactor of enzyme with a second-order rate constant of $2.1{\times}10^3M^{-1}s^{-1}$. It is postulated that the antidepressant/antipanic drug phenelzine is able to elevate the neurotransmitter GABA levels in central nervous system by inhibitory action on GABA degradative enzyme GABA transaminase.
참진드기(Ixodes nipponensis) 감염 1예

저자들은 56세의 여자에서 수개월 동안 피하결절로 나타난 Ixodes nipponensis에 의한 감염 1예를 경험하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. We report herein an unusual case of tick bite. A 56 year old woman complained of erythematous nodular skin lesion on the left upper chest. An excisional biopsy specimen of the lesion showed darkish-red nodule, in which there was a tick. It was identified as an adult female of Ixodes nipponensis by the scanning electron microscopic examination.

<P>Successful reconstruction of large-diameter blood vessel in humans has been demonstrated using the tissue engineering technique, but improvement in patency of small-diameter bioartificial vascular graft remains a great challenge. This study reports that granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) can enhance in vivo endothelialization of tissue-engineered vascular grafts, which could be used to improve patency of small-diameter vascular graft. Vascular grafts were tissue engineered with decellularized canine abdominal aortas and canine autologous bone marrow–derived cells. Prior to cell seeding onto decellularized graft matrices, bone marrow–derived cells were induced to differentiate into endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells. The cell-seeded vascular grafts were implanted into the abdominal aortas of bone marrow donor dogs. Before and after graft implantation, G-CSF was administered subcutaneously to the dogs (n = 3). The grafts implanted into the dogs not receiving G-CSF were used as controls (n = 3). Eight weeks after implantation, grafts in both groups showed regeneration of vascular tissues including endothelium and smooth muscle. Importantly, endothelium formation was more extensive in the G-CSF–treated grafts than in the control grafts, as assessed with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, western blot, and immunohistochemistry. In addition, intimal hyperplasia was significantly reduced in the G-CSF–treated grafts compared to the control grafts. Analysis of Uterine Bacteria to Increase Reproductive Efficiency in Hanwoo(Korean Native Cattle)

The objective of this study was to evaluate several types of uterine bacteria in Hanwoo. uterine bacteria from randomly selected 5 uterus was collected by flushing methods into a sterilized 1.5 ml centrifuge tube and was inoculated onto MacConkey agar and blood agar, respectively. After being incubated for 5% CO2, aerobic or anaerobic condition at 37℃ during 48h, bacterial colonies were selected and re-inoculated onto blood agar plates. Re-cultured colonies were identified by Gram staining and finally identified using Vitek system. The identified bacteria were Staphylococcus lentus, Staphylococcus sciuri, Staphylococcus vitulinus, Staphylococcus warneri of Gram (+) and Rhizobium radiobacter, Sphingomonas paucimobilis of Gram () bacteria. Although, pathogenicity of identified bacteria was unclear, the bacteria can have an effect on the uterine microenvironment. Therefore, repetitive research will be required to determine the effects of bacteria in cattle exposed to a various environment.
