Due to the increase of respiratory infectious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and COVID-19, the importance of facilities such as negative pressure isolation wards are increasing. However, the number of negative pressure isolation rooms and wards are in short supply worldwide. Therefore, this paper would like to use the modular method as a method of quickly installing negative pressure isolation facilities in large quantities in the event of a rapid spreading diseases. If the modular method is used for negative pressure isolation facilities, it is believed that the hospital room can be quickly installed and expanded in case of emergency disasters such as infectious diseases. In most of the previous studies, studies were conducted based on the general ward. In addition, research on negative pressure isolation wards is limited, and guidelines related to wards that can be quickly deployed in the event of an emergency disaster are still unclear. Therefore, this study aims to identify the limitations of existing previous studies and propose guidelines to effectively respond to the epidemic of infectious diseases by using modular methods that can quickly install negative pressure isolation facilities in the event of an infectious disease. The purpose of this study is to propose a plan for a modular negative pressure isolation wards that can minimize the spread of infection by proposing a optimal layout and circulation.
모듈러 주거 평면 다양화 방안 제안 - 사례분석을 중심으로 -

Modular housing is a construction technique in which all or part of the main structural unit or the residential space of each household is produced in advance by the factory, transported, and assembled on site. Modular construction produced by factories can reduce construction waste at 77% sites, reduce carbon generation by 44%, and shorten construction periods in 66% of projects. Since the Korea Housing Corporation built a pilot house using the Precast Concrete method in 1963, industrialized houses have not spread, but various off-site construction methods such as cruiser-type and modular houses appeared in the mid-1990s. Since then, for about 20 years until 2015, the number of industrialized houses has been very small, with less than 10 construction cases, but the construction of OSC construction methods has increased rapidly worldwide over the past five years. Although modular housing design has been attempted so far, it can be seen that most of them are simple and formal. This is considered as a limitation of the standardization of housing types brought about by supply-oriented housing policies, not tailored to the requirements of consumers, and also the stacking method and seal method, which are characteristics of modular construction. Therefore, this study intends to propose a modular housing design direction by reflecting future housing demand and reflecting the construction characteristics of industrialized housing.
가구원에 따른 모듈러 재해·재난 임시주거용 조립주택 계획에 관한 연구

Currently, the frequency of disasters such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes has increased worldwide, resulting in many victims such as patients. In addition, as the type of disasters occurring in Korea changes and the scale of damage increases, the period of residence in temporary housing facilities is increasing. However, existing temporary houses have limitations such as nonconformity with minimum housing standards and lack of response to the number of residents, and it is believed that various sizes and space configurations will be required depending on the characteristics of household members. Therefore, I would like to propose a plan that serves as the basic data for temporary houses for victims by utilizing modular architecture.
선결정화법을 이용한 금속 유도 일측면 결정화에 의해 제작된 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 소자 및 회로의 전기적 특성 개선 효과

적층 박막 내에서의 상변화는 주변 층에 영향을 준다. 결정화가 게이트 절연층에 주는 영향이 제거된 선결정화법(precrystallization)이 금속 유도 일측면 결정화(metal-induced unilateral crystallization)에 의해 제작된 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 소자 및 회로의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 방법으로 만들어진 소자는 일반적인 후 결정화(postcrystallization) 소자에 비하여 높은 전류 구동력을 보였다. 여기에 본 연구는 DC bias에 의한 ring oscillator의 특성 변화를 연구하였다. 선결정화된 실리콘 박막을 이용하여 제작한 PMOS inverter는 후결정화된 실리콘 박막을 이용하여 제작한 inverter에 비하여 매우 동적(dynamic)이고도 안정적인 특성을 보였다. The phase transformation in a film influences its surrounding. Effects of the precrystallization method, which removes influences on gate oxide caused by lateral crystallization, in metal-induced unilaterally crystallized polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistor devices and circuits were studied. Device by the method was shown to have a higher current drive, compared with conventional postcrystallized device. Moreover, we studied DC bias-induced changes in the performance of ring oscillator. PMOS inverters fabricated using precrystallized silicon films have very high dynamic and stable performance, compared with inverters fabricated using postcrystallized silicon films.
