We study a continuous data assimilation algorithm for the three-dimensional simplified Bardina model utilizing measurements of only two components of the velocity field. Under suitable conditions on the relaxation (nudging) parameter and the spatial mesh resolution, we obtain an asymptotic in time estimate of the difference between the approximating solution and the unknown reference solution corresponding to the measurements, in an appropriate norm, which shows exponential convergence up to zero.
The study on the satisfaction on the mobile sport contents service
Cung, Yoon Ha(정윤하) 한국전시산업융합연구원 2016 한국과학예술융합학회 Vol.26 No.-
The purpose of this research was the investigation the satisfaction factors depend on using pattern of the mobile sport contents service. And this research tried to compare the mean between participation characters and satisfaction factors by using statistical analysis through SPSS 20.0 program. The participant of this study were university student who have experience/have used mobile sports contents services. For sampling of study, convenience sampling in non-probability sampling was used, and 313 questionnaires without low quality data out of totally 380 surveys, were selected and analyzed to this research. As a result of analysis, first, it was possible to discover the significant difference on "materiality" and "reactivity" depend on frequency. The "duration" and "purpose" affect the "materiality" factor of "Expected service quality". Second, on analysis to verify the difference between "Using pattern" and "Experienced service quality", "materiality" and "persuasion" showed significant differences depend on frequency. And affections were discovered on "materiality", "consensual" with "duration", and between "purpose" and "materiality", "reliability" satisfaction factors.
UNIFORM ATTRACTORS FOR NON-AUTONOMOUS NONCLASSICAL DIFFUSION EQUATIONS ON RN
Cung The Anh,Nguyen Duong Toan 대한수학회 2014 대한수학회보 Vol.51 No.5
We prove the existence of uniform attractors A" in the space H1(RN)∩Lp(RN) for the following non-autonomous nonclassical diffusion equations on RN, ut − ε△ut −△u + f(x, u) + u = g(x, t), ε∈ (0, 1]. The upper semicontinuity of the uniform attractors {Aε}ε∈[0,1] at ε = 0 is also studied.

Foreign capital inflows play an essential role in each country’s socio-economic growth, particularly for undeveloped and developing countries where capital accumulation is limited in the early stages of development, and Vietnam is no exception. The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of foreign capital inflows on economic growth in Vietnam. The empirical method employed secondary time-series data set during the period 1995–2018 to determine the impact of FDI, foreign aid, foreign loans, and exports on economic growth in Vietnam by using a linear approach. For this study, data was collected from the World Bank and relevant agencies in Vietnam. The results show that FDI (net inflows), foreign aid, foreign loans, exports, and GDP (current), have a positive effect at a 1% significance level on economic growth. Rather, an increase in FDI (net inflows), foreign aid, foreign loans, exports has beneficial effects on the Vietnamese economy in the study period. Based on the findings of this study, the article proposes several important policy implications for Vietnam in maintaining a high rate of economic growth via the contribution of FDI inflows, foreign aid, foreign loans, and exports.
Experimental investigation of the aeroelastic behavior of a complex prismatic element
Cung Huy Nguyen,Andrea Freda,Giovanni Solari,Federica Tubino 한국풍공학회 2015 Wind and Structures, An International Journal (WAS Vol.20 No.5
Lighting poles and antenna masts are typically high, slender and light structures. Moreover, they are often characterized by distributed eccentricities that make very complex their shape. Experience teaches that this structural type frequently suffers severe damage and even collapses due to wind actions. To understand and interpret the aerodynamic and aeroelastic behavior of lighting poles and antenna masts, this paper presents the results of static and aeroelastic wind tunnel tests carried out on a complex prismatic element representing a segment of the shaft of such structures. Static tests are aimed at determining the aerodynamic coefficients and the Strouhal number of the test element cross-section; the former are used to evaluate the critical conditions for galloping occurrence based on quasi-steady theory; the latter provides the critical conditions for vortex-induced vibrations. Aeroelastic tests are aimed at reproducing the real behavior of the test element and at verifying the validity and reliability of quasi-steady theory. The galloping hysteresis phenomenon is identified through aeroelastic experiments conducted on increasing and decreasing the mean wind velocity.
Global attractors for nonlocal parabolic equations with a new class of nonlinearities
Cung The Anh,Le Tran Tinh,Vu Manh Toi 대한수학회 2018 대한수학회지 Vol.55 No.3
In this paper we consider a class of nonlocal parabolic equations in bounded domains with Dirichlet boundary conditions and a new class of nonlinearities. We first prove the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions by using the compactness method. Then we study the existence and fractal dimension estimates of the global attractor for the continuous semigroup generated by the problem. We also prove the existence of stationary solutions and give a sufficient condition for the uniqueness and global exponential stability of the stationary solution. The main novelty of the obtained results is that no restriction is imposed on the upper growth of the nonlinearities.
Labor Force and Foreign Direct Investment: Empirical Evidence from Vietnam
Cung Huu NGUYEN 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.1
The labor force plays an important role in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) both in developed and developing countries. In countries where there are appropriate policies for training human resources and maintaining the health of human resources, such countries have a competitive advantage and can attract FDI inflows, besides having a workforce to meet the needs of foreign investors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the labor force and several other factors on FDI attraction in Vietnam. The empirical model is employed to perform regression and correlation on the impact of the labor force, real gross domestic product, inflation, index of business freedom, and index of investment freedom on Vietnam’s FDI attraction by using a secondary time series data set during the period 1995-2018. The empirical results found that both labor force and inflation have a positive influence on FDI at a 5% significance level; index of business freedom has a positive impact on FDI at a 10% significance level, and real gross domestic product and index of investment freedom have a positive impact on FDI at a 1% significance level. From these results, this study proposes several important policy implications for Vietnam in attracting FDI in the future.

This paper studies the existence of weak solutions and the stability of stationary solutions to stochastic 3D globally modified Navier-Stokes equations with unbounded delays in the phase space $BCL_{-\infty}(H)$. We first prove the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions by using the classical technique of Galerkin approximations. Then we study stability properties of stationary solutions by using several approach methods. In the case of proportional delays, some sufficient conditions ensuring the polynomial stability in both mean square and almost sure senses will be provided.
